I purchased this light to try to light up my home address sign, made of wood. the item itself doesn’t lend itself “naturally” for this purpose since my sign is much larger and the wood is thicker than a small sign like those shown in the samples for the item.

However, I was able to work with it and attach it and liked it so much I bought a second one so I now have two lighting up my large address sign.

This is my 3rd light like this – I use them on my security sign in front on my house. They work great but due to our sprinklers hard water they don’t last as long as I’d like.

Its been running for 30+ days with no issues, better than most of the things sold on amazon that dont last a week! So far I noticed it comes the moment its dark, and it appears to stay on all night. I say buy it.

I used two of these to light up our street sign so that delivery people can see it at night as we live in a rural area. They do the trick quite well and are pretty bright. They are very easy to install and clip right on top of the sign.

I bought these lights to help illuminate our fence gate. The five LEDs are bright, and they glow many, many hours after charging, so that’s all good. The design is excellent as well. The solar panel is very attractive, unlike a lot of other solar panels. You can either install a clip (included) on the light to clip it to a thin yard sign, or install the light on a wood panel, like we did on our gate. These are thoughtful and clever options!

BUT — The tiny little screws that come with the light are difficult to “get right” into the tiny little holes. The screws are really too tiny to even SEE properly, much less to fit a Lilliputian screwdriver into the slots. The larger screws that mount the unit to wood are also inadequate and not sturdy. Both sets of screws are inadequate for the task.

This product is as the seller described (kind of) and arrived as scheduled.
I say kind of because it shows motion detection on its box and there are no instructions provided to that effect.
It is definitely a better product in sturdiness than that provided by the home security provider I have and it’s wayyyyy brighter as well It is also a little larger but works with the round security company sign.
I’m happy with this purchase.

We purchased this solar light to illuminate a parking sign for an AirBnB. The sign is located at the street (no power available) and directly under a street light. Even with the street light illuminating the sign, we had guests regularly not see the sign.

I added this clip-on light to directly illuminate the sign and it immediately solved our issue. I did add some strong double-sided tape under the clip to ensure it could not be easily removed. Thus far, the light has remained stong at night from the recharged batteries and we have had zero issues.

I bought this light to illuminate or large street numbers that are mounted to a carport pole. I used the two little (they look like the number 8) pieces that are designed to screw onto the back of the light (instead of the yard sign clip) and then screw onto a pole. The whole installation took about ten minutes (and five of that was locating my drill). The light is pretty well built, bright and the solar charge lasts all night (it gets dimmer of course and I live in Florida, so.. your mileage may vary). Thus far the little light works great, we shall see in if it survives the Florida sun.
