I should of bought this a long time ago instead of sticking the hose out the window
This does work just make sure u fill the box with ice cold water before you use i
The dryer itself is great, although the filter is a pain to get to. The plastic hose that came with it is a waste of time, the end snapped off so I had to make a makeshift hose attachment to put a new more flexible hose on as it was too bit for the outlet. Apart from that not too shabby.
Got this to keep the tumble dryer in the cellar and didn’t want to faff about getting a long hose for the vent. This works perfectly, the cellar is well ventilated but this box does the job amazingly
I found this great value for money. For the complete set it cost almost as much as just for the tube. I can have it hanging out the window in the summer or into the condenser box in the winter.
I like to fill the condenser box with water and freeze overnight. I thought there’s even less condensation escape if the water is frozen. But it’s not necessary. I don’t think it’s as good use in the box as it is with a pipe out the window, but needs must. It’s a really good quality for the price.
