These are longer and more substantial than previous tape measures I have bought. Plastic casing with clutch doesn’t look like it will take much of battering, fortunately I tend to look after my tools. The tapes themselves are good quality.
Perfect I needed this for some measurements around the house I purchased a different brand about a month ago but the tape mechanism broke so it doesn’t lock into place. After reading reviews about Stanley measuring tape I decided to purchase some and I am glad I chose this brand
