I needed it for my new house. Impressive range of variety of tools but I found the quality was not sturdy as expected still great to have. Will most likely buy a better quality one in the future.
I bought this tool set for my daughter as she was moving into a new property and would need to do the odd bit of diy. The pack is fairly comprehensive although a spirit level would have been good and is good value for the cost. You won’t be doing any serious diy work with this, but for the ocassional job – hanging a picture, putting on a new plug, etc – it is more than adequate.
Great set. According to my husband, everything feels good and is sturdy. Initially he wasn’t concerned that the set was one color until he needed to send my grandson to retrieve a tool among other tools when laying around and after a job it’s easy for him to put the right tool back in it’s original tool box. He also indicates the tools gripe well. Everything has come in quite handy on several projects.
This tool set has come in handy several times. The case makes it easy to keep the tools organized. For the price ,this is an excellent tool set. The entire set fits into a very narrow slot on the shelf so easy to store.
I used to have my own toolbox prior to marrying my husband, he has taken over my toolbox and stolen all of my tools. I got this tools that to keep upstairs so that when I need to do something I have tools at my disposal. They are not the greatest quality of tools, but honestly, I have no problems with them. They do everything I need them to do.
I got this 53 piece tool set to keep in my car for emergencies and it’s amazing. You get so many different tools along with a really nice case, It’s such a great deal.
I sent this to my daughter at college so she would have a good quality tool kit in her dorm. She now has everything she needs when it comes to basic tool essentials. Tools are very good quality also.
I’m grateful that I grew up going to the hardware store with my Dad, and when I went off to college, he gave me a set that was similar to this. I still have it! (Although the movers have lost pieces over the years.) That’s what I think this item is good for – someone starting out on their own who just needs basics. The quality is fine for basic DIY jobs, but is not professional grade. I like that the handles include openings for hanging. The included items are mostly useful, but I’m surprised it doesn’t have needle-nosed pliers and a level – those are essential starter items. As with most of these sets, the pieces don’t quite fit. I wish the screwdriver tips came in a case because I know they’ll go missing first. But not a bad choice for the right situation.
I bought this for my eldest daughter who just moved out into her own apartment. This kit is well packaged and sturdy. The tools themselves are cheap, as you would expect for the price. But they are going to be used by a 23 year old accountant, not a full time mechanic.
This is a great product for the money.
I am forever having to go out to my husbands shop to get a basic tool for this or that needed in the house so I finally decided to just order myself a nice basic set of tools to keep in the house. This set has just about everything that I usually need. It actually has several extra items than I normally need so it’s nice to know I am covered for just about any around the house fixing need.
These tools appear to be of decent quality. Not the professional grade my husband has but I really don’t need that quality for little things around the house, so this set will work just fine for me. I like the tool case that they come in. It is compact so I can slide it on a shelf in the laundry room so it is always at the ready when I need it. I also like that the front of the case is clear so I can see inside to know if the tool I need is in this set or not. This is also handy when I am putting the tools away because I can quickly see which tool is not in the case and go look for it where I was working to make sure every tool gets put back in the case.
I am very pleased with the quality and completeness of this tool kit. It will make my life easier since I don’t have to go out to the shop, through the snow or bad weather because I will have everything I might need right here in the house, stored away in a nice case. This would even be a nice gift for another household that needs a set of basic tools designated for keeping in the house.
This is a very nice starter tool set for someone who just moves out or just doesn’t have any tools. It literally comes with everything. Hammer, adjustable wrench, box cutter, Allen keys and screw drivers just to name a few.
It is really easy to carry and fits in a drawer or closet shelf. The carrying case is a plus in case you decide to use it in your car or truck.
Nice product and great value
The picture doesn’t do this tool kit justice. I was expecting a small kit with a few useful items. But I was blown away by this thing. It has several screwdrivers of different sizes. There is a nice sized hammer and the tape measure has a belt clip and a strap. It also has a ratchet with 3 sets of bits. The box cutter comes with replacement blades, and there is every size of hex nut adapter you may need. It also comes with pliers and a wrench. And the case it comes in is made of heavy duty see thru plastic. This is the only tool kit the average home will ever need. This is a great gift for any handy do-it-yourself person. This would be a great gift idea for someone who just moving to their first apartment or house and don’t have any real tools of any kind. You get a lot of your basic tools that you would need for just around the house, upkeep and just little projects. Now don’t spit any high quality tools for the price you paying. You get what you get.
I am forever borrowing tools from my father and brother for simple repairs in my home. Somehow, I ended up with a small screwdriver set for my kids’ toys and never got around to getting an actual set for the house. These tools are a fantastic value for the price. Great weight and feel, wide variety for various tasks, and the carrying case seats everything perfectly. The only downside I can see is that the plastic hinges on the case may eventually break, but it’s easy enough to get a replacement tool bag.
They really thought of everything with this kit!
This tool kit was way bigger than I anticipated, it’s huge. I’m definitely not a handy person and the few tools I’ve had over the years have gotten lost. Thus, I wanted to get a complete kit so if someone is helping me fix something or put something together, we would have all necessary tools at our disposal. I thought from the picture that the hammer was a mini one, but its regular size. The screw drivers come with “bits” so you have vast array of heads to choose from. There’s pliers, a wrench, measuring tape. Everything you would need for basic projects around the house is included. I find it to be a promising purchase.
The variety is key, though. You get a good selection including utility blade, screwdrivers, hammer, tape measure, pliers, wrench, bit drivers including socket drivers, etc. The quality of the tool is not great – think a touch better than dollar store or Odd Lot or something. But, you get a bunch of them for less than a single quality hammer or set of screwdrivers. And they work just find for the most part, as long as you don’t expect them to be heavy duty or last forever. I also like that they come in a slim, molded plastic case for easy storage and transport.
My major complaint, though, is that the tape measure is ONLY marked in metric. I mean, that can be useful for some things, but you might need to convert to inches here and there depending on the task, and who needs the extra step? I know my studs are 16″ apart, e.g., can’t tell you how many cm that is without looking it up or doing math.
Overall, though, this is a nice basic set of tools for limited use situations at a very good price.

Ich habe mir diesen Werkzeugkoffer hier fr den privaten Eigengebrauch in unserer Wohnung bestellt. Den Koffer habe ich dann auch gleich nach Erhalt ausgepackt und geffnet, um mir die darin befindlichen Werkzeuge nher anzusehen. Meiner Meinung nach sind die greren Werkzeuge (Hammer, Sge, Zange, etc.) sehr gut verarbeitet worden. Auch haben smtliche Werkzeuge einen gummierten Handgriff, sodass diese sehr gut in der Hand liegen und ich stets einen festen Griff habe. Auch hatte ich die mitgelieferten Schraubenzieher mehrmals in Verwendung und hatte keine Schwierigkeiten bei der Anwendung. Die mitgelieferten Bits sehen auch nach mehrmaligen Verwendungen aus wie neu.
This is a good starter set since it comes with a bunch of handy must have tools. Instead of buying as you need the part, just get the set since it much better value. My favorite is the twistable drill extension and the current detector. The drill extension allows me to use my drill in tight places where it’s not normally possible to use electric drill due to girth of the drill. The current detector is a must have if you ever do any wiring. Never trust an open wire without checking. The set came with a small flash light, but battery is not included. So be sure to put in a battery incase you need it. The case keeps each piece in its position nice and tight. Overall a really nice set.
