The 1080P color resolution is impressively clear, and the detachable fitting makes installation a breeze. Moreover, its waterproof feature ensures durability and reliability in diverse weather conditions. I installed it over the summer, and it performed flawlessly during rainy days. I’m curious to see how it holds up in the snow, should we get any this year.
I purchased the camera one year ago and since then it’s been exposed to the wild Midwest weather with no issues so far. -30 to 110f, days of +80% humidity and no drops in footage. I use ONVIF to integrate the camera with my server which works flawlessly. The app was also very easy to use and setup the camera. Overall I highly recommend this camera and am purchasing more. SV3C is also very responsive and always helpful with troubleshooting.
Bin berrascht wie einfach die Installation geklappt hat.(hatte schon andere Kameras…)
Auch das anbinden an den Recorder hat ohne Probleme funktioniert (ONVIF). Die Steuerung klappt auch gut. Der Mensch Erkennung arbeitet zuverlssig (Tag und Nacht). Die Bildqualitt ist der 2MP entsprechend gut. Besonders berrascht bin ich ber die geringe Leistungsaufnahme am Tag (5V / 0,4A = 2W) sowie in der Nacht (5V / 0,65A = 3,25W).
Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhltnis.
Einfach eine sehr tolle Kamera und super einfach zum installieren werde mich auch noch eine zweite kaufen bin super glcklich ber dieses Produkt weil es echt einfach ist zum installieren und die sehr gute bild Qualitt ha
I bought two of the 1080p C13 model cameras in November 2022. April 2023 I started having trouble with the cameras staying connected to wifi. Finally one of them wouldn’t respond to the reset button. I emailed SV3C support and got a prompt reply. They asked a couple questions about the camera and I explained what it was doing. They decided it was mechanical failure and said they would replace both cameras. Two days later I received two new cameras. They are working flawlessly and the original one seems to be working ok now that the bad one was removed from the system. Overall it’s a good PTZ wifi camera and the customer service is fantastic.
The camera has a good quality video, the PTZ works fine, nice night vision, but the AI detection sucks, I keep seeing comments from people saying that only detects true human shapes and I don’t know if it is me doing something wrong or we have total different cameras, because I’ve tried multiple combinations of settings, using motion detection along with AI, changing sensibility and even with all that keeps notifying “Human detection” for my dog, birds, and even a bush moving sometimes….
I had another cheap camera that broked (an ICSEE camera) and the human detection was waaaay much better than this, I mean, basically worked.
Once you have them set up they’re pretty ez to use on the app. You have to dl CamHiPro, I’m not sure if another app works with this one. Overall it’s pretty good, it rained a lot here in cali and they’re still in perfect shape.
When I purchased SV3C PTZ Security Camera Outdoor, Pan Tilt Dome WiFi IP Camera with Auto Tracking, 1080P Color Night Vision, 2-Way Audio, Humanoid Detection, Waterproof, 24/7 Recording, SD Card Storage, Remote Access. it was to replace an old camera that I have had for many years. I was impressed with how easy it was to setup, also on the length of the power cable which is quite long.
The camera is good value for the price. I am also impressed with the Human tracking process which means you do not get lots of recordings that you do not need. I completed the process to become a VIP member for an extra years warranty and was really impressed on how quickly I received a response from SC3C.
This is a great camera for home security. No subscription needed! Able to hear and speak to people through the camera. Colored night vision is very clear. Does not react to animals or other objects that are not people. Tried several other cameras before this one. This one is by far the best!

Ich habe einige Kameras von svc3 -Vorgngermodelle- bereits um Einsatz. Und das schon viele Jahre. Das neue Modell gefllt mir vom Design sehr gut. Due Bedienung ist kinderleicht. Das auspacken der Kamera dauert lnger, als die Installation der Kamera. Die Funktion und die Bilder sind in sehr guter Qualitt. Ich kann diese Kamera bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Weil service, Preis und Leistung stimmen.
Die mitgelieferte deutsche! Bedienungsanleitung reicht fr alles aus. App, Verbindung mit dem QR-Code, alles problemlos.
Mit Umstellung auf HD Modus, Super Qualitt. Auch nachts einwandfrei, ein Bild ist mit infrarot LED, das andere mit den integrierten normalen LED (Vollfarbmodus). Schwenken der Kamera sehr zgig und Recht przise. Die Personenerkennung funktioniert. Meldung auf dem Handy innerhalb weniger Sekunden. Auch die Software auf einem normalen PC luft, ist allerdings auf Englisch.
Super Kamera fr einen fairen Preis!
Die Kamera besticht durch eine Vielzahl von Funktionen, besonders gefllt mir der Tracking Modus, das Personen verfolgt werden.
Auch der Nachtsicht-Modus liefert scharfe Bilder, auf Wunsch sogar in Farbe! Mglich ist dies durch eingebaute LED Strahler in der Kamera.
Die Einrichtung ist per Smartphone in 5 Minuten erledigt und geht kinderleicht.
Dies wird definitiv nicht meine letzte Kamera sein!
Die Kamera kommt gut verpackt in einem Karton inkl. Befestigungsmaterial und Anleitung. Die Einrichtung war fr mich recht einfach, da ich bereits mehrere Kameras von SV3C seit einigen Jahren im Einsatz habe.
Das Gehuse ist komplett aus Kunststoff, aber auch in der Preiskategorie wohl nicht anders zu erwarten. Dennoch macht alles einen stabilen Eindruck. Sowohl die Tag als auch die Nachtansicht ist gut – nicht so gut wie bei den 5MP Modellen aber dennoch gut (siehe Bilder). Bei der PTZ und Audio Funktion ist mir nichts negatives aufgefallen, habe ich allerdings auch nur kurz getestet. Die blichen Funktion, wie Aufzeichnung und Bilder bei Bewegungsalarm, FTP Upload und E-Mail Benachrichtigung sind auch vorhanden. Fr das Geld macht man hier sicher nichts falsch.
This camera was very easy to install and did what it said in the manual. Unlike other SV3C security cameras this one only has one USB cable which is about 3 m. long. Fixing the camera to the shed and connecting through WiFi was a doddle as it only required one mains plug. I have included a video taken in the late evening when it was dark and using the white LEDs. Objects can be seen in their colours when reasonably close (10m.) though obviously there was a limit when viewing the night sky! It’s really nice to pan and tilt remotely through the Internet. Installation is user password protected when setting up with the app. Unfortunately my wife phone is so low spec. and full of games she won’t delete, so I haven’t been able to install on another phone yet to check if she could view the scene remotely. Worth the money!
I was so impressed with the last SV3C camera I bought I decided to replace another of my fixed lens models for this PTZ version. It is a cheaper model than my previous one so I was sceptical about how good it was going to be. Once installed (which was extremely easy) I was really pleased with the quality and performance, especially considering the price.
As you can see from the images attached the camera picture quality is excellent, even at night, and the tracking works perfectly (as in the video from the camera SD card).
I was also sceptical about the WiFi range as I installed this one on my garage wall facing the house but it locks on to the router immediately and hasn’t missed a beat.
The SD card doesn’t come with the camera but they are very cheap and once plugged in it was able to record straight to my iPhone without any problem.
I was already using the CamHiPro app and adding another camera was quick and easy. I also found the SV3C website very helpful too with lots of downloads for manuals and installation videos.
All in all I can thoroughly recommend this camera, especially at the price.
We have many SV3C cameras fitted for many years now, and they just work without any faults.
We’ve tried a few of the cheap non brand cameras in the past but they are all useless. Mainly because of the useless apps they use.
Completely different with SV3C, which is why we continue to use and recommend them.
Wanted a small PAN/TILT camera for a specific place and was pleased to see that SV3C just released this small version. Happily it uses the faultless CamHi app and appears to work ok.
Image quality is top notch both day and infrared. Built in mic, sd card slot, tracking feature which can be switched on or off.
Attached a short night video (quality probably reduced during Amazon upload) but trust me, the image is very good.
Don’t expect 4K mind.
Overall great little camera which is really simple to setup (as is usual for SV3C cameras).
One point to note though, it is powered via a 5v USB cable and this could prove tricky when installing as it’s not a case of just drilling a small hole for a cable but something large enough to accommodate a USB plug. I purchased a USB to DC cable which allows a smaller hole to be used, or you could cut the cable and resolder.
But still far better than many of the other cheap pan/tilt cameras out there.
This little camera is amazing such good quality,excellent value for money does exactly what it says on the box I would highly recommend this product there are more expensive ones out there but do your selfs a favor and give this one a go and save some money ,excellent product.
Fantastic PTZ camera from SV3C.
The main unit is constructed from Sturdy plastic , the camera is more than suitable for outdoor usage .
Twin antenna for great WiFi reception , no ethernet port on this camera . WiFi reception is very strong though .
Always found SV3C cameras to have superb capture & picture quality .
Really like the AI human tracking which avoids endless notifications for example a bird flying past the camera .
The camera software is clever !
The camera has approximately 2 metres of power cable , at the end you’ll find a standard usb , which is plugged into the small form 3 pin UK USB plug . The power cable could be easily extended with a USB extender .
Provided also are the mounting bracket , plugs & screws to attach to masonry , or just use the screws to install onto timber .
Connecting the camera to camhipro was really quick & easy , follow the provided instructions step by step & the camera will be up & running within a few minutes.
Plenty of features available within the camhipro app to choose image quality , image capture , SD card recording , also cloud storage on this particular device . Etc .
Night vision is superb !
The motor inside the camera is of good quality, very quiet in operation.
Overall a great camera at a really good price point , the features for the price blow the competition away .

Die Kamera kann in alle Richtungen bewegt werden, die App Einbindung funktioniert super einfach.
Es ist ein USB Anschluss vorhanden mit Stromadapter. Befestigungsmaterial liegt auch mit bei.
Absolute Empfehlung fr diese Kamera.
The camera seemed to function well and provide good picture. I was not impressed with the mounting system, however. The back of the unit has a 24mm slot that slides over ears on the mounting bracket (plastic) but is not secured to it in any way. It can then be removed too easily. I returned it.
Most of my cameras are “bullet” cams so a PTZ is a new game for me. I have wanted a PTZ for some time, but they were too expensive, so when I saw this model I bought it.
First thing that struck me is that it is much smaller than expected, and it doesn’t have an actual ethernet port, but the wireless works perfectly well. I like that it is USB powered, so can be powered from virtually anywhere, although a USB power supply is included.
I really like the ability to change what it is pointing at using Blue Iris software, so the camera is fully ONVIF compliant, which is important to me. A couple of cheap indoor cams I have can be persuaded to produce a picture in BlueIris, but no amount of fiddling with settings will persuade BlueIris to control their direction, which means I need to use their apps if I want to rotate them, so I just use them as fixed cams.
Back to this cam, it gives a really clear and bright picture, and is easy to set-up. It may only be a 2MP cam, but it really produces good quality video, certainly more than adequate for home security purposes as can be seen from the short video here where I can see the grass in the back garden of the house 2 doors away.
Initial set-up uses the CamHiPro app, but as soon as it is working I swap to the much more comprehensive web page (just browse to the cameras IP address) where there are many detailed settings. You can also change the username & password to add to the security.
I like the unusual mounting arrangement, where all you need to do a screw a small plate to the wall or whatever, and then slip the camera over that, easy and effective.
Good quality video, and human tracking, and all in a very small package – very pleased 🙂
At under fifty quid this camera is remarkable value, and I thoroughly recommend it.
It does what it needs to, however the motion sensor kicks in when a leaf fly’s by. So I believe it’s just a little too sensitive. And the camera motion could be a bit smoother. But all in all it’s a good product.

This particular model offers the features of a non optical zoom PTZ camera at the price of the most basic turret camera. This is a great value and it has AI tracking and alerts sent to your phone. I set this up as a camera that can pan my entire backyard as opposed to a turret Camera which you would probably just point at your front door. Offers great coverage, and as an average joe I am surprised that I can afford to set up this kind of advanced security just for peace of mind.
The dual wifi antennas seem to help with connectivity and despite the moving turret it has survived several heavy rainstorms with no problem. I also noticed its is smaller and lighter than other PTZ I have tried which makes it easier to install and less of an eyesore. Overall 10 / 10 camera.
This camera has very clear video and audio. It will pan and tilt to follow someone that moves within camera range and will keep them in focus. It can then immediately send a notification to the phone whenever it detects someone moving within camera range. When in the high definition mode, the camera’s resolution is as good as several of my more expensive camera’s. The camera is very easy to mount and very light weight. It is USB powered and will accept a SD card for recordings. There is a free PC client that can be downloaded that provides additional settings. Great camera for the price!
This camera is perfect for home security and has pan and tilt features as well as color night vision. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the instructions for setup and adjusting are not well written. It took a lot of time to figure this camera out if you are an amateur with IP cameras as I am.
In many ways this is the outdoor cam I wish I had bought 5 years ago when I bought my first. I want a unit to monitor my front drive so I know when someone arrives at the house. This camera provides good quality imagery both day and night [and in rain!] and also gives me that ability to point the camera in different directions. Also has many controls over image quality which other cams lack. The camera is designed for a variety of users … by default it will record constantly which I turned off in favor of just recording detection events. It seems to have a stronger wifi connectivity than my previous cams. And there is a Windows/Mac application that allows me to monitor the video on my PC [I am hoping to find an app for my smart TV too!]. But all of this performance comes at the expense of having this plugged in … it does not have a battery or solar panel so I had to run extension cords and drill through the garage wall in order to install.
I have it running with Blue Iris and CamHiPro and it works great with both.
It is worth the effort to install CamHiPro. It helps you get the IP address of the camera quickly.
The PTZ stops are programmable (I’ve used 10 so far).
The motion tracking is really cool. I think it would scare away intruders! Even my $260 camera doesn’t have this feature.
This camera is super easy to mount. It only took about 10 minutes including leveling the camera.
It is very light, yet it seems durable so I plan to run it 24×7. It is basically silent as it moves.
This unit is all plastic, so I am using it inside because the sun outside destroys plastic where I live.
The speaker is super loud so you need to adjust it down immediately.
I think this will be an excellent device to monitor the large portion of my house when I’m away.
