It is a pretty tablet and has a lot of functions but I am elderly and rely on my husband who is very good at these things to get the apps I need. None of these wonderful devices come with clear instructions for use.
One of the reasons for buying this tablet is that I want to be able to edit and save Excel documents and this screen-size of 10.1 inches, is the maximum allowable to do so, by Microsoft. Microsoft do allow it, if you are happy to subscribe to renting ‘Office 365’. I use Excel to calculate spending and compare to remaning money in order to know we have enough to continue, while holidaying abroad. Apart from this, the screen resolution is good and it suits me fine in other ways too.
I bought this tablet as a replacement for my Galaxy Tab A which I lost. The tablet itself I felt was quite sufficient for my needs at the moment. It arrived on time as expected, it was packaged securely and had everything included it was supposed to. For the price this is a good tablet, It was simple to set up just a few clicks and sign on to wifi. It’s light and the screen has a good picture. HD/HQ Videos played well and were sharp. It seems responsive. It has a slot for a micro SD card for more storage. Battery life is pretty good so far. The speaker isn’t very loud.
I bought this tablet as a birthday present for my 7 year’s old daughter. She loves it very much. The package includes the tablet, a power plug, and a USB and Type C cable. The blue color on the back is not bright blue, but dark blue, which is very attractive. Originally it already includes many apps from google, like Google Calendar, gmail, and Google stores.
The Google stores includes almost all the apps needed as well. I download some kids study and game apps for my daughter, like Khan kids, epic, starfall and so on. And also my daughter’s favorite game Mario Kart. They all works very smoothly. My daughter and I are both very happy with it.
I have used this regularly for a month and have tested everything except for the 4glte capability.
Comes with usbC lead but not charging adapter, screen protector in place in a orange box.

Nice heavy, sturdy tablet. Great design and great quality. Its price does not match its quality. The quality is like a tablet of much more expensive design, quality and features.
This is a lovely tablet and very good value for the money. It was easy to set up and had a really nice display.
This item works well. The only thing is a bit hard to Bluetooth
It offers excellent storage capacity , with the option to add more using a micro sd if required.
Apps run smoothly and all my media needs are met through Tidal, BBC Iplayer, Audible, Spotify etc, as well as Kindle and MoonReader. Streaming seems stable and I have no complaints about the display. Sound is provided through four speakers and is decent, although most of my content is cast to my hifi system.
Battery life seems decent and charging is through a USB-C so charging times are respectable.
The build quality is very good, having a metal case. This makes it a fairly heavy tablet but, since I will be mainly using it with a stand, this is not a problem.
Early days, but no complaints so far.
I ordered this tablet for my 8yr old child as a first tablet and was extremely surprised by the quality. It seems quite robust as it’s been dropped a few times and no damage has occurred. The only thing to let it down is the charging time but for the price I can easily forgive that I would recommend this and will purchase another for my eldest daughter.

So after setting up the M40 pro I started downloading the apps I wanted and noticed the speed of the downloading was as quick as an iPad downloads so that’s worth extra star just for that.
8GB RAM and 128ROM is more than enough to keep you entertained and you can always get a micro and card up to 1 TB to expand your storage if needed.
The M40 pro comes with Android 12 and is fully loaded with google store fully integrated plus google and google chrome plus a fitted screen protector.
Also worth buying a stylus and a wireless keyboard which is what I did as they both work very well on the M40 pro with no problems at all as Bluetooth 5.0 keeps keyboard connected with no loss at all.
The 7000mAh makes sure you can watch and game for many hours and when you do charge the battery it recharges within three hours to 100%
The fluidity of changing from app to app is very quick due to the processor making it easy work.
YouTube runs smoothly in watching videos and I also downloaded Disney plus which runs smooth as well.
The camera is also very good at 8 MPX with good auto focus.
I haven’t tried a SIM card yet so I don’t know how the M40 pro does in that department.
Overall I am very pleased to have purchased the TECLAST M40 Pro but the only downside is that it does not have a case provided in the box something that the seller would benefit from and most probably make more sales if they included one in the box on future sales.
You won’t be disappointed purchasing the TECLAST M40 Pro so go on buy it!

I’ve had the TECLAST M40 Pro tablet for just over three weeks and I cannot fault it at all.
Why would you spend big money on an Apple iPad or a Samsung tablet ??
Don’t waste your money and buy the M40 Pro from Seller TIAN XING GROUP and the tablet comes from the TECLAST STORE.
and that should be ample for her needs. It’s reasonably quick and very easy to use. It’s Andriod 12.
Being slightly bigger in dimensions and a little heavier. But that was soon forgotten. The biggest drawback with this tablet, is the battery life. From reading the description the battery should have lasted all-day with normal use but, I’m afraid it didn’t last as long as her Kindle did. Apart from that, she is very pleased with it.

I kept searching and looking for a good budget tablet and this came up in a review and on Amazon was listed at 4 1/2 stars (never seen anything with 5 stars) so took the plunge and ordered it with same day delivery. I always look at negative reviews first to see what issues others have had.
Having had it since Saturday I must say it does everything I want. There’s no bloatware on it that I can see and setting it up and transferring account details from my phone was easy and I was up and running with it in about 25 minutes.
Do I have any negatives so far? Yes. It’s a bit heavy to hold for a long time and I’m not sure that battery life is what they claim but as I am using it as a midi controller for a keyboard I might be asking a lot from it. Also battery life may improve after a few cycles.
Anyway can I recommend it? Yes for general use it will do what you want it to. I am not sure about running any demanding games on it as that’s not something I’ve done but for surfing, streaming, watching YouTube yes it’s fine.
