I bought these twice before (have a set in one location and gave another to my brother) but decided to try a cheaper set. 2 different sets later I’m back to these. Others seem to be shiny plastic-like rubber which offer nowhere near the stated resistance and stretch past their elastic limit within half a dozen reps.

This set ses to be of proper latex type rubber, and although they might stretch a with extreme elongation they retain their tension and elasticity well. For the price these are excelle

These resistance bands are great and can be used for many different exercises. They come with some suggested exercises but you can find better examples online. They’re good and strong and come in a variety of resistance strengths, to make greater strengths you can use two together although for some exercises that could be awkward. There’s also an anchor you can jam into a door to act as a high anchor for e.g. chest flue. This depends on the door hinges being screwed in firmly – I felt uncomfortable using a high resistance for this. Overall these are great alternative to dumbbells.

I use these for physio reasons just to keep moving and have some resistance. The build quality is good and I’ve used all the bands together. I’ve had them at full stretch as well and done the job. I haven’t used to door mounted parts as personally I’d rather keep it under full control. I’ve had them now for a few months with light use and still they are good with no wear or tear. For what they are they are good but heavyweight stuff for me is best at the gym.

Wish I’d bought these months ago, great range of excersizes to try. Less joint pain compared to using dumbells for me (I am in my fifties and new to all this). Quality seems very good so time will tell. Overall a bargain for 35.

Product itself, 5 stars, can’t fault as second set of these bands that I have brought, however, very disappointed with the state of the packaging
Arrived in its own ‘The Fit Life’ box which was damaged, squashed and crushed and had the Amazon delivery label plastered over the front and top of the box
These were meant to be a gift for my son who starts University this weekend but could not be given as gift in this condition
My last set, admittedly purchased some time ago had arrived in a brown delivery box so was not damaged, can’t fault the product though

These are good for keeping upper body in check. The trick is finding somewhere to attach them – I have used the door-jamb feature, but it does make the door less easy to use. But as I cant be bothered to take it up and down now, it has the benefit of being visible – and so I use it more.

Got this for the days I am not able to go to the gym, for a quick at home workout, works nicely for basic training. The 5 straps allow for wide variety of strength and being combined allow to keep on increasing goals.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’m in my mid 60s, and in my 30s did a lot of gym training. It’s been a long time, but there certainly seems to be some truth in muscle memory “using the resistance bands. I am regaining a lot of upper body strength which is important at my age without the stress of using loose weights I would fully recommend this product great value

They’re very good quality and easy to use, comes with a handbook of exercises though I recommend searching on youtube for more, you can really get creative with how you hook them to replicate almost any gym machine in the comfort of your home

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersSo far so good. So much more you can do with the bands if you get creative. Quite durable, though i wouldn’t push them to hard n heavy without combining other bands together, which does work to add more resistants. Great product but smells of strong rubber, which i guess will wade with tine and usage.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI wish I’d bought one of these resistance band sets sooner. For a small amount of money you get tremendous versatility and instant access to a wide range of exercises to turn your home into a gym at minimal cost.

The bands can be used individually or in various combinations to provide different levels of resistance, and in some situations there’s the option of doubling the bands.

The door stop attachment is the star of the show here, as it turns your doorway into an anchor point for the bands, and you can place it high, low or anywhere in between depending on what exercise you wish to perform. I am also impressed by the inclusion of a ‘do not enter’ sign to hang on the door to stop family members from inadvertently opening the door while you’re in a vulnerable position; this could potentially prevent accidents and injuries.

A manual is included that illustrates the many options for exercising and details which muscles are targeted, and the whole set packs into a stuff bag that takes up very little room.

I cannot comment on durability as I’ve yet to use the set for an extended period of time, but my initial impression is that everything appears to be quite durable; I have no immediate concerns.

Overview: fantastic value that provides many options at low cost and takes up minimal space.

Five out of five from me.

Yes, that’s right. I had to buy this item twice!

Not because it’s fault, IT’S JUST THAT GOOD!

You are only limited by your own imagination in the exercises you can do with these bands. Combining the bands to tailor your workouts is a wonderful feature of these bands. Fancy a slow day? Work with 10lbs. Want to feel the burn, crank it up to 60lbs with three bands.

The entire kit provide everything you need to run a good quality, all-around workout for every muscle group. Whether you’re a hardened gym rat or a newbie, you can work up to the tougher exercises at your own pace. Even my Gran has started doing curls with the 10lb band while she watches Loose Women!

Start thinking what you can do with that extra space you’ll create when you get rid of that workout bench, because these bands take up no space at all.

Well worth it, a great addition to anyone’s workout clobber.

(No, I’m not a salesman for the company, I just write a flourish 😀 )

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWas sceptical at first as I’ve heard mixed reviews about how good this type of exercise equipment would be. Actually had them in my basket for about 3 months before giving in and ordering.

I haven’t been to the gym since the first lockdown shut them down. I have since found it hard at home with standard dumbbells to do a full range of workouts and found I was doing the same exercises over and over. Bought these and started with a few tricep workouts. Fair play it was the first time since the gym that I had a good solid workout using muscles that I hadn’t used for a while. I’m not in awesome shape and not a gym fanatic by any stretch of the imagination but enjoy keeping fit and staying in decent shape and these are definitely helping by mixing up the workout routine.

I have found that instead of using dumbbells or EZ curl bars etc that I have to add an extra 5 reps per set but that is definitely not an issue at all when you can feel like you’ve had a good workout.

One thing I was surprised about was the quality for the price. Cracking bit of kit. Easy to use. Easy to clip on. Good quality material. Plus the amount of workouts you can actually do with these is impressive.

If, like myself, you enjoy casually working out and don’t fancy going to the gym with everything how it is at the moment, then I would highly recommend getting these and would be surprised if you weren’t as happy with them as I have been.

I am recovering from suffering from an auto immune disease which presented itself out of the blue and has been completely debilitating and changed me from a very fit 60+ male, capable of 15 sets of ten press-ups and exercises such as 30+ kg bench presses etc was part of a combined with 15×400 metres circuits.

Now I am using an exercise bike for cardio and these bands for strength. In this regard these bands are great for strength training. Easy to store, portable and whilst not as effective as weights, for someone like me who is in recovery they are great. I am using the 10 and 15kg bands at present as they allow me to undertake a whole range of exercises which are suitable for my recovery and are of low enough resistance to prevent me over exerting myself.. I must say that if/when I complete my recovery, I think that I will continue using these bands as they simply allow such a range of exercises that you can’t necessarily get from with weights alone.

Good value, the set comprises of the bands, hand and feet grips and a mechanism to lock into a door. Comes complete with a set of instructions, which are ok, but you can get better instruction on YouTube.

Good value and worth considering for day to day strength exercises.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI have had this set for almost 6 months now. Like many people, I needed to find a new way to exercise after the gym ceased to be an option!

These bands have proven to be very versatile. There are so many on the market that it can be a bit of a minefield trying to work out which ones are decent and which are best left alone. Through friends and relatives who have also had sets, I am happy to say that I seem to have dropped on one of the better sets with these.

      The good points:
+ Good quality bands, carabiners and “D” rings, which gives you confidence in using them.
+ Very versatile. I do a daily routine of 20-25 different exercises with these.
+ “Stackable” resistance, which means that you can use multiple bands at the same time to increase the resistance level.
+ Foam handles are soft and comfortable, with a decent amount of foam padding.
+ Ankle straps are lightly padded and a decent width. Many I have seen have no padding at all and are narrow and uncomfortable.

      The not-so good points:
      – The accompanying exercise booklet doesn’t give you a great range of exercises, but it is easy enough to find ideas online.
      – The stuff bag is a little on the small side. One of the great things about these bands is that you can take them anywhere, but it takes away from the convenience factor if you have to struggle to get them back into the bag. Fortunately, I had a spare stuff bag that was a better size and I use that instead.

But all in all, these are definitely a recommended buy. Reliable quality at a price that won’t break the bank.

Golden Review Award: 136 From Our UsersDue to the Corona-virus epidemic been left to workout at home and I already own a bodylastics resistance bands which at this moment I could not grab due to travel restriction, kept at my parents place. I thought of ordering something that is cheaper but quality isn’t comprised with the price and found this product by TheFitLife

      Pros:
      – Quality of the bands are good.
      – Light weight and portable.
      – Soft handles
      – Enough resistance option

      Cons:

      – I wish they offered a higher resistance band, but then you can always club other bands to make it up.

Since I have just got it delivered yesterday, I will put it into test for the remaining month i.e. till we have the lock down in the UK.
Happy with the fast delivery and Seller ‘Annie’ reaching out to me over email – sharing sample workout pdf guide which is also sent in a printed booklet with the box.

If anyone wants help in Push-Pull-Leg workout tutorials I have collected all the links from Youtube that I can paste it in the comment section if anyone is interested.

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersThese bands are ideal for working out just about anywhere but in particular for us as we devise workout programs for those that are housebound for one reason or another or for those looking to develop confidence before stepping foot inside a gym.

Like most resistance bands they come with various attachments and door anchor so that their use can replicate cable machines and such exercises carried out on them. However, what drew my attention these were that they come with carabiners on the handles rather than directly on the bands themselves. The advantage for the carabiners on the handles is that home trainees who have mobility issues or arthritis can easily attach the handles to multiple bands at once rather one by one which in the past we found wasn’t quite as successful for the trainee.

The various bands when used in a variety of combinations provide more than enough resistance for all the exercises we prescribe whether for bicep curls, trips pushdowns, low rows, face pulls as well as other push and pull exercises as squats.

The leg attachments are comfortable enough when worn over tracksuit trousers or long socks. Whilst the handles are suitable for the job, just like most of other sets like this, I think it would be more ideal if the handles were a little more robust as they do flex a little which with the strongest of trainess can give the impression that they may snap in time. However, this has not occurred yet but from past experience, they may.

For the money and presentation we have no complaints nor do the users we use them with.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat, well made set of resistance bands with the necessary attachments to make this a sensible choice for indoor and outdoor resistance work. I am a PT and need something lightweight, portable and above all, a well made piece of kit that will stand the rigors I put myself and my clients through. I was working with a client and needed to use the pulley / crossover machine. Unfortunately for me it is the most popular machine in the gym, so using it as part of my client’s rehabilitation, strength and conditioning program was always going to be periodically difficult during peak times and the resistance bands on offer fell just short in terms of what I wanted to get out of them. In that regard I had to think outside the box and TheFitLife came to the rescue. The hand grips are sturdy and comfortable, as are the velcro straps (no more pinching and clamping the sides of your hands / appendages with a normal resistance band) and the door frame strap is a really useful addition when doing indoor exercises, when you need something really secure to attach the bands to, without the fear of pulling your chosen anchor along with you during your workout. It comes with a really neat and handy storage bag too! TheFitLife offer great after sales customer service – a nice touch which shows they really have considered the end user. Give them a try – you won’t be disappointed!
