Which bottle teats are compatible with Closer to Nature bottles?
Closer to Nature baby bottles are ONLY compatible with Closer to Nature teats and cannot be used with Advanced Anti-Colic bottle teats.
Which flow rate do I need?
Every baby is different but as a guide we suggest slow flow for 0+months, medium flow for 3+ months and fast flow for 6+ months. As your baby grows and can feed more quickly, you can buy faster flowing replacement teats.
How do I know when to increase the bottle teat flow rate?
The following are all potential signs that you may need to increase the bottle teat flow rate: The bottle teat collapses during feeding; it takes longer than 20 minutes for baby to finish a bottle; baby tugs at the teat; baby falls asleep mid-bottle.
Where should the valve be when feeding my baby?
The valve will work wherever it’s positioned but the best place is at the top, near your baby’s nose.
How do I ensure the built-in anti-colic valve in the teat is venting properly?
When assembling your bottle, hold the teat up to the light to check the slit in the silicone isn’t sealed closed. If it has, pinch it gently with teat tongs to re-open. If the valve has sealed closed, your bottle won’t vent properly.

So pleased with the amount of items in this box! It comes with four bottles with number 1 teats, two dummies, two number 2 teats for later on and a bottle cleaning brush! What a bargain! And the colour and quality of the bottles are amazing.

We bought these to use for baby while waiting for tongue tie to be fixed. Please make sure you buy correct teat size, we were unaware of this and had size 2 which had too strong a flow. Once realised we rectified it and the bottles worked much better. If baby did not develop colic we would have continued with these but ended up swapping to anti colic bottles for now.

It arrived packed in nicely designed hard paper box. Set contains: 4 baby bottles in different sizes, 2 soothers, 2 teats and cleaning brush. It is for newborn babies. As always with this brand everything is well designed and made. Bottles are clear with different colour lids. Teats got medium flow. Anti- colic as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
These bottles work really well. They are pretty easy to clean and sterilise. The anti-colic valve valve works really well. I’ve had some in the past that claim to be anti-colic but didn’t work as well as these. They are nice and soft and have always liked the Tommee tippee bottles.
Overall this is a great set and you get a cleaning brush.
This set comes in a thin card box which does very little to protect the contents. If anything heavy was placed on top of it, it would be crushed. A very poor choice by Tommee Tippee.
This is part of the ‘Closer to Nature’ range, and matches the rest of the products well. It is a newborn set, with modern anti-colic and slow-flow features. It comes with two 260ml and two 150ml bottles. You also get a pair of dummies and teats, and a cleaning brush, so basically everything you need to use this set.
The anti-colic design really does work, unlike others I have tried previously. It also does not interfere with nose breathing. Baby was happier using this than previous bottle designs.
The build quality and materials are all good quality and perhaps explains the relatively high price of this set, which has an RRP of 36.99. If you can get it for 30 or under then I would say it’s
well worth a look and makes a great gift for a new mother.

Tommee Tippee is a brand which is well known in baby industry deliver high quality baby products. Therefore using it is safe to you and your baby. The closer to nature series emphasizes on the shape of the teats similar to real breast and very soft silicone teats, the slow flow and anti-colic valves helps to feed better. The set includes 2 x 150ml and 2 x 260ml bottles in fancy colours. It also comes with 2 soothers, 2 medium teats and a bottle cleaning brush. The cleaning brush allows you to clean the bottle more thoroughly, and the bottles are dishwasher friendly which is very convenient. I think it’s a value pack and would recommend.

The bottles are designed with original breast-like shape and it is made of silicone so it will feel like the mom’s skin and flexes for a comfortable feed. Its teat has an anti-colic valve that reduces the airflow so the baby could ingest more milk and less air. Moreover, it has a venting tube inside that features a built-in heat sending strip that turns pink when the baby’s feed is too hot. Out of the box, I got 2 150ml baby bottles, 2 260ml baby bottles, 2 0-6m night-time soothers and 1 bottle and teat brush. Each also has a cute design and they are dishwasher safe and microwaveable.
Honestly, this set is pricey but the quality is superb and seems to last for a long time. I personally like the overall design and neutral earthy colour of the baby bottles. The seals of the bottles are excellent and the teat supposedly has a natural feel so the baby would take the milk from the bottle. I like that it also came with 2 different sizes to meet the baby’s needs.
All in all, this set of baby bottles is worth investing in especially when it is all about the baby. Definitely recommended!

My son used this brand and line when he was a baby and I had no issues with colic with him.
I gave this set to my sister who just gave birth to test.
The colours of the bottles are lovely! It has 2 small and 2 big bottles which is convenient. She is using the 2 small bottles for now because she is doing small but frequent feeding.
The set comes with a dummy which my niece rarely use. And also a bottle brush for cleaning.

My baby hasn’t arrived yet so I can’t comment on how well the baby takes to them but I have been really impressed with them so far. They are sturdy, easy to hold and seem very easy to use. The shape is also very simple and easy to clean. The teats seem very flexible so easy for the baby to use.
I really like that these bottles have two different flow speeds so it’s easier to control how fast the baby can drink.

These bottles have been designed with the teat to closely replicate a nipple which is a natural shape that babies are more comfortable with and will naturally transition to if you are trying to switch from breast to bottle. There is an anti-colic value built into the bottles to try and help reduce symptoms of colic which is a great feature to give reassurance to parents.
The bottles are different colours to indicate the different flow rates which is great for you to be able to progress the bottles to faster speeds as your baby grows. This is a great starter pack for any parents to be out there.
You also receive a bottle cleaner, 2 dummies and spare teats. The dummies have the same nice shape as the bottle teats which is great for the baby to get used to.
Really impressed with the quality and thought that has gone into these bottles to give not only the baby a good and safer experience, but to give piece of mind to the parents and hopefully give an all-round pleasant experience.
Priced at 33 for these tommee tippee bottles is quite expensive but a good value for money, as these are really soft yet durable bottles perfect for little ones and really good quality. Comes in different colours too which is nice Quite happy with these and would definitely recommend.
This is a good starter set but not enough bottles in the set alone to be all you need for your baby. The brush is unusual, more like a toilet brush. Ive used tommee tipee bottle brushes for years and none have looked like this. Ours was squashed in the box as well. The bottles are purple and blue, a little more on the feminine side in my opinion but would suit either gender. Good value for money. Would make a good baby shower gift. Would recommend.
