Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI have very long hair and was fed up with extracting it from the brushes on my old sweeper. When I saw the soft brush that looked more like a paint roller,I doubted its efficacy;that was until I switched it on.Wow! It cleaned thoroughly with an easy emptying container when all was done.It wasn’t noisy either like my previous sweeper. All in all,I rate this appliance a 5 star rating.

I ordered this on 27 July and it arrived 2 days later. Very fast delivery and, I opted for the free delivery — not Prime. The cleaner was assembled easily. There was some battery power available to give it a test before, I put the battery on charge which took around 3 hours for a full charge. I have not used it much yet. Well done seller for the quick delivery

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI am disabled and really struggle especially with vacuuming the stairs, as soon as this arrived I quickly assembled it and the stairs were cleaned so quickly, my lungs usually suffer afterwards but they’ve not this time. It’s so lightweight that it didn’t trigger my arthritis either! The price is fantastic too. Thank you for this product xxx

I found this vacuum very good for my car and caravan, picks up nicely for small places.
Wouldn’t be good for a house though I think!
Good value for the money, picks up dog hair in car/ carava

It works very well and does the job. In my opinion the battery life is not very good and it won’t last long, specially if using it full power (which I felt like it I necessary when cleaning the carpet). Overall a good purchase

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI received my hoover on the 31st ! I had a problem because I charged it up and it didn’t work ! Lol my fault so I read the instructions again .

The problem was that I took the battery pack off , you need to leave it on for it to work ! And I can say it’s a good little hoover does the job ! So very happy

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this hoover as I need to combat my German Shepherds hair/fur drop. I purposely borrow this as its advertised as a “Pet Pro!’. As it turns out I had nothing to fear!! It’s very good at picking up hair, at least 3 times a day. I’m constantly keeping it on charge to keep the battery on full charge but this is moreso to make sure that its ready to use. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend. As a certain brand called Dy–n is at least 4 times as costly!!!

This is a nifty little hoover. Perfect for all my hard flooring. I also find it useful for quick clean ups. I’ll be taking it to use in the caravan too.

This cordless vacuum cleaner from Tower comes packaged together with instructions and accessories. It’s simple enough to assemble, but the parts take a little more of an effort to separate than I’d like, perhaps over time the stiffness will reduce.

Like most cordless vacuums, this one can be propped up but won’t stand on its own so a mount is included if you do want to attach it to a wall. The vacuum is quite small so doesn’t take up too much space however you store it.

The charging plug has a reasonably long cable but the vacuum has to be charged with the battery pack attached, so I would have liked it longer. Lights indicate charge status, so it’s clear when the battery is fully charged. Charging does take a good few hours and battery life is limited to about 35 minutes max, but that’s on low power mode, it’s a lot less if used in high power mode.

Build quality is basic but fairly solid. The brush head is spongy and doesn’t have protruding bristles which to me makes the vacuum more suited for floors than for carpets. There’s even a warning in the instructions about the vacuum not being suitable for carpets with long fibres as it could damage them. However, a pet brush attachment is included and that’s perfect for the carpet on my stairs.

The control button is on top, which I prefer to a trigger as I’m less likely to use it by accident. There are only two power modes so the vacuum is very easy to operate. The vacuum is fairly lightweight, mainly because of the size. It’s not especially powerful either but that’s absolutely fine for my wooden floors and my carpeted stairs. It’s also more than adequate when I am using the vacuum as a handheld, with just the crevice tool attached.

The best thing about this vacuum is that it’s small enough to get into the places where my larger vacuums can’t. As a secondary vacuum it’s just what I needed. The attachments are useful (especially the pet brush) and I was very pleased to find that the crevice tool and brush can be clipped onto the pole, quite rare for a cordless vacuum. Another good feature (albeit one that is pretty standard nowadays) is the lighting in the front of the floorhead to highlight dust and fluff.

The vacuum has a 1 litre capacity and isn’t too much trouble to empty out, sometimes I have to give it a whack or scoop out fluff with my fingers but that’s true for all my vacuums so it’s not an issue unique to this one. There is a HEPA filter and this is easy to remove and clean under the tap.

I own a few vacuums as some are better than others for certain tasks and, even though they are weaker, I find cordless vacuums so much more convenient to use than corded ones. The battery life isn’t great so I wouldn’t use this as my main vacuum but as a secondary one it’s not bad. It’s small and portable and very useful on the stairs as well as as a handheld.

    Conveniently compact lightweight cordless vacuum

Personally I’ve found this vacuum to be great on our hard floors, even with dog hairs it does manage to remove them with a daily whip around. Carpets is another story though and if like us you have pets and deep pile carpets to clean regularly you may need an extra more heavy duty vacuum for those areas as we struggle with this upstairs where it’s carpeted. For a secondary unit we’re happy enough but if it was our sole unit we would probably need to find something stronger.

I do like that it’s much easier to use and lightweight than a corded vacuum on the plus side.

I am amazed how light this Tower T513009 VL45 Cordless 3-in-1 Vacuum Cleaner feels, I have no problem lifting it up while using it. I love the anti-tangle floor brush as it’s a real nightmare having have to de-tangle hair from my Vax! I also noticed that the battery of this vacuum cleaner lasts longer than my Vax, which I’m really happy about.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis product is so close to being amazing but falls short of it with things that could have and should have been addressed before it came to market. Although it is by no means a bad product, in fact far from it. This is a great product. You get a lot for your money. However, it comes with some buts…

First the good. I really love the styling and colour scheme. I can see this as a bit marmite for some. Personally I think it looks really smart in it’s colour colours and it’s something a bit different. The size isn’t too big and it’s quite slender, for a vacuum cleaner, at least.

Some thought has gone into its looks and its operation. I love that you can empty the dust container over the bin. The bottom door opens and the stuff just falls in! Very handy! It’s easy to grip and easy to use. There are some smart design choices here. Like the ease of emptying it and the tools. You can just pull the main body off and fit an attachment for sofas and such. You have an attachment for high to reach places which is great for me because I’ll admit some spiders have been busy in my home… ahem. But the day of sucking doom came for them. The battery is removed for charging.

So far all so good but here are the buts.

I would say get this ONLY if these 3 statements apply to you:

    A) I have a small home or flat.
    B) All my floors are uncarpeted.
    C) I do not wish to clean my sofas and such with this.

If you answer YES to any of those maybe consider something else than this product.

Because the suction on this is not that strong. I would say it is okay on floors but on carpet it will struggle. It was a bit of a battle cleaning my sofa’s thick throw rug. I have a dog and those hairs are stubborn, this cleaner struggled. Additionally it takes a long time to charge the battery but only lasted me about 25 – 30 mins in cleaning. This is okay for my flat but if you have a large house you might struggle to get everything done.

So this is a cautious recommendation if you have a small flat and hard carpeted floors. If you are living in a carpeted mansion then probably not get this one.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI already have a shark vacuum cleaner, but it’s quite heavy and it’s not wireless. So having to carry it up and down stairs and plug it in again in various places can be a bit of a hassle. This is where this wireless vacuum cleaner excels.

It’s light, it’s wireless, it has many different attachments and you can get a quick hoover done in a matter of minutes. It picks up dust and dirt very effectively and for such a small device it has great suction. However, it doesn’t clean deep enough for high pile carpets so it won’t replace my shark, but it’s perfect for a quick clean and doesn’t get tangled with rubbish and hairs. For the price it’s a bargain and I have nothing bad to say about it. The battery could last a bit longer but it charges rather quickly anyway. Would recommend 100%.

There’s a lot to like with this cordless 3-in-1 vacuum cleaner. It is very well-made, feels robust and looks gorgeous. It is light, easy to use, doesn’t take up a lot of room and can be wall-mounted, if you want it to be. It is versatile and can be used as a full-length vacuum, with just the pole, or reduced to a useful hand-held size. It comes with the tools that you would expect, and they are very easy to swap in and swap out. It’s easy to empty and the filter is washable, which is a bonus.

In terms of power, it’s not the most powerful vacuum, but given what it is and the size of the motor, you shouldn’t expect it to be, and it is perfectly adequate. If you live in a reasonably sized house, with thick carpets, lots of people/children/pets in and out all day, and this is your only vacuum, my gut feeling is that it’s going to struggle to meet your demands, and it would be better to have a different vacuum for deep cleaning and this one for day-to-day as and when. If you have lots non-carpeted areas, I think this would be fine. I used it to cover a specified area and then went over the area again with my main vacuum; the main vacuum did pick up a few extra bits, but it was negligible, and less than I expected it to be.

You do get a good 30-35 minutes of running time from a full charge, and it’s surprising how much ground you can cover in that time. The dust box isn’t the biggest, but coped well, even in the areas where the dog spends most of his time, and I didn’t have to empty it as frequently as I expected. I thought the anti-tangle floor head was a bit gimmicky, but it does make a difference, and it’s easy to clean too.

At the time of writing this review, the cost is 109.00, and it’s worth every penny, just for the convenience of it. Happy to recommend.

It’s early days yet, but so far this is a decent replacement for our little handheld. It’s pretty light so much so that our 5yo can use it pretty comfortably, which I’m not gonna lie is pretty handy. I’m not sure the price tag of 109 is quite right, as things do feel a little basic. The hoover has 2 power settings, the long pole and power head attachment have led lights to help highlight your way to a tidy house. The power head has a fuzzy roller rather than the typical spiral brush which is a little odd, but it still works. These a clip that comes in the box to attach the multi reach tools direct onto the main pole. In all a handy light weight quick whip around, but don’t expect it to be as good as your main squeeze.

I’m quite impressed with this vacuum. I also have a Dyson so of course I had to compare it to that. They are actually pretty similar, the biggest difference between them is just that this doesn’t have a trigger. There is a button on the back that you press once to turn on, again for high power mode and again to turn off. Everything else is so similar to the Dyson that I wonder why they didn’t add the trigger, maybe due to patents or something?

It has many of the same features such as being easy to see how much has been collected in it and being easy to empty. It also looks really nice with a very appealing colour scheme and has plenty of accessories.

My only concern would be the power, it’s not quite as powerful as the Dyson but it doesn’t feel far off, neither of them compare to a corded vacuum in terms of raw suction power. We are now using this one upstairs and the other one downstairs.

You can pay a lot of money for the cordless vacuum cleaners and I had a Dyson, which was much more expensive for some years. This vacuum is easy to clean and it is easy to use. It can be used on carpet or hard floors. It picks up smaller debris with ease and like much vacuum cleaners struggles sometimes with large debris. It has a good stretch for harder to get places. It has the attachments for edges etc. It can used in the car or wherever. It is easy to hold and not too heavy. Battery life is reasonable but you are not going to vacuum a large house on one charge. This is probably for a smaller home or for emergencies or smaller areas in a larger home. battery length is dependant on how you use it but the maximum is probably around 30 minutes or thereabouts. It worked well on the carpet and in the kitchen which has a hard floor. As good as my old Dyson was, probably not but not far behind it and so so much cheaper. It feels solid and well made. It has a 3 year warranty for peace of mind. It is very handy. It works well. If it was for the vacuum regardless of price, probably a 3.5 -4 star. Taking into account the price, probably a 4.5 to 5 star. Taking into account the price, this is a good buy.

A lovely lightweight stick vacuum that is wonderful with its lack of wires.
35 mins charge time is just enough to get around our bungalow, but might not be enough for a big 2 story family home.
The suction is fantastic and it picks up more than my old one, it’s super easy to assemble and empty too.
Charging is easy while it’s hung in it’s storage hook if placed near a plug socket for the cable.
I can’t say I’m a fan of the rise gold colour on the detail and metal tube, but others might like it.
The instructions are a bit bare bones in the detail and could do with a few more diagrams.
The pet attachment is really good too!

Great vacuum but a couple of niggles

Tower T513009 VL45 Cordless 3-in-1 Vacuum Cleaner with HEPA Filter

Very easy to use cordless vacuum. This vacuum cleaner is very easy to assemble and take apart and does not take very long to charge. The battery pack is very easy to remove.

The small portable vacuum is great for cleaning the edges of rooms as well as going up and down the staircase. I found it a little heavy after using for a while but it is very efficient and left my hallway looking very clean.

The main vacuum is easy to manoeuvre and the brush head swivels easily. Emptying the vacuum couldn’t be simpler and just needs unclipping and the contents can go in the bin. No need for disposable vacuum bags.

Good vacuum which will find a lot of use in our household.

    UPDATE:
I have dropped this product by 1* as I’ve been using it for a while now and I have to say I do find it quite top heavy after a short time and it makes my hands ache.

    easy to use

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThis is a nice cordless vacuum at an affordable price. Very affordable and that comes with some compromises.

Starting with the Cons, I need to say that the suction is not as good as I was hoping for.
Is not doing great on carpets but is way better on hard floors.
Collects hair easily as promised but mostly from the hard floor. On the carpet is harder. Especially carpets with long piles.
It is a bit noisy (noisier than the one I have now) but nothing dramatic.
The battery doesn’t really last long but is already stated that it runs only for 35 minutes. That is because the battery is small and this is one of the main reasons this vacuum is so light.
The compartment for the dust and bits is small too but this also reflects on the overall weight of the vacuum.

Now as for the pros, it has a beautiful style. Aesthetically is very nice.
Extremely light (because of the small battery) you can hold it with one hand and clean high ceilings, corners, spider webs, etc, without getting tired or sore arms. For someone who has less strength in arms is ideal.
Comes with many accessories that can change easily and make this vacuum from a long one for floors to a small handheld one for your car or couch or just for that moment that something fell on the floor. It is something you can have handy without the need for loads of space.
The filter is very good and washable so that helps a lot.
The system is truly anti-tangle for hair and that is very good.
Except for the head accessories, It comes of course with a base to mount on the wall (although not really essential) and its charger.
You set it up extremely easily and you can change the parts easily as well. Is just a click.

Overall this is a friendly budget vacuum that is to be used as secondary and for daily maintenance, especially with pets, and not for deep cleaning.
This can be your second “cheap and light” when you don’t want out to take out the big one just for refreshment and maintenance.
