Brilliant, thick and sturdy tent pegs, so much better than the usual spindly things that bend as soon as you hit them. And the hole in the plastic part at the top makes it really easy to pull them out again using the supplied hook.

Had never heard of rock pegs until booked into a campsite and got confirmation of the booking and a warning about the need stone pegs. Ordered them online and they arrived promptly and did the job perfectly.

The tent pegs are brilliant. Would have given the product 5 stars but when putting away the tent pegs after testing the top came off the bag. Such a shame as the bag looked really sturdy.

After previously camping in Wales at a campsite which had rocks under grass, I destroyed several standard pegs there. So I bought these for when I returned back to this same campsite. These worked a treat. Straight into the ground, no messing and no bent pegs. I would recommend.

been camping a couple of times and the pegs that came with the tent were absolutely useless unless the ground was sopping wet and even then if there were any stones they would bend like pipe straws, had been thinking about getting some better pegs but hadn’t got round to it Then as it it t’were fate, my neighbour borrowed my tent pegs ‘for a festival’ and they were never seen nor heard from again, prompting me to make the best tent peg decision i have ever made, and going for these, liked the idea of the bag, loved the idea of having a rubber headed hammer of my very own, i haven’t looked back since, i’m now the tent king with my fancy pegs and nifty rubber hammer.

Great tent pegs, nice and strong. Come in a handy bag with a rubber mallet and a tool to pull them out of the ground. Well impressed, a great item

I used this for my fathers day challenge at my grandaughters school. Came in plenty of time and was perfect for staking out our den. Great addition for putting down a tent.

We’ve been using the hardened tent pegs (basically a long masonry nail with a plastic double hook on the top) for quite a while and have had varying success on hard standing ground for pegging out the awning. Until we discovered these hardened screws that are over 8″ long! Used them at the weekend, had to hammer them in to start with to get them going (tried the hammer supplied with the pegs but it was a bit feeble – the hammer not me!) used the electric screwdriver attachment also supplied and voila, in and secure.
I did bend a couple of them but you just get them out the ground and hammer them straight and continue.
Getting the pegs out was the best bit, without exaggerating it took less then 5 minutes to get all 20 pegs out and the awning on the floor ready to be folded up and put away.

In short, if you like tent pegs that can be screwed in and out then these are the tools for the job.

Not had a chance to test these pegs out in practice yet but they seem like a good product. The carrying case appears to be quite sturdy and looks like it should last.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought these for use on a site in Dorset. The item arrived on time and proved to be very useful in pegging my caravan awning down.
