They are sharp, comfortable, great looking and easy to clean.
For years we’ve managed with the standard cutlery knives and forks and I’ve sawed my way through many a steak or a piece of gammon. I’d had enough! Hence the trawling of the internet which almost invariably leads me to Amazon
Tramontina have a great range that allows you to truly empty your wallet on some marvellous items of cutlery and dream the wide open spaces barbecuing in South America. But living in the UK is a lesser requirement, for me at least, and these really fit the bill.
That first gentle action with my right hand and the meat fell apart so easily. I didn’t feel like a school kid hacking at my school dinners in a previous century. Yep, I’m very happy with our purchase and would commend them to anyone looking for a stylish addition to their cutlery drawer.
Good value, excellent cutting for steaks, pork chops etc, comfortable to hold.
not used them yet so I shall give them a good try, but they are “Sharp”, so do be careful.
but one thing because this item is age restricted I found it to be silly in
my case, because Amazon “Knows” how long I’ve been a customer.
I shall be using the knife and fork on my pork chops as if it’ll cut that it’ll
cut most things but I honesty think it will do the job rather well.
Great value, durable and comfortable. Same manufacture that most restaurants use.
I am still using a knife and fork from the same company a good 25 years later.
Obviously product materials change over the years. But I have high hopes.
Besides cutting meat, pie coverings can be tough. just used once but cutting our chicken breasts was like cutting through butter with a hot knife !
Delighted with this purchase, lovely product, handles are really well made and wood looks and feels nice, blades are strong and sharp. Very impressed
The Mrs struggles to cut my well marinated steak so I bought her these as a present. Be careful how you store them as you’ll easily sever a finge
Lightweight and super sharp which is what you need to get through some barbecue food lol, really happy with this purchase 😉
These were great value. Some discolouration on the handles of several of the forks, but they’re perfect for steaks and bbq’s. Just what I was looking for.
Really good quality knives and forks set. The knives are very sharp and works well on steaks of any size. I’ve washed it a couple of times and the wood (on the handle) does not discolour and stays the same which is a plus as usually wooden stuff gets discoloured. Would highly recommend this set if you’re a steak lover!!
My original steak knives were battered and bruised so I searched for an alternative on Amazon. Came across these and wasn’t sure what to expect due to the price. However, they very good! Sure you could probably get better but for the price they are fab. Dishwasher safe too! Have used them quite a bit since purchase and they still look brand new.
We are over the moon with set, they are comfortable to hold and the knives are very sharp.
Don’t be put off by the low price, these are quality items and represent exceptional value for money.
