My grandsons loved playing this game. Particularly as they’re into dinosaurs.

In one game we came up with multiple scenarios but covered by rules and had to make house rules

Bought at Christmas for my 5 year old. A month later and we’ve have played it over a dozen times and he still loves it. Very simple concept and fun for all ages. Tip: play the simplified rules for a quicker game, can take a while if four play the main rules!

My 6 & 7 year old really enjoy this game, especially when they get to capture me and ground me in the Trex den! Really helps with their numbers and makes them think about consequences before they move.

Good game, good value for money and still being played

My 5y/o really loves this game. It took a couple of plays for him to full understand how to approach it but now that he’s got it, he’s great at it. He knows where to move the T-rex in order to steer clear from it and send the other players to the den.
Fun game for the whole family.

Brilliant game for dinosaur lovers. Got it for a 6year old and super easy to follow instructions with ways to extend for older. I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game as a 27year old! Was worried as I’d never heard of it before but it’s worth the money and made the child’s birthday!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMy grandson who is six has just got into board games. We have had it for two days now and I must have played it about twenty times! If four are playing it does take some time for everyone to get round, so we have modified the rules slightly, eg T.Rex only moves forward, and any number of dinosaurs can land on the same space rather than “fighting it out”. I recommend using the lid of the box to temper enthusiastic die throwing too.

I bought this for my 6 year old grandson to play with during lockdown. He is mad on dinosaurs and so is his Daddy. They have spent many happy hours playing with it.

It arrived on time. It was just what my grandson wanted and he is over the moon to get it. If we had not been in lock down I would go some where else to get it because of the cost of postage. (was not given option of 2nd class)

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAs an introduction to board gaming, this game is great for young kids who have a passion for dinosaurs, like my young boys.
We purchased this for them both to play over the Christmas period, within three months of having the game we have played it around 15 times. The rules are easy to pick up and within time I have seen my 6 year old start adopt logic and tactics. He absolutely loves dinosaurs and as a result loves this game. My 4 year old loses patience with the game however we have him play as the t-rex which is much simpler and means if he does get fed up, it does not ruin the game half way through.
For us adults it can get a bit boring, however what do you expect from a kids game. its great for family time and like i said earlier a good introduction to the board gaming world before i start with more complex games like Talisman in the future. Cant go wrong!!

Good quality game. Bought for my 3 year old and he loves it and so does his 9 year old brother. Quite a few rules rules but still a good game to play.

A dinosaur version of ludo with the added threat of a tyrannosaurus rex. My 9 year old grandson has played this since he was 6. He still loves it. a nice touch is all the dinosaurs are different, so educational as well.

Great fun to play. Grandkids (3 and 5) loved the dinosaur element to what basically is a Ludo game but with the added bonus of a roving TRex that can catch you out.

Such a great game. Simple and fun. I enjoy it as much as my 7y old son. You dont see good classic games much these days. Really good to see a game like this.

Great fun game for the family
My 6yr old loves it and it’s got a few variations to make it harder and longer if more ages are playing.
    Sturdy board and pieces

Instructions are quite confusing but doesn’t take too long to figure it ou

Good game for a child, I would say 5-6 is a good age for it. It moves quickly meaning that you are always engaged and it can be fun to see your child start to build up strategies for the game.

Bought for my nephew’s to play when they visit as they like dinosaurs and board games. They loved it. The game is a similar idea to Ludo but with a few twists which makes the game more exciting. It was a good price too. I would recommend.

The children love this game. However the board could be much bigger. We have made it a game for up to 5 players so whereby one person is the TRex throughout the game because it gets very confusing. Other than that value for money is fair. Delivery time good. But more importantly the kids love it.

Great game. Although a bit tricky at the start, once we followed instructions and started taking turns, the game was very clear snd involving. Our 5 year old enjoyed it as his pre-birthday present. Good indoor game. Can be taken on holidays too. I gave it 4 starts for the price which can be lesser. Otherwise great buy..

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThe board is well made and features a colourful easy to understand design. My children age 6 and 10 were able to pick the game rules up with ease. It’s basically ludo but with the added menace of a t rex who can send your little herbivores back to the start line or gobble em up for a more thrilling game.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersA simple game of moving 4 coloured dinosaurs around the board with the dice. You also throw dice to move a T-Rex who is chasing your own dinosaurs. If the T-Rex catches you you go to his nest and have to throw a 6 to escape. If you land on the same space as one of someone else’s dinosaurs you can challenge them to a duel (throwing dice to get the highest score). If you lose you start again. A simple but exciting concept
My 4yo and 6yo boys love this game. They can play it without adult help and choose it over other games regularly. We bought it for a classmate and it was well received too.

Golden Review Award: 34 From Our UsersGreat game for kids that like dinosaurs or board games. There is a decent sized good quality board which you have to guide your dinosaurs around. The aim is to get the dinosaurs safely home before the T Rex gets them.

Comes with three dice – two which decide how many places you move each turn and one which decides how many places the T Rex moves each turn. The T Rex always moves first – if he lands on your space you get relegated to his lair and have to role two sixes (I think) to get out again. There are different routes you can take on the board to try to avoid the T Rex.

The dinosaurs have individual features and a number on the bottom which corresponds with a number on a sheet of paper which tells you the name of your dinosaurs and information about each one. I thought this was a nice touch.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersWe bought this for our Grandson who loves Dinosaurs. The fact that it had so many different dinosaurs was very good as it added to the game play

The added bonus was the sheet of paper that listed the names and what they were like, this made it more enjoyable

There are two ways to play the game “short” and “long” this also was useful as at different times we had more time to play they others

    Well worth buying

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGreat game based on Ludo/Frustration, my 7 year old loves it. He also makes his own versions of the game up (that of course make it easy for him to win). No fiddly setting up or really confusing rules. One read through and you’ve got the basics. Game doesn’t last too long either so you don’t get stuck playing for hours. Best out of 3? is usually the norm in our house 🙂

The game was for a little boy of five, so the family had to help, but found the easier way of playing the game was just suitable for him at the moment, but the more difficult way would come in as he got older.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersBought for 6 year old grandson’s birthday. He loves it. Started with the basic level where the T-Rex chases the player dinosaurs around the board based on the roll of the dice whilst they’re all trying to get home. Since the T-Rex gets a go every time but the players have to wait their turn he eventually catches every one up and completes several laps to their one so there is much concern as to whether he is going to pass you by or land on your square and send you off to his lair where you have to roll a six to get out. The next level involves 2 dinosaurs having a fight if they land on the same square as well as looking over their shoulders for the oncoming T-Rex!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIf your child is dinosaur mad then this is the game for them! Each player has four dinosaurs to get home but they have to watch out as T-Rex can land on their square and challenge them to a ‘fight’. The game is for up to four player age 6+ and this is about the right age range as the game is played with three dice to move both the T-Rex and then one (combined value of the other two dice) or two of the players own dinosaurs. It is great for helping with counting and adding and I liked the little added touch of facts about each of the 17 dinosaurs.
