If you like movies like National Treasure or programs like Outer Banks your sure to like this one. Tom Holland, Mark Whalberg. Great duo, great actors = great entertainment. Would totally recommend and glad I have it on dvd.
..first scene a bit Bond likethinking the young man must be dreaming..the credits start.
Casting excellent. Not sure of the seemingly unsure introduction of the story. It seems unreal, and not a serious “pull in” for the viewer.
Might be our taste, rather than the film itself.
Was ok, it had its moments, too many computer generated scenes for me , that where obvious. But good humour and the acting wasn’t bad.worth the money and watching I guess.
Least this didn’t cost me 30/40 this time.
Getting on to the film, I enjoyed it. Flew by and didn’t drag like Jim Morrisons life story… Good CGI and a flimsy but noticeable plot line.
Not disappointed I spent my money on the dvd
Very good movie, nice edition, and always a breath of fresh air to know that Sony is one of the few film labels that still respects portuguese language and the many millions of people around the world who speak and read it, by still including portuguese subtitles in its bluray editions.
If you like the game you just might be disappointed with this movie, but they have tried to stay as close to the game as possible. Tom and Mark really make this movie. I loved it and would watch it again just a fun adventure movie with lots of laughs along the way,a must see movie
Interesting movie. Good actor game. Not 5 stars because:
1. Tom Holand doesn’t looks like Nathan Drake. Absolutely. But plays good.
2. Very trivial plot.
But picture quality, sound quality – fantastic. Good release. And Ukrainian audio – thanks for it 🙂
It was a brilliant film, highly recommended for any true Uncharted fan like myself. They have based this film on all 4 Uncharted games which I thought was a brilliant idea. So they have taken parts of all 4 Uncharted games and took certain parts and added to the film which was brilliant. The banter between Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) and
Viktor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) was brilliant. Well worth a watch. It felt weird watching a 2 hour Uncharted film without playing the game itself.
No bad points to add which is a bonus.
(I myself am not a game player so was able to watch with no expectations and
enjoyed the film) though it seems many that have played the game say it
drifted some from the game theme…..glad I could watch it as an adventure
movie
We find two brothers who, though they will go different ways in life obsessed
by the legendary Magellan expedition of years gone by and the lost gold.
Nate (Tom Holland) has never forgot the legend or indeed his brother Sam
who he’d promised to reunite with one day.
Well, Nate is singled out by fortune hunter Victor (Mark Wahlberg ) who believes
Nate will help him unlock the clues of the treasures whereabouts they are joined by.
Chloe ( Sophia Ali ) another fortune hunter who, however, proves to be only out for
herself, sharing not in her thinking.
The trio will be relentlessly followed and pursued by the unscrupulous Santiago Moncada
(Antonio Banderas) and his sidekick Jo (Tati Gabrielle) and their band of thugs.
It seems trust is very thin on the ground as they close in on the prize.
Will anyone come out of the chase ahead.?
On its own, an action-packed fun-ride that’ll keep you glued to the screen.
Good 4k presentatio
