How Long Does It Take?
Gameplay time varies greatly depending on number of players, deductive abilities and pure luck. Most teams of 2 or more players take 2-6 hours.
How Many People Can Play?
There is no limit to the number of players who can solve a case. More than 8 may consider splitting into teams, each with their own case.
Are These Real Crimes?
No. This is a fictitious cold case written so you can actually solve it. Any resemblance to real people or events is unintended.
What Age is it Appropriate For?
This murder mystery game is written for adults but is appropriate for mature teens. We aim for “PG-13” level of language and content.

Me and my friends had so much fun tryna solve it.
Bought as a gift for my 13 year old daughter, she and her cousin (with assistance from Dad) solved this in about 4 hours.
Well thought our, excellent quality support material and engaging, would certainly recommend, 25 so not cheap but a little over 6 per hour for 3 people is good value IMHO.
On opening it was a lovely quality. Lots of details. There is a lot of reading at first and you have to keep going back through each step – can’t complain I guess that’s what a real detective would do. It took us about 2.5 hrs to complete the first step of three and we did have to use the clues as it was tough so much stuff to go through with no idea what your looking for at first the second step sounds easier but we haven’t started it yet. I maybe wouldn’t recommend for children due to difficulty and it’s probably done better in a small group
With 3 teenagers it’s hard to find something for everyone to do that they all enjoy. This was a hit with everyone
Excellent value for money, great layout, makes your mind work to solve the clue’s, my granddaughter is 16yrs old she loves them

You need to change the difficult text because it’s not easy to read as someone who doesn’t have English as their first language, We need to jump over some text so it can be difficult to solve the case if you haven’t read it all. Please change the text or give papers with normal tex
We bought this for a couples night. We set it all up and played it as we had drinks throughout the evening. It wasn’t as simple as first appeared. However, it created a great talking point throughout the night.
Game lasted about four hours. A lot of that time was just talking with each other, and discussing the clues that were in front of us. everybody had great fun and I can highly recommend it if you’re looking for something different to do in an evening.
We loved this, bought for my daughters birthday and sat doing this over a few drinks. Brilliant night.

Excellent, fun game. Really enjoyed it. Although expensive for what it is. Can’t obviously do it more than once, so will try and sell.

i did buy this about a year ago now and i feel like if i were to do it again now i would just as much fun as i have completly forgotten who the killer was 🙂
Got this for a post-karaoke games night and damn it was crazy. 5 of us took 3 hours to solve and it was so interesting. The reason I dropped one star is because once we had solved the first clue the rest of the game was almost obvious, it lacked necessary structure. That might be the point but it put us in a sticky situation Anyways deffo recommend!!
I was a little hesitant about buying this given the price tag, but this is a really well put together pack and it feels substantial. It includes photographs, a lot of evidence papers, interviews etc. There were a lot of nice touches too, e.g. suspect packets bundled together with paperclips in a big thick folder made it feel like a lot of work went into preparing it. The whole thing comes in a plastic zip-locked evidence bag.
My partner and I spent about 5 or 6 hours or so on this, spread over a couple of evenings (something different for a date night, although maybe the wine slowed us down) and we really enjoyed it. I think it’d work great for a solo game, or as a couple, or as a group. The only downside being that once you know who did it, you can’t really play it again!
There are 3 objectives as you go through the pack and it includes weblinks to check if you’re on the right track as you go through the objectives. The clues are pretty well hidden and you have to really dig for some of them.
Overall I’d really recommend this, but I’m still not completely sure it’s worth 30, so it’s 4 stars from me.
