The glass sheet of the mirror ball is glued on with double-sided adhesive.
Because the two poles are getting smaller and smaller, the glass sheet is definitely not as dense as the equator area.
The glass sheet is spirally turned and pasted, so there are some areas with white foam exposed.
There is no enough space to insert another piece of glass, we are sure you will understand when you see and think about it.
When hanging out to make the effect, the line of sight is mainly concentrated on the equator, so the two poles do not affect the effect at all.

I bought this for my mother’s 90th birthday party later this year. Despite her age, she still loves disco music & as I couldn’t get this locally, bought it here on Amazon.
Apart from the nut needing to be tightened, it came in perfect condition & now awaits the big party nigh
This item is Styrofoam construction with glass mirror applied, so it’s lightweight but well made for it’s price point.
I sealed mine with tile grout to weatherproof the mirrorball and is now adding daily sparkle to the garden before the night lights come on.
Worth the money for my project and a fun item for indoor or out.
This was a gift, I had no great expectations as it wasn’t something I had thought of buying. Pleasantly surprised at how well made the ball is and even thought of buying one for our garden.
