Not the NVR as it was not problem but the cameras have an issue sometimes if they are not connected directly to the unit via the network cable. The system does not like switches or power adapters. With all the cameras going straight to the unit all is fine.
I bought this unit and 5 cameras to replace a failed unit from another manufacturer. As the cables were already in, the installation and set up was straightforward. I am happy with the video quality and the recording function. I haven’t got around to setting up remote viewing yet, so can’t comment on that.
I would very much like to mention the quality of support given. An issue came up with some of the cameras some time after installing them.
On contacting the support team I was guided step by step to solve the problem. They certainly knew their product and were quick to identify, and solve, the problems I was having.
I do recommend Veezoom to anybody considering a CCTV system.

Je pensais qu’en mettant des alarmes, le disque dur ne stockerait que les images en relation avec les alarmes. Il semble que ce ne soit pas le cas.
This is a good design of a more than entry level Networked Video Recorder that can power and connect to up to 8 CCTV camera each up to 8MP. They can have integrated PTZ controlling accessories (integrated). The NVR system comes with a CCTV quality 2TB hard disk and the back panel gives you VGA or HDMI monitor output. Two phono audio in and out female connectors. A single USB connection for mouse/keyboard and the power adapter input. Above the power is an on/off power switch and a connection block for alarm outputs. The front panel also has two USB ports for flash drives, external hard disk or for the keyboard/PTZ/mouse. The back pannel hase the 8 channel PoE RJ45 ports for the cameras. Playback is easy per camera and smart fast searching/scanning for events. Activity zone setup is simple and effective. Really like the push event features to tablets or smart phones. And also the alarms. I used one of the outputs to be able to drive a relay for IR flooding for two of the camera. Really like the NVR and offers great value for money given the rich features and good design. Highly recommended, Andrew
This has been the perfect solution for me who isn’t overly tech savvy to be able to set up a home security system easily. I didn’t know that something like this existed and always wondered how I could monitor and store video footage. This comes with a whopping 2TB worth of storage and plugs into your router and can take up to 8 cameras. I only have 3 so far but it’s useful to know I can easily add more if I need to.
You can watch all screens at once or focus on one in particular and you can receive alerts when movement is detected if needed. This stores the footage so you can backtrack and see if it’s caught any action and delete if needed or it will automatically overwrite old footage unless you save it to a USB drive. For me this is the perfect solution, it’s very easy to use and has easily combines our individual cameras into one simple system. Recommended.
If you want a NVR that you can expand over time then this is a great option as you can start off with the NVR and just get a single camera rather than investing in a full system. This NVR supports up to 8 cameras and the 2TB hard drive allows for plenty of video storage so this allows for plenty of future expandability. With it being POE, you also don’t need to worry about separate power and data cables or connectivity issues as each camera is a single cable solution. It is a bit annoying that you have to use a mouse to navigate the NVR menu, it would be much better with a remote but the app can also be used.
Easy enough to install, if you know what you are doing.

It’s quite small and well produced I wouldn’t say its premium but certainly a decent quality and componants

Veezoom have their own cameras that can be added one by one too so you can add them as you go if required there is VGA output HDMI output audio interface lan and usb it looks quite small and discrete and easy to set up The mouse and bits included aren’t the best but they are fully functional with and simple operation most cctv units in this range are much more expensive granted there are cameras included in some set ups but this has everything you will need bar each camera very good overall and can recommend this set up for this price
A very easy to set up 8 channel NVR! Full 4K recording and a large hard drive means that 4K recording will last a long time! Happy days .. remember through this is just the NVR so you will have to buy the cameras in addition to this!
