OK, ok good Retinol product and expensive do seem to go hand in hand. This does feel wonderfully rich when rubbing it in, and it rubs in well, not leaving an greasyness. My partner is the one who is using it and she reports that it feels great during application and does not seem to be effecting anything poorly. She says it definitely moisturizes and seems to work about as well as her go to Retinol product but we probably will not be putting it on the reorder list due to price. She did point out that she has to use very little, but still not worth it pound for pound.
The eye serum is lightweight and easy to apply. It seems to absorb into skin fast, and leaves skin soft and plump. It does not irritate my eyes, which is quite rare for an eye cream. I like the smell. I think I see some improvement in the appearance.
What I am not sure about is the dispenser – it is a pump bottle, but the opening is really wide and it tends to dispense much more than needed for such a small area.
I really like this, it’s very creamy and lightweight. That’s the biggest thing for me. I hate the stickiness that a cheaper moisturizer will have. This does not have that. It’s really soft and light and just perfect!!! I can tell the difference in the skin around my eye as well. I’m going to try and focus on some fine lines I have and see how it works for that. Will update!
I have been using this for a few weeks, it doesn’t help with fine lines, goes on smooth, no smell and has not caused a breakout. A little goes a very long way. I am not sure I would pay this price for it but it does help
This cream has a wonderful consistency and a slight clean fragrance. It’s lightweight and creamy and absorbs into the skin within a matter of minutes. It has given my eye area some brightness, but I see no change in even fine lines. Still a nice cream to use for moisturizing morning and evening.
They say the eyes are windows to the soul well the eyes show the aging I am experiencing too. I’ve been using this product as part of my nightly routine. I noticed a little less wrinkles. Their is a difference in the skin around my eyes, looks less tired.
If you have big puffy bags under your eyes and you use this product, you will still have bags under your eyes, but they won’t look quite as bad. If the price of that small change seems high, that’s because it is. That said, you can use a very very small amount each day and really make this last. Do NOT get it in your eye, you will be quite unhappy. Good luck
This Verso Skincare Super Eye Serum 1 Oz is very lightweight and almost like a gel. It smooths on very quickly over the eye area, and covers a lot of skin with one pump, so I just add it to some of my cheeks and forehead with the remainder. This feels very cooling and comfortable, and dries quickly. This is not heavily moisturizing, so if you need extra care, you might want to use another product for night time. This Verso is very convenient during the day or after a shower, however, when you just want a hydrating pick-me-up.
When I put this ointment on I can immediately feel a tingling and burning sensation. It’s not unbearable and goes away within 30 seconds. It doesn’t bother me too much because I feel like that how you know it’s working. You do need to be careful about getting it in your eye, because that burns very badly.
I took a picture of the amount of serum dispensed with a full pump. This amount is more than adequate to do both eyes. I would use it as a night cream because it does leave a residue on your eyes that may interfere with your makeup. It has a nice clean fresh scent.
I like the cream and that after one week I am seeing results, but for my $85 is a little expensive for an everyday cream, but it is Christmas and birthday wishlist worthy! If it is affordable for you than it would be worth it because it does actually work!
I’ve tried some cheap retinol creams and tossed them in the trash. This one is well worth the money. It smells and feels wonderful on my eyes and face. Love it!
A lifetime of humor and age caused an abundance of laugh lines, and I am happy to say that I noticed visible improvement in the appearance of crows feet on the first application.
It seems to smooth the skin a little, but not that waxy type of flattening I’ve experienced with some products. It feels more like the Olay line of age-defying serums only better.
It did not magically make the lines disappear, but I am hoping that with repeated daily use, it will soften them even more with time.
Once I got the pump applicator started, I did not have any problems dispensing the product in the right amount.
I have to say I am delightfully surprised by the results. I honestly was not expecting this to work as well as it does.
However, the cost would give me cause for pause, so I am hoping this bottle lasts for a long time. If I continue to see transformative improvement, I would consider it worth it.
It’s got a very lightly scented soft smell to it that only lingers for a min or two. It took forty-two initial pumps for it to get started. I thought something was wrong because it did take so long.
I feel like a little goes a long way with this serum. I only need one drop and that’s plenty for around both eyes. I concentrate it around my crows feet and under eye area. I’ve also have extremely sensitive skin and have only been able to use the lowest dose of Retin-A (from my dermatologist) without major peeling and burning. This hasn’t even turned my skin red in the slightest. (Does that means it’s really not that effective?) Again, I believe it has been working to plump up my crows feet. Overall, it’s s bit expensive to try I really do like it.
Although it has only been a little less than a week, we are noticing a difference in lessening of lines and skin firmness. Not a great change but at our age any improvement is wonderful. Easy to apply and it penetrates quickly. So far so good.
