I like these knives because they are lightweight, slim, flexible and very sharp. To my mind Victorinox make the best paring knives of all. They are also easy to keep sharp with either a traditional hand stell or electric sharpener. Supr value for money.
This is the second time I have bought these knives as I am slowly replacing my kitchen utensils. I like the fact that the knives are lightweight, sharp and easy to use. Those with serrated blades make tasks like slicing tomatoes effortless.
If you are bored of blunt kitchen knives, or those that promise much, but very soon are as blunt as the rest of your knife collection, then look no further.
Good value. Delivery was difficult as needed to be at home to sign for them as they are knives. Would not deliver to a neighbour even with neighbours name and consent.
Bought for myself a year ago and impressed so bought set for son. Don’t be fooled by cheap looking coloured plastic handles they are sturdy and cut as good as knives much more expensive.
I’ve even purchased multiple boxes for family gifts they are that good and sharp! The coloured handles mean you can co-ordinate their use for meat, vegetables, fruit etc, if you so wish.
Also, a great size if (carefully) encouraging children, adolescents to cook/prepare meals with you.
So reasonably priced too, go and look at their other products

WORD OF CAUTION- Do NOT let your teens/kids use these knives. My teenage daughter cut her hand using the green knife that cut through her nerve and had to have a massive surgery. Surgeon said it will take 6 months to recover fully. Only use it for ADULTS and if you have good hand control.
I use it for more than a year now. I bought them in Nov 2022. They are Still Great. My kids are not allowed to use it.
For me, those are the best knives I ever used in my kitchen. My friends came over, used it and now they bought it too.
Due to their super sharpness, I wouldn’t recommend it to people who are unable to have full control of a knife. Like young kids 10- 13 or elderly who might hurt themselves.
