This is a great package which includes resistance bands, press up board and a handy carrying bag. You can take it on holiday or use it as home for a good workout.
Good little product but needs to have a sturdier base for heavier people!!
The board unfortunately cracked when someone larger had a go!
Been using this for a couple of weeks, very easy and convenient to use, just worked out the sticky pads are for the underside of the plastic base, only criticisms are the handles are slightly wobbly in the holes, i was able to fix that by putting some electrical tape around the stub of the handles, now fits tightly and stable, another issue is the handles themselves are quite hard and uncomfortable when held for a long time, could do with a bit more padding around them, other than that, very happy with them and with regular use can feel them working the muscles
Bought it for my son who’s getting into fitness.
He loves it, from my point of view its great that it all goes away neatly into a bag when not being used.
Good purchase for beginners this. Sturdy and loads of different push-up and gym related exercises available, I’m former military and this has helped so much already when you can’t get to the gym.
It is quite sturdy but also made of plastic so you have to treat it with care.
The variations are good and the handles are comfortable to use.
So I was just doing push ups.
And now with this; and by moving the handles around you can get a better work out then if you just did standard push ups.
I was surprised. And I like it. I wish it were not so? Plastic. But it works fine, just feels plastic, but I like it.
Not only can you do a range of push ups to exercise different muscles but also, the resistance bands that come with it can be, double looped through the metal eyes, sit down place your foot on the board, arm on your leg and do curls to strengthen your forearms and wrists. As well as the other exercises they suggest. All colour coded for the push ups and muscles you want to target. Pretty neat.
Maybe an upgrade for this product would be it, but made of something heavy and hard, and the handles made of metal… which could be used for push ups and then weights connected to then be used as dumbbells?
Any how. Good addition to my work outs
Has different difficulty levels and easy to use. Only down side is the long rope like feature is a little too long for shorter people.
Not sure how long it will last as it’s plastic and I’m heavy. It’s been a few months so far and it’s still going okay.
I can do normal push ups ok like 10 before I get tired I struggled to do do 2 of these so just be prepared, the different slots are cool as it tells you what’s being worked out the elastic things are useless tho I’m 5.10 and I couldn’t stretch them fully since they’re so long
It’s very easy to use and it can help improve beginners. However the sturdiness is not good at all. When doing the leg stretches that it demonstrates the board comes straight off the floor. I had to put weights on it for it not to do so. As well as this when using it for push-ups it slides on the floor even with the stickers they provide on the bottom.
I got this for my grandads birthday as he’s in to fitness and exercise, uses it few times a week to do push ups with, and the bands are a grate addition to switch things up
Whilst it has a variety of workouts, sometimes the way how the handles fit into the base homes feels a bit unsecure for some push up settings. Although the elastic bands are of acceptable quality, for me they are good for warm-up but not really to do an intense workout. I almost can’t notice work in my biceps and for that I have to tense the bands too much which feels they are going to break suddenly. Generally, I would say it’s good to keep mild workouts or warm-ups but if you really want a more intense workout you should consider harder options.
Definitely would recommend this. Was sceptical at first as I didn’t believe it truly worked out the muscle groups mentioned but you do feel the burn and tension after a decent amount of reps
Easy to assemble, floor pads prevent it from sliding on the laminate so you won’t face plant the floor because the boards moved.
The ropes are a bit on the long side so not good for me as i cant build enough tension for curls or back exercises
1 page instructions/exercise guide and a neat drawstring bag comes with it all to pack away so definitely helpful with space saving.
4 stars only because of the ropes length but solid product otherwise.
Good product. Used for a short while, product is easy to use and assemble but the novelty has worn off and I have gone back to doing normal press ups and floor exercises. Possibly a bit gimmicky for some. Overall however, product does as expected.
