Bought due to good reviews, can add that I am also very pleased with this plug, worked well in USA, because it has the earth pin, it does not fall out of sockets unlike my husbands one. Would recommend.
Well this adaptor was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Krakow! Speedy charging from the usb ports and and even worked for my hairdryer. Extremely useful and will come in very handy for my son’s overseas trips in 2024. Arrived quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition.
On my trip to Japan it was a lifesaver for charging multiple items at the same time. Steph from the store was really kind and super fast in replying when I had some difficulties with the type A plug. It was my fault for not reading the instructions properly, so read the instructions first! Highly recommended for all type of plugs and it occupies a little space in my luggage, a little bit heavy, but better than have multiple plugs in the bag. Thanks Steph!
I’m sick of buying individual adapters for each country so finally decided to buy a universal one. Took this one to the US and it worked brilliantly. I love that it fits both types of plug sockets widely found in the US. This adapter is neat, compact, really well designed, and lighter than a lot of similar items. The only thing that would have made me even happier would be a little travel pouch of some sort. But I would definitely recommend this product. Also love that it came with a warranty and instructions as to how to register it for peace of mind.
I have only tried it in Europe and UK so can’t comment on the non-european features.
Better than anything I have had before. Looks to be a quality build so no reason to think that it will not last for a good number of years.
Absolutely brilliant travel adapter would very highly recommend I used it in Greece had no problem with it it also has the fast charging C connector has well has two USB sockets and a mains socket which I used for boiling my travel kettle and other devices
Very pleased with this. A soft blue light is illuminated when plugged in, which doesn’t disturb when the room is dark and you are going to sleep.
The sliders lock in place when you push out or retract the pins, this is very helpful.
I wanted a sturdy and well built adaptor and this one seems to do a good job.
The different adaptor types locks in quite well as I know some travel adaptors doesn’t lock when pushed out and when trying to insert into the mains, goes back into the adaptor.
I like that the EU adaptor has the additional round insert that comes out so it can snuggly fit into the mains.
A necessity for any frequent traveller.
Purchased as an upgrade to several 20+ year old EU adaptors. Solid quality, nice design and simple to use. Used throughout a week in Europe for both 3 pin power (hair dryer / hair straighteners) and USB/USBC charging. Really pleased with the adaptor – almost too many to choose from but this is definitely the one for me!
As someone who travels a lot to various parts of the world, the universal my travel pal is a life saver. Especially when i was in Vietnam what have three different plugs! Very smart with the USB-C and very efficient even when charging multiple devices, the size of it dosen’t matter when you and your travel buddies can charge multiple electronics.
This product is great as you can input most countries chargers into it can convert it to most other countries. With the USB A and C ports on it as well you won’t need another travel adaptor as you can charge multiple devices from it. It has come in very handy for me travelling from Australia to the EU and UK.

Used this adapter for a three month trip and it was great. I was able to charge multiple items because of the USB ports as well as the main plug socket. I’m glad I chose this product which claims to be safe because my friend bought a cheaper unbranded adapter and it got very hot when plugged in. Fantastic warranty offered by the UK based company too!
Bought this to use in the USA in May. It worked really well, and I loved the fact it has usb ports too. In spite of a multitude of plugs its clever design means it’s very compact and can be easily packed in hand luggage. I expect to use it in lots more locations. Feels sturdy and well made so hopefully it will last well too.
This definitely saves having to buy& carry multiple plugs around, especially if you’re travelling to different continents on the same trip! Used this in Dubai & Zanzibar recently, Had no issues and very reliable. One of my best purchases on Amazon!
I took this on my trip as I went across the world. It worked in every country i went which was great. Although note there is a list of countries it doesn’t work in. As the plug is large it’s heavy so it can sometimes fall out depending on the socket. Would recommend the plug as its easy to use once you get used to the mechanism.
I bought the previous iteration of this plug and that came with a nice bag. This one didn’t but still fit into that bag.
This one had type c and had a somewhat better layout than the previous version. It worked in Vietnam, Dubai and obviously the UK. The previous version worked in Cyprus, Turkey and Jordan. No issues whatsoever.
Big fan of MyTravelPal now. Has the features I want, sturdy, very good quality and UK based. Been recommending them to friends and colleagues. Unfortunately they either already have the cheaper ones from the high street shops or mention the red and white brand one. This is a shame as these are very good and of a decent price.

I bought this for a trip to America and hoping to use it for my next trip to Japan. For frequent travelers, this adapter will be sure to save you from needing to purchase multiple different adapters for different countries.
Sporting 3 USB slots, it is useful for charging multiple appliances at once, such as your phone, cameras, etc. For the US plug, it comes as a grounded plug (3-pronged) and the rounded prong is removable via slotted screwdriver (I just use a tweezer).
A possible downside is the chonky-ness and the weight of the adapter itself, which may be undesirable for travelers who prefer to pack light/save space, or otherwise have no need for a multi-purpose adapter. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a durable and efficient adapter.

Purchase the travel plug for our holiday to Turkey. But decided to get a world wide one so it would be useful on further holidays. The plug was easy to use. It is a little bulky to carry around but not of putting. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend
Just works. Took on a cruise ship and all that we needed for charging our phones, laptop, and tablet. Very well made, good instructions, and you will not regret purchasing.

I brought this for Thailand as my first trip to use it for and although i had a small issue the company were great and sorted it all out for me! Sometimes these things happen but if the company is accommodating and resolves your issues, you can’t ask for more than that!

I bought this as it’s grounded and allows you to use UK 3 pin plugs safely for hair appliances. Worked well with hair dryer and hot brush. Have had a few in the past and this comes up well against the others.
I’ve just returned from a trip to Mongolia and I was concerned before I travelled over, as to whether this adaptor would work, but I needn’t have worried.
I used the China adaptor and I had to insert the plug at a different angle from how you would normally insert a UK plug, to connect it to the hotel room socket, but once I had worked out how to do that, it worked like a dream.
I haven’t tried it in any other countries but if it works in Mongolia, it’s likely to work anywhere. It’s a great piece of kit whether you’re an infrequent traveller like myself, or a regular traveller.
Fantastic converter that even comes with a ground. A must have for laptops, as most travel adaptors out there DO NOT have a ground, so laptops could be in danger. As a matter of fact, if you were to touch your laptop without ground you would feel static. With this adapter, there is no more static and I feel safe charging my laptop and cellphones. The USB output charger (5V) for cellphone is also quite powerful, so charges really fast.
