Bought this camera for added security. Looked at other brands but they were abit pricey. Seen this one as a amazon choice and decided to purchase and so glad I did. So easy to install and set up was done in minutes. Definitely worth buying.

Bought this product a couple of months ago, worked brilliantly, after a month I had an issue with the doorbell as it appeared not to be charging, contacted company and they were brilliant, trouble shooting and advising me through the process, the product is now working again, and the customer service was outstanding, quick and informative and polite. Contacted support who were exceptionally helpful sent me more information on connection but to no avail so I am being sent a new one at no cost to myself very good service & hopefully no more problems the only thing I would add is take a copy of serial number at back of camera my was unreadable

Got this doorbell/camera on a recommendation from my mate as I was doing away with my cameras that I had installed on the outside of the building. Installed it on my front an rear doors front being a door bell and camera and the rear just a camera. Fantastic pictures pir system and alarm and two-way communication as well . Very easy to install and use and no subscription win win win … would definitely recommend..
Sometimes it did miss people if they are too quick but that was mainly when someone went out the house, not when i had visitors so didnt affect my views.
For the price this video door bell is a great buy for piece of mind
What a great shame that such a clever device is let down in this respect.
I purchased another to mount in my garden to give me coverage of the back yard and side of house. The wide angle view of the camera covers both, which also covers my back door, giving me security at back and front.
The picture is clear, in day and night light.
Menu is user friendly, making it easy to check on activity as far back as you wish.
The best feature is that no subscription is necessary to keep records, as I purchased a 128 micro SD card which holds photos for months on end.
They also sell a wireless chime that works with the doorbell, which is audible from all indoor areas.
The bracket is simple to mount on many surfaces, and the video camera locks into the bracket for security. It also has a tamper alarm should anyone attempt to remove the camera from the bracket.
Setup to wifi onto cloudedge app on mobile is easy with simple instructions that are easy to follow in manual supplied with the camera.
If you have an elderly relative, living on their own, this is an ideal video camera, as you can have more than one person connected to the app to be able to check on activity at their home.
It is not necessary to open the door if an unknown person rings the door bell. There is intercom access to speak to the person on your phone from anywhere you may be, even if away from home.
I would highly recommend this video doorbell, as I obviously would not have bought a second one if not totally satisfied with the first.
Easy to set up on your phone and looks easy to fix to the wall. The night vision is not as crisp as the picture they show, however it is still quite good.
What wasn’t clear to me was that you had to buy the doorbell chime to link it to your original door bell. Also, I can’t seem to sync my phone as well as my partners to it. Therefore Only one of us can have it active on our phone.
Unless I’m being stupid. So I am returning mine for that reason.
