Bough them for my 6 year old, who used them without a problem, but they are a bit bulky so I had to buy a swimming cap to make them stay in place otherwise they do and will fall. Nice and useful case. He uses them for his swimming class, and they worked well so far.

Excellent fit and super easy to put in and remove my 9 year old does it herself, I just check to make sure there is a good seal. Great little carry case to keep them clean, made learning to swim a breeze as they stay put.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have bought these over and over for swimming after trying many others. These are the only ones that fit well and keep water out. With other designs I was constantly fiddling with them as they would itch or feel like they were dropping out, but not with these – I put them in and forget about them. I no longer get water in my ears and can hear people talking to me poolside, which is brilliant.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have put off buying earplugs as i swim outdoors and like to hear what is going on. HOwever, one too many ‘ice-cream headaches’ and having to stop to shake out lake water convinced me. And they have changed my whole experience. You can just about still hear but not a drop of water is leaking into my brain. Great value and pleasing to the touch!

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersReally happy with these. I have sensitive skin and the chlorine in the swimming pool water really dries my ears out and they become unbearably itchy for several days. Gave these earplugs a whirl and after an hour in the pool doing all strokes I wasn’t shaking water out my ears afterwards. They were dry! The next day my ears are fine. This is a game changer for me as the ear irritation was making me stay away from the pool and I was trying daft things like putting moisturiser on cotton buds to stick down my canal. No doubt I’d have got an infection in the end. I was surprised how well these stayed in too. No issues with them working loose. Just took me a moment in the mirror to make sure they were orientated properly before jumping in. Now I can get in the pool more frequent.

I’ve tried all manner of ear plugs to prevent water ingress, but these actually work for me. A little application of petroleum jelly helps to make a good seal & the ear stays dry.

So had a pair of painful clogged ears before hols. Got ears microsuctioned the day before flying. Bought these to be safe and they worked really well. The flap keeps water out totally aswell as some other designs don’t have that. recommended

I do a lot of swimming, pool and open water. I think these are brilliant. Occasionally I lose one, particularly in open water, so I have more than one set. Good tip, wet them to make it easier to insert into ear.

These are really good while swimming, a but hard getting in first time but you get used it. The price was great and fast delivery. I can’t fault them in anyway. A*****

I am prone to ear infections so use these when washing my hair and they do a great job of keeping the water out. They’re also easy to clean after use and come with a little case to keep them safe.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI got these as I’m fed up if my ears being
blocked for days whenever on holiday/swimming. Just done an hours swim with them in and they stayed in, no problem. I was expecting them to fall out as my earbuds do all the time. V happy and will get another set.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSecond pair, first provided by a friend. Highly recommend if you don’t want water in your ears.
Only down side, although it is quite obvious by the way they sit in your ear, difficult to identify signage for left and right ear!

Bought for my almost 5 yr old who had an ear accident so we are trying to keep water out of his ears when swimming.
Have used it once and it held ok under a swim hat and swim goggles holding it in place

I bought these as I had an ear infection but wanted to continue swimming. I have pretty small ears – the ear plugs stay in for me but mainly because my swimming cap keeps them in place. Also internal ear phones don’t stay in my ears normally so this might be why they don’t stay in well for me. If you don’t have this problem and you have normal size ears these would probably work for you.

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersI swim almost every day and just hate water rattling around in my ears when i’m out the pool. I’ve tried lots of different plugs and have stopped with these. They aren’t perfect but defiantly better than the rest. Small case is handy as without it it’s hard to figure out which ear each one goes in. As i said the latest pair have done about 100miles of pool, lake and sea use, performing well in all environments. I think with plugs it’s totally down to the shape of your ear so my recommendation is keep trying different ones until one pair works. It’s a game changer. I think these are good value for money and build quality / fitment is good. Hope this has helped as i always look at reviews to help me buy.

    Would have been 4.8 / 5

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersI suffer from an issue in my ear whereby the ear doesn’t ‘close’, and if I get water in it this runs down my throat causing me to cough and struggle to catch my breath. This is quite frightening and I consequently hate having to wash my hair.
My ZOGGS are the answer to my prayers. THEY WORK! I can now shower and wash my hair with confidence without feeling that I might drown. Sounds dramatic? No…. it really was that scary and awful for me.
I struggled the first couple of times to get my ZOGGS in my ears correctly, but now I fit them quickly and perfectly each time. I have quite small ears but after reading the reviews I chose the normal adult size and they fit great.
If I were to go swimming I think they’ll be ok for that, particularly as my favourite stroke is side stroke (on my bad ear side).
I hope this review helps even a few people who may suffer with the same ear problem as myself. ZOGGS are great and such good value too. They are honestly one of the best things I’ve purchased on Amazon.

I swim in a pool 3 times a week, I was getting water stuck particularly in my left ear, it was really annoying plus stopping to shake it out in a busy lane. The first time I put these in I wasn’t sure as they don’t provide a seal, however they keep the water out on the most part, completely eliminate my issue, they stay in and have never fallen out. I use them every time and would/will buy again. Also they don’t keep out noise which I’m glad about. Yeah they’re good.

The Good …. The Zoggs are the bast I’ve used so far, or at least on the same par as the ones with the little silver bit that looks like a speaker. Ear plugs are so difficult as it’s subjective to the ear and the shape of the ear, the sensation you get when wearing them, the exact fit and the material used. I’ve tried many, brands and these are still the ones I use the most. I’d say I have an average adult ear, possibly even a slightly small entry. They stop the water if you fit them well. Pop them in first with a backward twist and then forward to fit the flappy bit. Kinda like the way you fit an ear bud with a fin. Well, that’s how i do it.

The Bad … Expense, these are a stupid high price for what they are. The most offensive part about the price hikes are that they haven’t changed or developed the design, or materials used for at least the last five years. That’s called taking advantage of the market and the consumer. Sadly this is the way in this day and age. I’ve used them for this long and bought them from different souces.

I’ll still use and pay for them on the basis they work and stop swimmers ear. Trust me, you get it bad and you get a sloshing sound for days. Come on zoggs, give us more for less and step up for us swimmers.

    Hope that helps
