Had an issue with my camera when delivered as the infraredwas a bit wrong on it.
Contacted the company through Amazon and without question or hesitation they sent a replacement.
Not a bad picture in the daytime in fact quite good.
Night vision works as it should on the replacement camera.
But the main point was the swift and professional manner that my issue was dealt with.
Can not fault this company on it customer-care.
For the price the i believe that the cameras are good value for money.
Used to replace older bullet style camera.
Template makes fitting to the wall easy, stick, drill , plug, fit, just remember to feed to wire through and out before mounting the back plate to the wall.
Reasonable adjustment for angle of camera within the dome.
I had bought several cameras(zosi) from amazon.one developed a fault however it was installed in the cold room where temperatures were in lower single figures.
Contacted zosi and Ariana sent another one straight away.
Will see how long they last but

Picture clarity is really good, clear. Value for money is spot on.
I had an issue with 1 camera that was faulty, put a message in to ask for advice and Rainbow replied really quickly without hesitation or needing to ask sent me a replacement unit out that arrived the following day.
10/10 for customer services, I will when ready be ordering x2 more camera from these guys.
Was expecting a Mickey mouse camera for the money but was shocked at the picture quality,better than some of the cameras that cost hundreds of pounds.Great product will be buying more to keep in stock.
Great bit of kit for 33 delivered what’s not to like, easy to install, picture quality good night and day. My only issue is the supplied cable lengths that are all 18 metres and you end up with lots of cable inside the house or too short, being able to request what length cable you need for the four cameras would be ideal.
The mounting is simple, all plastic and seemingly robust.
The image is fully controllable using the inline OSD (on screen display) control which, very sensibly, has a small rubber sealing cap once the settings are finalised. Virtually every aspect of the image and transmission format can be adjusted, including the infra-red night illumination level which is useful if there are objects fairly close as it is very bright on the highest setting. Even at this level, the visible glow from the LEDs is barely discernable.
The image is very good in both daylight and night modes.

The picture quality and detail is really high, the night time Infra red picture is bright and clear on my set up, I had a recent Police attended RTC and they were impressed with the quality of the footage.
If you pair this with a HD box as opposed to a 420 x 700TVL box you will more than satisfied.
The camera is swivel and adjustable, made of plastic not metal, and can be mounted on the side.
I work for a company owned and run by a multi-millionaire who expects his employees to purchase the company ‘needs’ and then claim back via petty cash.
I am therefore always looking for value for money and these fits the bill perfectly. They work very well, have clear installation instructions and are easy to install.
They give good clear pictures and the security team are very happy with them
unpacked out of the box;
with the rubber guides already fallen off (had to super glue them back on).
with a failing power connector (that had to be re-crimped to make good).
Poor instructions (not even the power rating required?)
and as others have stated, it is not easy to work out how to UNSCREW and mount the unit.
*TIP: the thin very last piece of the base unscrews, and is quite stiff, not the entire ‘base’ section.
The attached cable provided is way too short (would not even pass through a wall)
you WILL need a cctv (double cables) extension cable as well as a power supply (neither supplied).
Plastic lens (prone to mist in quick temperature changes).
Cheap plastic camera housing so Not really for exposed ‘outside’ or ‘waterproof’, but would work under a protected roof eve or sheltered area.
Picture image appears good in daylight: at night it is black and white (as expected) and quite concentrated, not a long throw illumination from the red IR LEDs, a few meters(approx 4m).
Overall disappointed with the build quality, but the daylight image appears good.
For the price (13 each) and considering all of the above ‘ok’.
Well I don’t know if ZOSI have improved their instructions since some of these reviews but if anyone couldn’t install this with the very clear and detailed instructions provided they should not be attempting to do anything, for their own safety. 🙂
Easily fitted, looks great, good build quality and very adjustable.
I’ve only had it up for one day but daytime picture is clear and wide as I wanted. Low light performance is so good I have actually blanked off the IR LEDs with black insulation tape to prevent over exposure when someone gets too near to the camera and also avoid attracting insects (which all IR cameras seem to do.)
The camera is sensitive enough to be clear at night without the IR in our level of street lighting (see attached pic), if you have total darkness then the IR illumination would be useful and effective, you could experiment with blanking off enough to get the right level of illumination for your light levels.
I’ll be keeping an eye on this one and if it continues to impress me I’ll be ordering more to replace my other cameras as it is so much neater and performs well.
Cheap camera and has reasonable daytime viewing. Many reviewers seem to think this is better than it actually is though…. Maybe they’ve not tried as many camera brands as me?
I give this two stars for build quality and night vision. The way this camera fixes together is poor. To first unscrew the unit to access the mounting holes is a challenge without trusty wd40. It’s hard to grip the two parts of the camera to undo it and secondly, once mounted and screwing back together, the rubber grips holding the lense assembly break off if not careful during this process resulting in the sense positioning becoming loose thereafter.
In terms of camera display, daytime is ok for this resolution but night is really poor. A small central circle is illuminated and not the whole field of vision. For the money, good value one would assume but don’t be fooled, there are better out there for the price….
Edit…. Seller has offered a replacement or refund and customer service has been great.
Easy to install plug and easy to set up, I would recommend these cameras to anyone.
I would not have any hesitation in buying more of these cameras from this supplier.
I have shown the local council office the cameras, and they are interested in buying a few very soon.
Thank you for the product, with these cameras, the local police were able to convict a local thief and have him sentenced to 20 mouths .
Update – it all worked fine. Fitted in with my CCTV system without any issues and just needed the screws putting into the wall to fit it. I’m knocking off a star as the night vision is spoilt by the way the leds light up the centre too brightly and the rest is a bit darker. I didn’t have that problem with my existing camera although that wasn’t as wide angle. I’m going to buy another camera but this time will go for 3 rows of leds like my old camera in the hope that the light will be less concentrated. It might not have been an issue had I used it for longer distance. I have it about 2.4m above a patio and it points down at the patio.
