Excellent product. Very sturdy construction meaning that the spikes didn’t bend or buckle when driving into ground. Very easy to install plus the triangle head enabled the spike to be driven in against the timber sleepers.
Pack size of 10 was just right for the area I wanted these for.
I bought these stakes to lay a border using Four by one timber, and to be honest,they did seem to do the job pretty well. Being galvanized, hopefully they should last longer than the timber stakes that they are replacing. However, I did find that when hammering Them down they did appear to rotate slightly while going into the ground.And despite using different hammering techniques, I couldn’t overcome this and had to compensate by starting to hammering them into the ground at an angle, hoping that they would automatically rotate in the correct position. I ordered these to hold sleeps in place for my garden border. It was very easy to line them up and knock them into place with a rubber mallet. They are great quality and well made. Good value.
Bought some similar from the local DIY store a few years ago & they were definitely inferior to these. Very happy with the sturdiness of these from Amazon plus they came with screws too which was a bonus. Would buy again.
