After flirting with the idea of a robot vacuum for years I finally decided to take the plunge late last year. After much online research reading reviews and watching product videos I decided on this unit.
The robovac has been a revelation. It sits snugly under a kitchen unit and comes out daily to vacuum and mop the floors. It’s saved me hours cleaning over the past year – I love it and wish I’d bought it sooner.
Setup was straight forward enough, once any wires that could get snarled up in the unit are tidied away you’re good to go.
I had an issue with a faulty water reservoir but customer support were easily contactable via email and sent out a replacement with no fuss.
For the time saving alone this is an excellent investment, plus it’s lovely to come home from work everyday to clean floors!
Botslab S8 plus is a great mop and hoover easy setup and cleans really well..i have a busy life so set the Botslab S8 and leave the house and its clean when your home..

This is fantastic, I’m asthmatic so I can get the hoovering done whilst out of the house. Great suction, the app is very easy to use. Mops floors as well !! The house gets hoovered daily now
Amazing dedicated customer services, direct from the manufacturer, contacted them via the app and was emailing them directly with amazing feedback, The lady contacting me directly every day asking for feedback photographs and help to diagnose the issue with the water tank. They’ve sent me replacement parts and mat to help with moisture and returning to the base. This cleaner Hoover is amazing it’s a game changer in my life no more mopping, no more hoovering on the entire ground floor of my house topwith moisture and returning to the base. You need to get one
This is my first robot vac cleaner and I’m really impressed how it performs overall. Our house is mainly hard surfaces which is great on but not as good on carpets. Have to always remove hair from the roller after cleaning rooms with carpets. Not used mop yet.
I purchased this to make life easier at home and it definitely has done so. One thing I have found is that it is better to set up the main base on a flat floor rather than carpet – I find that the unit struggles to locate itself properly against the main unit if on carpet.
Wowwww one of the great product I have recently bought in recent years. Life saver. Tried other products but does vaccum and mop separate where this saves time and electricity. All we have to do is to press a button and it does 95% of the job. Highly recommended. Worthy for the price

Impressive scanning tech that instantly draws a map of the surrounding environment you can see in the app.
The app is also very good and allows you to fully control the robot and schedule the cleaning sessions.
My carpet is very thick and fluffy so it couldn’t accurately spin to align with the charging base before reversing into it.
I moved the base to the kitchen and on the lino the docking is always successful.
Not had it long and ofc it has to prove itself over time but boy was I very suprised how good this thing is.

Only negative is that 2.4Ghz WiFi is required – not so sure why but my WiFi route supports both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz hence not a problem.

Recently I bought this 360 botslab S8 Robot Vacuum Cleaner with the mop. It is an automatic functioning device. It is a 2-in-1 device which can be vacuum cleaned and can also keep mop. This vacuum cleaner is having a high-power fan for effective performance. This device can collect dust from the vacuum cleaner to the dust bin. The dust bag capacity is 4L which is very large compared to my previously used vacuum cleaners. It is programmed to recognize the path in the house and it can be self-recharged on its own. Its battery capacity is very good and gives about 4 hours of long-lasting battery life and can clean the entire house perfectly. It can be controlled through cell phones or our voice commands. It is having a strong suction capacity and it can be used to clean pets’ hair, debris and dirt. It is working very effectively and it helped in making my daily life very easy. This company has also provided a 2 years warranty for the device which provides more security for our product.
Couple years back tried robot vacume cleaner but wasn’t happy with result. After long gap desired to try this model per recommendation that try with Lidar navigation system.
Need to admit it makes huge difference, not missing the spots as my old one. Can see clearly the difference, on control app can set names to areas.
Suction power quite good not leaving behind bits. Thikness around 4 inches which perfectly fits under the couch as well.
Considering it’s powerful suction still does the job quietly.
Also very happy with it’s fully automated self emty system, so far main tray not filled up yet.
The robot was fully assembled out of the box, which is nice. The base plugs straight into the wall outlet and it’s able to charge. The suction power is way better than I anticipated it to be. It moves quietly and I was able to map out the area of coverage so it avoids areas I want it to. Battery power is excellent and goes right back to its charger. Even transitions from the wood to carpet with ease!
IT automatically empties out the robot cleaner and refills it with clean water as well as cleaning the pads underneath making it one step further from having to touch it at all.
I have ours set up so that it comes on every night so we have clean dry floors as soon as we come down in the morning which is extremely satisfying and means we only need to clean up when there’s an individual spill, this thing takes care of all the maintenance.
It also reminds you when anything needs emptying / refilling / changing straight through the app so you can’t miss it, you can even control all the timing and send it off from your phone even when not at home, so if i know i need the house clean by the time i get home i can just set it going.
