Good game just becareful what age rage your buying for as the bits are very small

Not so easy to use as unicorn is a bit fierce..all the items shake out before they are picked out..
Bought this for my grand daughter for Xmas, it was a hit. She loves playing with it.
Played it with my 6 yr old daughter, she enjoyed brought back memories when i used to play operation as a kid is fun a little tricky but guess its because i am older, To be honest think i enjoyed it more then my daughter but it is a good game to play
Great twist to operation, my little girl loves it.
I’d say it’s a cross between operation and buckaroo with the way it jumps up and down if you get out rather than the usual red nose.
Warning; My little girl got this for Christmas and played the first game with my nan, she almost had a heart attack not expecting it to jump about. Still a great toy though.
