Here’s the disastrous bit claims Windows 11; but I have just found that it only has windows 10 Home as it took hours to install updates; had to use a special program to find this out; I will sort all this part out being a retired computer person! But as I have said:- yea just what I needed as my old one 15yrs; now it seems with the Windows 10 will be able to do all the same anyway; great price too and a lot lighter; old one was heavy; have spent the day updating and getting all working; is very much better and easier to use too; worth every penny; Recommend this one. but remember what I said please.

Fingerprint scaner is flawless
The only criticism is the screen, is some sort of sensor that make the screen goes darker but when u move the mouse goes back to normal.. but apart of this is all good
Brilliant bang for buck laptop, really quick to boot up and use. Keyboard is nice to type on.
Only downside is the built in webcam isn’t the highest quality, which could have been more openly mentioned – nothing a clip on 20 webcam can’t fix though.

A good laptop. Fast, good battery life, no ROM drive and will not pick up any of my headphones or ear buds on Bluetooth. Good but overpriced.
Very quick. I use fingerprint recognition to log on and it is very quick and easy. The back up is a password, but not needed as yet.
I have had many laptops over the years, but this is the fastest.
No gaming – really cannot be bothered. Total waste of time. I use the laptop for emails, entertainment (youtube, Disney+, etc), and video editing.
Loaded up nice and quick each time.
Windows 11 has a very nice feel about it.
It downloads the internet pages like a rocket – we have 500mbps broadband, but my old laptop was always a bit slow. This one – smooth.
The screen size is also excellent.
The aluminium cover also gives a more solid feel. I purchased another laptop a few weeks ago which was plastic and broke within days. Ouch. This one feels more solid though I have learned a valuable lesson about holding the laptop.
