A decent quality pack of light bulbs that appear to be reasonably well made
They’re easy to fit and fit as you would expect
They come in a pack of four all cool white
The price is reasonable and they’re definitely worth trying

These bulbs are standard. They are good quality, well put together bulbs, but at the end of the day, they switch on and light up the room. I am though, impressed with their strength of brightness, and expect them to last many, many months.

A definite good buy. Keep them aside for when you need them.

There’s are 4 in a pack. Got them for my bathroom and they’re quite easy to install and bright as well.

I think they are good value and I would recommend them

Bright and good quality, so easy to install! The light is not too bright and is balanced. Comes in a pack of five.good value for money. Very energy efficient and adds to the perfect touch

These bulbs came well packaged and just as it says, they have a warm white glow. Their longevity is yet to be seen but value for money, they seem worthwhile.

Lovely lamp, I ordered these as my bathroom lamp had just failed these are much brighter than the LED lamps I had in previously and emit a much brighter white light. I will order more when I need them.

These are thermo-plastic domed bulbs, not glass, and consequently they should be capable of rougher handling than the more fragile glass types. They are opaque, not clear, and therefore you can’t actually see the LEDs inside. I found the bulbs, through their opaque surface, emit a pleasant warm light. Consuming 9 watts of electrical power, producing 840 lumens, angled over 360 degrees, they are moderately efficient and the equivalent to the old 60 watt incandescent bulbs. They produce wide angled general purpose light, not a spot-light.

The Colour Rendering Index (CRI) is a measure of a light bulb’s ability to illuminate colours realistically and naturally. In other words, to accurately render all the frequencies of its colour spectrum. These bulbs have a CRI of only 80, which is about the industry standard value, but you can get bulbs with better ratings, viz: 85 or 90, so these bulbs are a bit ordinary and disappointing, and you may not want to use them in areas you spend a lot of time, eg kitchens and lounges.

The bulbs emit light instantly they are switched on and there is no delay, nor flickering. The standard B22 bayonet metal fitting is adequate and the bulbs fitted into the sockets smoothly and effortlessly. The life expectancy is only 15,000 hours, which although may sound a lot, there are LED bulbs on the market which are claimed to last 20 to 25,000 hours before failure, so these LEDs are not the highest quality. Visually, they seem to be fairly well-made, but are quite light-weight, which sometimes indicates economy of materials used in the manufacturing process. I rate them average quality. There are 5 bulbs in the secure pack, which works out at 2 each, which is a reasonable price.

These are really quite nice LED replacement light bulbs. They look to be quite well constructed and are quite sturdy and strong. They gave a reasonably good brightness when fitted equal to the lights that I was using before. Should help save a little bit of money in these hard times.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very bright LED replacement light bulbs

    I recommend.

Decent value lamps at approx. 2 per lamp. The output is stated as 81W which is peculiarly exact, lets say 80W. Anyway, they throw out a decent amount of light and he colour is the yellowish warm white which feels a little less start than the cool white colour. They feel well put together and screw in without that feeling that they will break if you are not careful.

2 bulbs failed now in just 3 months, they’re not quite durable

    —- original review

this is a set of 4 led bulbs, b22 base, 3000k warm white temperature, 12w output that’s 1170 lumen, very bright

it’s well made, the bulb is beautiful, comfortable colour, fit to all my home b22 socket without any problem

however, one of the four bulbs turned dim just after 10 days of normal use (turn on every evening for 4 hours), it got only about 1/5 of full brightness

not sure about the longevity of other 3 as they installed in other locations that turn on much less frequently

anyway, if it’s not one failed, this product looks perfect to me

These 9W LED Bulbs are really bright, in cool ‘white’ light. Equivalent to 60 Watts or greater in traditional measures.

They are the classic B22 ‘Bayonet’ Fit, and the bulb / unit itself is of vintage shape too.

Maybe too bright for a bedroom, but ideal elsewhere in your home.

5 in the box. An easy switch to LED.

Finally found a decent bulb that is 3000k warm white and not like so many that are 2700k = orangey white.
Gives off a strong bright light for only 9-watts of electricity As a rough calculation this bulb needs to be on for 111 hour to use 1k-watt of electricity (a ‘unit’) in comparison to just 16 hours of my old 60-watt bulb. That’s a big saving and a better light.
The construction is made of two types of plastic, a hard plastic for the base and a softer plastic for the globe part, didn’t break when dropped.
    Can’t find fault.

Yes these are bright like daylight, great in my bathroom for when I do my make up, doesn’t flicker which is a plus for my eyes, also the light is instant, no waiting for it to get brighter. These are your normal everyday size bayonet bulbs that fit in to most household ceiling lights, 4 in the box of these size name 12, so for the price works out at roughly 2.50 a bulb. Very happy with these bulbs so far.

Four energy saving bulbs in the pack for 9.99 is an excellent price. The bulbs are bright enough to be used in any room and should last a long time . For the price and their energy efficiency I fully recommend.

Set of 4 plastic LED bulbs that look like traditional glass ones.
They arrived in a branded box with all the relevant info on it.
None were damaged and they all worked when tested.

At 2 a throw for a long life bayonet lightbulb you cannot go far wrong. These are far more efficient than old bayonet bulbs used to be and I have found switching to LED has saved me money on my electricity. The reason why they have an F rating on energy efficiency is because the rating scores have changed – I wait to be sent an A rated bulb for review on the new ratings system!

The light is an old fashioned pale yellow and I have put one in my hallway. You might want a stronger bulb in other rooms or one more suitable for use without a shade. But this would go well for instance in a bayonet-fitting bedside light.

Nice bright set of 9w led bulbs with a good lighting pattern.

Good amount of spare bulbs in the box

Energy Efficiency on the bulbs are F so not the best rating.

Aigostar Bayonet Light Bulbs 81W Equivalent

The first thing to note is that the Amazon listing is a little misleading as I selected size 12, this I had assumed was a pack size of 12 bulbs. But the number 12 instead refers to the wattage rating of the bulb. The actual pack size is just 4 bulbs, that is not really an issue for me as these were provided free of charge, but could turn out a disappointment for anyone thinking they would receive 12 bulbs.

The bulbs you receive appear well made and look much the same as any other LED bulb. They are securely packed in a thin cardboard box, all are separated to prevent chaffing or damage.

These particular bulbs have a B22 bayonet fitting which most houses still use. They have a colour of 6500k which is more of a daylight white light which is ideal where good vision is required. The bulbs are rated 12 watts, which is a similar output to 81 watts incandescent lighting. The bulb will provide 190 downward coverage making them ideal for ceiling lamp use.

Overall, these appear well made. I cannot detect any abnormal behaviour like flickering, hissing or buzzing, the bulbs work exactly as expected. They have an expected lifetime of 15000 hours, but only time will tell on that.

Nice and bright white light. 5 pack of bayonet led bulbs. Not much really I can say about them. Time will tell how long they last as led bulbs never last as long as they say they will.

These Aigostar B22 LED Light Bulbs worked equally as well as the last similar light bulbs I purchased from ASDA. The Asda bulbs claimed 60W equivalent light output, Aigostar claim 62W; both stated 9W electrical input. The cost per Aigostar bulb was slightly greater, but I avoided the roughly 4 cost, & time, of going to buy the bulbs from the nearest Asda. Putting more LED bubs in our lights will save electricity costs.
