Originally went on Amazon to buy a muddler (due to a sudden obsession with mojitos), and found this set which wasn’t much more than some of the muddlers i looked at. A great priced set with everything in it I didn’t know i needed!
This was a great set for the price – wanted a low price set for my 13 year old daughter who enjoys making mocktails. I wasn’t too concerned about quality as wouldn’t be used much but these are as good as some more expensive bits that we have and the fact that it comes with its own stand is fab. Very happy with purchase! 🙂
I have been wanting a proper cocktail shaker set for a while now. I am very happy with this purchase it has upped my cocktail making game, the strainer prevents any pieces floating around in the drinks and makes me feel like a proper bartender. All in all, this Cocktail Making Kit has been a delightful addition to my home. It’s turned my kitchen into a makeshift cocktail haven, and I’m all here for it. If you enjoy playing around with drinks — whether you’re a seasoned pro or just dipping your toes — this kit is worth checking out. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you! Le principal intrt de kit rside pour moi dans son socle de rangement en bambou car pour le reste on reste dans quelques chose de trs classique…
Certes toutes les pices principales y sont et l’acier l’air de qualit mais rien ici d’orignal ou qui permette de diffrencier ce kit d’un autre.
Le produit est nanmoins de qualit et pour un investissement (ce genre d’objet est en gnral ce que j’appelai un achat “dfinitif”, qu’on ne faut gure qu’une fois ou deux dans toute une vie) le rapport qualit prix est honnte.
Par contre attention c’est un objet immobile : il fera super beau sur un comptoir ou sur un bar mais ne comptez pas le dplacer, les lments sont peut stables et tombent facilement.

Ho recentemente acquistato il set di 10 strumenti da bar di Amazon Basics, un set completo e ben fornito, ideale per chi sta iniziando il proprio percorso nel mondo dei cocktail.
Dal punto di vista estetico, il kit molto gradevole, grazie alla sua base in legno di bambu che consente di tenere tutti gli strumenti in ordine e li rende facilmente accessibili. Il rapporto qualit-prezzo eccellente, e tutti gli strumenti necessari per un barman principiante sono inclusi.
Tuttavia, ho riscontrato un paio di difetti che mi hanno portato a dare una valutazione di 4 stelle:
– Prima di tutto, il mio kit arrivato senza il tappo dello shaker. Per evitare sprechi, ho deciso di non restituire l’intero set, e l’assistenza clienti di Amazon, sempre molto efficiente, mi ha offerto un rimborso parziale che ho utilizzato per acquistare un nuovo tappo.
– Un secondo inconveniente rappresentato dal cucchiaio per miscelare, che si inserisce a fatica nella base di legno e difficilmente rimane in posizione come nella foto del prodotto.
Nonostante queste piccole pecche, ritengo che questo set di Amazon Basics sia una scelta eccellente per chi desidera avvicinarsi all’arte della preparazione dei cocktail. Con un buon rapporto qualit-prezzo e una presentazione accattivante, un ottimo punto di partenza.
The set arrives boxed and each piece individually wrapped. The set comes with a stylish wooden display stand, 1 x lid with strainer and cap, 1 x shaker, 1 x jigger, 1 x muddler, 1 x ice tongs, 2 x Pourer, 1 x double lever corkscrew, 1 x spring strainer, 1 x mixing spoon, and instructions!
If you’re like me and not sure what some of the items are and what they’re for, the instruction booklet details how to use them which I found to be very helpful for beginners!
All the pieces appear to be of really good quality and made from stainless steel
The display stand has a little space specifically for each item to fit into nicely and securely so that it all looks really good out on display
From what I’ve been reading, this ten piece set appears to have all the bells and whistles to make numerous popular cocktails and as stated above, the instruction booklet is very helpful with details and even diagrams
Overall this is a brilliant drinks and cocktail mixing set that looks really fab out on display and will look great sitting out on a home bar or even in the kitchen. The pieces all appear to be well made and sturdy with the shaker being the perfect size. Definitely recommend!
