Works well for what I use them for, not really using much force so could see issues on teeth if used in tighter fixings. Been in water a few times but no issues
I used the spammers whilst dining some car repairs. They were just what was needed to tackle some nuts with restricted access. The ratchets have a positive smooth mechanism and work well.
I don’t expect to use them very often, I have a socket set for majority of work but I’m confident that when called upon they will do a good job for me. They were certainly good value compared to available alternatives. They come in a holder which is a nice useful little extra.
Task to replace a broken suspension spring on my Fiesta. One securing nut to the rear of the McPherson strut was impossible to remove using conventional spanners. The Flexible Ratchet wrench worked perfectly in the extremely limited access space.

They do look the same, especially as you can have your own branding stamped on them….
Must say that for amazon basics these ratchet spanners are amazing I have no issue with these. Use them a lot just wanted to see the difference between snap on and these and they are amazing and 1/10th of the price.

The wrenches are actually good quality and should be adequate for the casual handyman task… however this is where I personally have an issue (and hence the dropped star) with this set in that the interval between the largest two wrenches (14mm & 17mm) misses some common sizes. That’s my fault though as it is spelt out in the description. Just know what you are likely to need.
The packaging and presentation are perfectly adequate. I’m not a huge fan of the plastic caddy. It may be fairly durable but I hope it’s recyclable. It can be attached to a wall if that’s your thing.

I had no idea that Amazon’s Basics range extended to spanners!
These are actually really good quality too! – Just about everything I have tried that has the Amazon Basics brand on it has been good though, so this should come as no surprise really!
They feel heavy and well made, the chrome is deep and lustrous, and they seem to accurately fit the relevant sized nut/bolt heads in the limited testing I’ve done this chilly January.
The ratchet mechanism doesn’t need much turning to engage the next tooth in the mechanism and there is very little slack. The hinge will also come in very useful to get to some hard to reach fasteners on my old 1979 Honda CB750F.
They also come with a plastic holder to help keep them tidy, although I confess to being terrible with things like this and the all get thrown in my tool box/bags.
I’m looking forward to some warmer weather so I can put them to some good use!
A decent set of 5 wrenches, which come packaged in a handy clip case to keep them together. The moulding looks good with no obvious rough edges or flaws, and the sizes match up to the description. The only possible weak spot is the plastic ratchets in the flex heads, so if you’re planning to use serious torque then you might want to look for a more expensive alternative with more durable construction in this area.
This set of spanners from AmazonBasics may not have as many different sizes, but they are tough enough for any job. The sizes included are 8-10-13-14-17 mm which should suit most requirements. Each spanner has the usual open-ended spanner on one end and a ring spanner the other end.
The ring spanners are not just fixed spanners but are in fact ratchets. They only work one way. As the head is can angle in either direction, you only have to flip the ratchet over to change direction. They even include an arrow on the handle showing the direction of the ratchet.
The set comes in a plastic holder which keeps all the spanners together and has an easy to carry handle.
Overall, an excellent set of spanners for the money.
This is a mid-size wrench set with shortish handles suitable for confined spaces. The ratchets are made of plastic so I am not sure how long they will last but generally the quality seems fine.
