Bought several and gave some as presents for use with laptops to take for use when travelling.
This is a big mouse pad, and does exactly what you expect it to do.
My old mouse mat got very dirty after a few years of use and I decided to go a bit cheap on the mat as the higher quality mats did not seem to be any more beneficial. The material is a bit thin but it’s very comfortable and my mouse has no issues when I’m on the compute
Fits the bill for the home office, Works well with my optical mouse.
Nice basic mat.
Thick and mushy enough to work great in my glass table for my keyboard, mouse, and occasional mug.
I did actually buy this for one with a Logitech Mac compact/thin keyboard to put underneath and a bit in front as a wrists pad. Size is perfect, it provides good amount of padding for the wrists and it raises the keyboard just the right amount as well.
All good and picking up my Logitech G-Pro at 2400 DPI nicely.
I just wish Amazon would put “Amazon Basics” in not such an obvious place. Makes me feel cheap!
Basic and low cost, works fine. The edge is a bit rough. My last mat had a woven edge so was soft, but this is just a cut edge with a few rough parts where it looks like a hot cutting knife as sealed the edge of the nylon surface.
I bought this mouse pad when I had to switch from using the trackpad on my laptop. Bought it in 2019 for under 4 and still using it today, I work and game often on my laptop so it’s held up well as has my comfort. No signs of wear at all, and easy to clean. Worth noting that whilst gaming there are times where having a larger mouse pad would’ve been more suitable but that’s taking nothing from this particular one for what it offers. 7.5/10
Soft, flat, thin, sits well in the desk or other flat surface, rubber back side makes is perfect so it doesn’t move while you move your mice/mouse. Perfect size for my usage
I honestly cannot see why there are negative reviews about this product.
It is a fantastic product and could be sold at twice the price and still people would be happy.

Perhaps there are ulterior motives? Maybe they sell similar products and want to deter customers from buying this? Either way, I’m happy with the product.

Mat came well packaged and rolled out completely flat. Perfect size and good quality. The textured rubber backing is nice and grippy, keeping the mat in place. I will be buying 5 of these just in case they decide to change the quality because as it is, it is a good deal.
Does a great job for the money.
One point to note… it’s washable and you should do it fairly regularly. I had a problem where my mouse wasn’t tracking properly. After a quick go in the washing machine and all is good.
This is a great mouse/desk pad. I’ve had a couple of the large Corsair ones in the past and they have died from the cat using his claws on them, this one doesn’t suffer from the same problem 😀
It’s smooth (no sharp edges) and my Roccat Nyth works flawlessly with it.
It’s survived drinks, food and the cat, what more can you ask for and all for ~13.
I spent literally months comparing all the larger high-end mouse mats before finding this one. It’s cheap, the perfect size for me, and works just as well as a couple of the pricey ones I’ve had in the past. (The difference being that when and if this one wears out, I can replace it and STILL have spent less!)
Great purchase this, just wish it was a bit thicker with a bit more neoprene on the back.
Size is excellent, surface fabric but smooth and mouse responds well. It stops the mouse starting to stick to the mat during a gaming session which was happening with my old smooth rubbery mat. This mat is so thin I’ve put it over the top of the old one to keep the extra thickness and resilience of its neoprene backing. Best of both worlds!
Posts out rolled up in minimal cardboard packaging. I was worried they’d shipped the wrong item, but it sits flat once opened. This would make a good portable mat for taking on business trips/holidays/to LAN parties etc.
Upgraded from and old worn out steel series qck. Good value, feels pretty nice. I haven’t had the issues other people have had, like sharp edges or tracking issues, maybe they’ve addressed these issues or more likely I got a good one. Either way I’m have with it and at a fraction of the cost of a new steel series or other brand.
I’m not using it for gaming. I have to operate the laptop in bed because of my pain.
Laying this over one side of the bed gives me a surface to use the mouse how I want.

Very happy with this. It’s a great improvement for my home office. Lots of room for the mouse. Runs under keyboard as well, so no ‘edge’ of mouse mat just continuous smooth movement.
I was a bit concerned about a review saying it didn’t lay flat. I found the same initially until I realised I had it the wrong way up.
I needed a new mouse pad as my old one was folding up at the corners. This one is a perfect replacement; it’s flat with just the right amount of friction. I bought another pad before this one but it was too slippery, a problem when I’m trying to keep my lines straight on photoshop. This one is great value for it’s price, admittedly I can’t say how well it works for gameplay.
The only problem I’d say about this is the edges of the pad, it’s threads go on my hand and hurts sometimes so what I do is since it’s big pull it down a little so there is some excess mouse pad at the bottom

I bought this AmazonBasics Large Mouse Pad as the wood on my desk was getting scratched by various things. This is excellent as it is large enough to put a keyboard and mouse on.
I found the price to be excellent value for money with smaller mouse pad just big to cover mouse usage was only slightly cheaper. When using keyboards it protects against any horrible noises when moving and scratches!
my mouse glides effortlessly on this mouse matt, noticed a positive difference with my aim in FPS games, recommended.
EDIT – couple of years later… the sides are curling up and i’m looking to buy a new mouse mat. looking at something with stitched edges or perhaps even a plastic (flat) mat that wont roll up. g440 is on my mind.
The only thing that bothers me is the fact that it has rather sharp edges, but I can see myself getting used to that very quickly as they’re not so sharp that they start to cut your skin.
