Bought this to go “hands free” with baby baths and add some play time at the same time. Our baby loves sitting in it and it’s not yet lost suction giving us the confidence in their safely whilst being easy to use. Great purchase and good value for money
Bought for my baby who had outgrown the newborn bath seat. It feels really sturdy and has good support as she isn’t fully sitting unaided yet.
Suction cups are fab and it doesn’t move in the bath so feels safe. Easy to get in and out and good price.
Bought this for my 7 month old son, he loves his bath time and this bath seat has just made his experience so much more special. Plenty of room for his legs to kick about in the water (which he loves), whilst also providing good support around his back and sides. Very safe, and easy to use, the suction cups are solid and provide exceptional security to anyone feeling 50/50 about the safety of this product. Also features quick release catches on the suction cups which makes life very easy with getting it out.
Bought for my 8 month old as he hated his baby bath and he is so much happier in his little seat splashing about the bath! Sticks to the bath well and very easy to get back off. No issues with safety, fab value for money!
The only issue I have it’s that it’s arrived dirty, you wouldn’t expect something for babies to arrive in such a state. The seat itself works fine however! She can sit up in her bath and play safely, with supervision of course
Great bath seat for my 6 month old boy. Arrived yesterday and used it for bath last night. Easy to suction onto bath.
He loved sitting in it and was comfortable plenty room to grow still. When opening the box I noticed several black marks over the seat some wiped off once cleaned but a few didn’t. Overall happy with the bath seat.
I got this for my grandson and it’s so good my daughter ordered the same one for her house.
He loves it.. it’s great value for money from the suction to the stability, safety and how easy it is to use. Would recommend this sea
The baby bath!! – Suction is great just make sure to keep washing over the cups as it can get dirty and lose its stick! Size is wonderful I started using this for my infant from 6 months onwards (around the time of her starting to sit up), quite easy to use and the safety is great just make sure the steps to use this bath are safe aswell (how much water is in the bath, if your infant/toddler can support themselves sat up) etc; great value for money as well! :))
Great bath seat. Abit pricey but it suctions to the bath securely. The size isn’t so bulky. I had the Safety first one for my son but It just abit bulky and takes up alot of room.
This one is lightweight and more hygienic.
Cons- it doesn’t rotate like the safety first one. But I definitely feel more confident with him in this one. He loves it.
For reference my son is 13 months
I dont particularly think my bath is on the thin side however seat doesn’t fit in a way all legs are touching the tub at once at the moment is ok as baby isnt too strong. But could see it becoming a worry for me. Possibly should of measured before buying. But just a word of warning to other people. Other tha that is great. The suction is great and the seat is comfortable for baby
I couldn’t rate this highly enough, I wanted a bath seat when my baby was able to sit unassisted. It’s been great, seat is comfortable as baby has not complained, the suction is really strong so it’s sturdy, never moved when in use, plenty of room for baby as they grow, easy to clean and can suction to the wall tiles out of the way when not in use
It was a great product however I would say its more aimed for girls as the bit in the middle is quite hard and cause a bit of redness when he leant forward.
I had to start using this earlier than I thought I’d need to due to my baby learning to roll at 4 months, so he would try and roll out of his old seat.
The suction is really strong and my baby can’t move it when he pushes on the bottom of the bath with his feet. The bit they sit on is silicone which looks much more comfortable than the ones that are hard plastic.
I thought the little holes in the seat would be hard to clean if he toileted in it, but I found the easiest way to clean it is if you have a shower head that you can adjust the power on it gets it out really easily. I like that the safety bar is the same height all the way around to stop them from leaning over too far and falling out.
I’ve only found two issues with this: one being that it is a bit too wide for our bath so sometimes I struggle to get all four of the feet to stick, sometimes I have to put it at an angle.
Secondly, which is not really fault of the seat, our bath slants a bit causing our baby to sit right forward in the seat so his privates look like they’re getting crushed. However, I sorted this by wrapping a face cloth round the middle of the leg holes so it gives him some cushioning or as we call it “the wills protector”.
Overall, it’s worth the money and is of very good quality.
My baby enjoys sitting in this bath seat just be carful when baby slides forward a bit that their legs don’t get hurt in between the leg holes. Good suction to bath floor.
Love this seat! Perfect for my 7 month old who has outgrown the angel care newborn baby bath seat but is not quite old enough to sit in the bath unsupported.
Brilliant seat and fast delivery! Very happy would highly recommend.
We’re very happy with this baby bath support seat. It sticks well to the bottom of the bath and easily removes after use. Our daughter seems to love to now enjoy her baths sat upright & we’re confident she’s not going anywhere.
Now the lad can sit up we can bath him easily. This seat stops him wriggling around the bath like a slippery fish.
Happy with the product and so is the boy now he can play with his toys without slipping all over the place.
Pretty happy with this purchase, it sticks well to the bath and doesn’t move around which is the main thing. It is a slight struggle getting baby’s legs in the holes and he usually ends up with red marks on his thighs but he doesn’t seem bothered. Easy to clean and store.
Only marked it down one because if you’re not careful it can mark your babies legs if they wriggle around alot or are a chunky baby just be aware this might not be suitable for up to 10 month’s. My son has outgrown his alot sooner due to being a bigger baby.
My granddaughter loves her bath seat good support stick to the bath no problem worth every penny to see her enjoying kicking her legs in the bath and being safe
Great product for kids older than 6 months who love to sit like my daughter, just wished the opening for legs was a bit bigger / better as my daughter’s leg gets stuck while putting in and taking out and leaves some red marks.
This was great when it arrived it really helped when my baby was done laying down in the bath and wanted to sit but too young to do it yet unaided. However he aged out of it too quickly as his legs got chunky very quick and the silicone started to rub against his skin and it was difficult to get him in and out without help
Quality is good as you would expect from Anglecare. My main issue is that it is hard to get baby in and out, often requiring 2 people; one to lift and one to get the legs in. It also covers a lot of baby which makes cleaning difficult, particularly those areas which tend to be the dirtiest! So it feels safe but not the most practical.
Keeps your little one sitted and secured during baths. Suction cups needs to be made sure to be secured before turning on the tap to ensure that it can support your little one. Overall satisfied with the product as it has made bathing my little one safer and more enjoyable for the both of us.
great upgrade to the newborn baby lie down bath. This is very neat looking and my little one loves it. Downsides are that the legs are particularly difficult to line up when going into the bath seat – often my child will bend a knee which makes it harder. Often he will lean forward (which appear comfortable as well and the seat is rounded nicely) and when coming out the bath this means there is sometimes a red mark where the body weight has been pressing against the plastic. Easy to take child back out, very good suction cups. Delighted with it. Allows play in the bath with toys as both arms are free to move and legs can kick forwards.
We purchased this seat as a follow on from the AngelCare 0-6 baby bath support. Our 4.5 month old is in the 98th percentile and gets a little giddy in the bath & had begun propelling herself out of the support so we needed something to keep her safe but also allow us to have free hands. She loved sitting upright and being able to interact with her bath toys.
Our girl is chunky so I was concerned about her legs fitting in the holes but there’s plenty of room. She did get one small red mark on her thigh but I repositioned her and she was fine after – it went within a few minutes. That is the only reason it’s marked down slightly; I’m not particularly sure if anything can be done to prevent that really and maintain its wipe down/mould free aspect!
Suction wise it was so easy to install, didn’t move at all once suctioned (you really have to put effort into dislodging it) and was easy to hose down with the shower head.
The bath is pretty good.
Fits in the bath and is a good size for my 7 month old baby boy.
The suction is great and when we need to get the bath seat off the main bath. You have to do it with force. So good safety there. No sliding when baby is in it.
Great colour and material.
Love the safety pictures on the bath that don’t come off.
Bath is easy for the baby to play in the bath and isn’t bulky.
Clean the bath straight afterwards because when the dirt dryes in, it can stain.
My only problem is that the bath slants a bit, and can crush my little boys privates. I need to sit him up a few times during bathtime. No big deal but wish the bath was flat.
I’ve tried other bath seats and this is my favourite, would recommend to other parents out there.
6 months plus, no younger in my opinion.
I like this bath seat, my baby is 6 months and fits in fine with plenty of room. The seat fits our standard bath but the suction cups do sit on the curved section of the bath bottom so it only just fits. But the suction cups keep it in place despite being on a bit of a curve. It is easy to clean there is nowhere that can’t be reached to clean and nowhere for the the black build up to happen. I was put off other styles of seat because of this. One other review did mention the baby getting sore legs from kicking and hitting thier thigh off the top of the leg holes, this did happen the first time baby went in but now she sits more upright and it’s fine. I find it easy to get baby in and out it’s similar to a highchair really and can manage ok to wash her, no seat is going to give easy access to wash between legs but even if she weren’t in a seat and was sat up would be same. I do take the max water level as a suggestion as I did with the reclined younger angelcare seat. I don’t know how they come up with it but it doesn’t stop functioning if there is more water in the bath so I put enough in to keep her warm!
