he charger works, not sure what else to say really! it comes on when the car ignition starts and goes off when the key is removed, and has an LED so you can tell it is working. other than that it is just a standard 12v socket adaptor but it5 works.
…the fact I can charge two devices at the same time and it’s really well made! I’m happy paying the price because the quality is there and the product is well made. Would definitely purchase again.
Brilliant stuff as ever from Anker and charges my iPhone 12 Pro quickly and efficiently whilst driving.
The only irritant is when you turn the ignition off, after a few minutes the charger flicks between on and off every few seconds. Not sure if this is car dependant but I just unplug it anyway so not a bother to me.
Well made, fits well without protruding much and holds the USB connection very well…. Probably a bit too well, it pulls out of the 12v slot when I tried to unplug the USB, but whatever…. No big deal.
I bought the Anker because I’ve bought previous products and trust the brand . It’s nice an small compared to some of seen. So doesn’t stick out around the gear stick area etc.
Been looking for something like this for a while.. wanting to run both the Nag Nav and a Smart phone from one power source.. The watage (power) is ample for both.
This compact dual usb adapter looks well made from metal and hopefully will not fall apart with use like previous plastic units. Easy to get in & out of socket. Hopefully another quality Anchor product.

Having tried various chargers for vehicles this one stands out head and shoulders. It’s surprisingly small, solid and ouses a quiet confidence. The body feels metallic and robust whilst the tiny blue LED is discrete and shouldn’t distract you whilst driving. The charge rate seems steady, reliable and consistent but to a degree this may depend on your own vehicle and phone / device type.
