Don’t know how I managed without this before. Charges my phone quickly when out and about especially when I have been taking lots of photos on my phone and running the battery down. Convenient to carry in my bag.
This Anker power bank is very well made and finished, with a USB C charging port it charges very quickly.
It does get warm during charging and discharging but this is quite normal and to be expected..
An excellent device that I can thoroughly recommend..
We have a Fitbit smart watch and my other power bank (not Anker) would not charge it. I contacted Anker and they pointed me in the right direction. Using trickle charge on this power bank it charges just great. I fully recommend Anker and this power bank especially for smart watches. It is also powerful to charge phones as well. Even at home we now use power banks to charge the phones most of the time.
Excellent for situations where you can’t access a socket, I take it everywhere I go: bus and train journeys, on planes, on day trips. With the PD feature you can’t go wrong.
Great for iPhone’s.
I bought this charger to power my small head-cam (ORDRO EP7) after the internal battery had failed. I already had a lower capacity Anker power pack that I had been using to supplement the camcorder’s internal battery but needed a higher capacity one as it would now be the sole power source. I’ve used it once and it did the job superbly. I needed to use the USB A to Micro USB cable from my older Anker power pack as the USB C lead with the new device wasn’t compatible with the camcorder. The device slips in my top pocket just like a mobile.
It’s very fast. Works well with iPhone 15. Very easy to use and also very lighg.
You can maybe get 2.5-3 charges on the latest iPhone. Cute color, comes with two cables. Only downside is it doesn’t come with a bag as usual with anker products.
Otherwise no complaints
While it does have PowerDelivery, it does not support the PPS element of PD, which is a fast charge feature that compliments newer phones that also have PPS. The (newer) anker powercore redux 10000 has PPS as well as the slim 323 model (released 2021 and 23′ respectively).
Chose this as it’s a reputable brand and wanted something to carry in my bag so this sounded ideal at 212g however upon weighing it I found it to be 260g so returned it.
Delivered yesterday, has been on charge most of the day, which I expected for initial charge.
Charger same size as mobile, not too heavy, two leads enclosed, which I assume would suit different devices.
I use this to charge a number of items that I use, it’s supplied with various cables and a carry bag. So easy to use and can charge for a many hours. I really recommend this and it’s from a very good and reputable company. Not a cheap and nasty knock off like some.
I Trust anker to provide quality product. I have docked a star as mine didn’t come with a mesh bag to keep battery in, like I received on a previous model.
Good power bank if you need to charge your phone when staying out all day and need that extra boost. Small, just a bit larger than my phone. Lost a star as Anker stated it came with a mesh bag which would have been useful as it comes with two cables, but its no longer included and when I pointed this out they updated their website which still said it came with one.
The charging power is easy to read and the unit works quickly. Very useful pack !
Works how it should, nicely packaged, charges my phone around 1 to 1 and a half times (5000mah) phone battery. Great price and handy when needing charge on the go
Quality, packaging and accessories are as you’d expect from this brand and a fair price .. will last year’s and charges our phones lots from one charge. Takes a while to charge the device itself but it charges devices quickly . Would recommend
We bought this for a trip to the States as I find that roaming kills the battery on my phone. Easily charges an iPhone Pro a couple of times without having to recharge the bank – and fast too! Also kept the kid’s tablet going when the battery was almost dead. Only issue I found was that it took a long time to recharge the bank using a US socket, but could have been a dodgy adaptor. Charges fine at home and in the EU. I take it everywhere with me now.
Bought it to charge my phone quicker through usb3. It’s roughly twice as fast as similar devices I have
Good piece of walking kit however not as good as my old one that’s given up the Ghost…
Firstly it looks and feels very nice, the usb c is welcome and really the only reason I purchased it. The problem is that once it’s fully charged and then used to charge my phone it quickly loses its charge. My phone was on 15% and I plugged it it to the power bank only to check 20 mins later and the power bank had gone from 4 lights (100%) of fully charged to 1 light (25%), it had charged the phone up to 45% quite quickly which was good but that’s it as it now needs recharging again. I’ll go back to my old power bank I think.
Update –
Since posting this review Anker customer service have been in touch regarding a replacement/refund. I took the refund. The customer service (Susan) was fantastic and I still have absolute confidence in Anker as a brand.
Great product for your everyday needs. You can take it with you it’s so easy and slim. Fantastic 5
Good quality build. Output is one usb c and one usb a. Works well.
Bought for upcoming travel. I like that it’s not bulky & charged to full from unpacking in 1 hour. Comes with a strong & lightweight pouch too, handy to keep the charging xable from being misplaced. Good value.
Can’t testify to it’s longevity as yet. But it does what you would expect of it.
Does that deserve a 5 star review? It does no more or less than I would expect of it – but that seems to be how reveiws go these days: 5 stars for there being nothing wrong with it.
I gues it does have trickle charge feature, and the charge indicator is handy, and not present on all devices.
Dropped a star on weight as I think there are lighter options out there.
Well made and a lot of power. Rather slow in charging my Kindle. Quicker on my phone (Samsung SE10e). Also rather rather slow in recharging. Doesn’t get hot whilst in use. It’s rather bigger and heavier than my last power bank (a different make). I use it around the house and on extended trips, but have found something smaller and more handbag-friendly for day trips outside the home.
Disappointingly the Power Bank stopped charging my phone after a couple of months. Anker were quick in replacing the faulty device, using my Amazon invoice as proof of purchase. The online form was a bit fiddly (couldn’t attach a pdf of the invoice, needed a jpg instead), but otherwise no complaints. Communication was swift and a replacement was received within a couple of days of my completed report.
This power bank is so helpful! I was looking to upgrade to a trusted brand USB-C from a no name Micro USB bank and its so much better. Samsung S20+ and S23 Ultra can fast charge from the USB-C outlet. I use my phone for Spotify around 7 hours a day and this has been a life saver. Very light, can happily have it and my phone in a coat pocket and not think about it. Always confident buying Anker charging accessories and will recommend to others.
Good to have USB C charge port for quick charging.
Only complaint is that you can’t charge a device whilst the power bank is plugged in. This means you can’t plug your phone into the bank overnight and wake up to both fully charged. I’ve been able to do that on previous power banks
After using a few other powerbanks, this is definitely my favorite one I’ve owned. Capacity is great and significantly better than other powerbanks that claim to have the same capacity. I also love how simple it is. No special buttons for charging, just a USB-A and a USB-C power and everything works the way I would expect.
This is a great compact powerbank. 2 very minor things that could be improved – first the USB-A output is only 2.4amps… I’d like to see that be 3amps like the USB-C output. Second the LEDs showing charge level are VERY directional meaning you have to look headon to them to actually see them light up – to the extent when I plugged it in to charge I thought it was doing nothing as I couldn’t see the LEDs light up from a side view… not a big deal but if it’s stuffed in a bag it may be hard to quickly check charge level without pulling it out. Otherwise great product.
I bought this to go alongside my PowerCore II 10000 that I bought a few years ago. I love the USB-C feature, which allows me to quickly charge it and provides a quicker charge for my devices. However, the indicator lights are much less bright than my older one, and there are only 4 to show charge level, whereas the old one has 8 which provides a more accurate reading. Also, this charger feels less tactile than my older one, with some of the plastics feeling slightly cheaper, with the carrying bag also being lower quality than that included with my old charger (it is just a cloth bag rather than cushioned mesh) Although, these complaints are very minor and do not affect use very much, and I still feel that this is a very high quality and trustworthy charger and brand (I have several cables and chargers from Anker and I have no major complaints). I do like the inclusion of a USB-A to USB-C cable AND a USB-C to USB-C cable in the box, as these are useful for other applications also. Overall, I do not regret this purchase and I feel this power bank will last me a long time, just as my other one.
