I have been meaning to get a cable that has worked well for a long period of time and my old cable from anker had broken after 2.5 years of daily usage and bending. This is probably the forth or fifth Anker product I have purchased, they are always well made, well packaged and often better quality than they items they have replaced. I boought this to replace a brand new iPad charging cable that stopped working after two months.
I have used Anker before but I have to say this is one of the best cables I have had in a very long, if not all time. It has a premium feel to it and is extremely sturdy, especially compared to other brands I have used before.
The length of the cable is a huge plus as it’s never not got enough leeway on it from the plug no matter where in the room I’m sat. It does charge quickly as well, especially when paired with the right plug.
I would fully recommend this if you are in need of a new charger.
If your chargers keep breaking after a few months then this is the complete opposite of that. Solid strong build, never had an problems.
Charge speeds are good, not the best but the main thing this cable brings is durability, and it delivers in bucket loads.
Does exactly what I want for the price, but be aware that on the Lightning end the plug end is quite thick compare to the Apple ones, so if you have a tight fitting case on your device that doesn’t have much space for the connector, it might not work for you.
