The Gardener and the Panda

They are the game’s yin and yang

• The roly-poly panda rubs its belly as it roams freely through the bamboo garden and snacks on shoots to sate its voracious appetite. Whenever the panda moves to a new garden plot, it eats one of that plot’s bamboo sections.
• Meanwhile, the Imperial gardener’s anxiety is clearly evident as he tries to grow the bamboo faster than the panda can eat it. Whenever he moves, he grows a section of bamboo on the plot where he ends his movement. But since he has to outpace the panda’s hunger, he also grows a section of bamboo in each adjacent plot of the same colour.
