This unit is simple to setup in an older vehicle and gives you full wireless CarPlay functionality in minutes. The mounting hardware is solid and the build quality is great. I experienced some issues with a software glitch but customer service was quick to make things right.
Non potendo cambiare la mia autoradio originale su Ford Transit del 2004 con una 2 din, poich l’autoradio del transit 1 din e mezzo, ho optato per questa soluzione. Funziona benissimo fin ad ora, e il servizio clienti Atoto eccezionale, fossero tutti cos.. Complimenti!
I love using this device, Atoto P8. At first I was skeptical when it said it is QLED, but to my surprise, it is. The reason for changing my old one is because during daytime when it is too bright, you cannot see anything on the screen even though the brightness is at max. Now, I don’t have this issue. I can see it clearly. I use this as a rear view camera when the trunk of my SUV is full and if view is blocked. I wish it has SONY starlight night vision for low lighting but I think I am asking for too much. it is still usable at night as long as it is well lit up outside the car. I know that if I mount the camera outside it will be much better but I am good with it inside for now.
please note that the unit has a fast response but the issue is just the touch screen sensitivity. I found that the touch screen at times is not sensitive enough. I wish there was a setting that I can tweak to adjust this then it would be perfect. I would recommend buying this when there is an offer as it is a bit pricey but well worth it if you really don’t have wireless apple carplay or android auto in your old car. You cannot play youtube on this directly but this is not my reason for buying this so for me it is okay. Pretty stable signal if you use it as an FM transmitter for audio. I still have not found any issues using it and I’ve been using it everyday. it feels premium and the plastic is not the cheap ones that you would expect from aftermarket brands. I also found this brand to be cheaper than Carpuride but it has the same features for lesser price. Why buy something expensive if you can buy it for less, right? Just my thoughts.
The Atoto P8 is simply awesome…Easy to Install…Easy to use….Works a treat without any issues and looks fantastic…..It totally modernised my 2010 car and has made my driving experience much more enjoyable and most of all SAFER!!!!….
The whole thing is literally Plug and Play….
And on a side note the customer service is terrific if you have any issues which you more than likely wont…

Apple CarPlay is very responsive, a little difficult to connect to my dash because it’s not smooth but I solved that by attaching it next to my actual radio. The plastic disc that gets sent with it to attach it to wasn’t as sticky as I thought it should be.
This drained my battery when it was left plugged in, which I admit is user error, but to those wanting to leave it plugged in, to be safe just unplug it. It connects basically immediately once you reconnect it.
Ottimo acquisto, finalmente ho trovato l’accessorio che mi serviva. Con il P8 ho risolto le mancanze della mia auto (android auto e le telecamere quelle post. con linee guida regolabili utilissime). esattamente come me lo aspettavo facilissimo da configurare e da utilizzare. Facile da installare, io ho usato il mio portacellulare compatibile con il supporto del P8 ,mentre i cavi delle telecamere li ho fatti installare da un professionista ( ci ho provato ma avevo paura di rompere le plastiche ).
Un grazie soprattutto al servizio assistenza in particolare a Estella che ha seguito il mio problema con grande disponibilit e professionalit.

Ottimo per chi ha lo stereo molto basso e per guardare i comandi o navigatore toglie lo sguardo dalla strada. Con il p8 ho risolto molto facilmente questo problema, molto bello da vedere e facile da usare, molto utile anche per le videocamere e il comando al volante che migliorano notevolmente la sicurezza di guida. qualsiasi problema verr risolto da un servizio clienti molto professionale, veloce e gentile. Con le sue caratteristiche mi ha facilitato la vita in auto non poco, ho un pick-up senza visione posteriore e grazie allo schermo e alla retrocamera questo problema si risolto: ottimo per tenere sotto controllo la strada durante manovre e per tutelarti da malintenzionati!
Facile da installare autonomamente ma comunque conviene sempre appoggiarsi a qualcuno del mestiere per tutelare i cavi e migliorare l’efficienza, io purtroppo devo sostituire la cam posteriore perch danneggiata dalle condizioni avverse estreme di questi giorni
Das Gert entspricht genau meinen Erwartungen. Prima. Vor allem finde ich’s Klasse, dass sich endlich mal jemand Gedanken bezglich der Ordnung der bentigten Kabel gemacht hat. Ein Kabel geht zum Steckernetzteil und das wars. Alle weiteren Anschlsse, inkl. eines Schnellladers fr’s Handy, findet man an diesem Steckernetzteil. Einzige Ausnahme: Die Kameras werden direkt am Monitor angeschlossen. Aber auch diese werden in einen USB-Winkelstecker zusammengefasst. Auch Prima.
Letztendlich mchte ich aber auch den Support positiv erwhnen. Nachfragen per Mail wurden umgehend beantwortet – trotz Zeitverschiebung. Eine Dame (Fannie) hat mir promt und super nett geantwortet. Da bekommt man gleich ‘ne gute Laune 🙂
Also meine Empfehlung hat die Firma ATOTO mit dem Modell P807PR und dem Kundendienst .
Ottimo dispositivo installato nel camper. La ventosa per ora tiene molto bene. Unica mia incomprensione che credevo avesse la retrocamera illuminata anche di notte tramite infrarossi, invece no! si pu cmq sopperire a tale visuale con la luce bianca che si accende in fase di retromarcia.
Atoto has been my go to for affordable car infotainment systems and the P8 is no exception! Having an older car it was super simple to set up. The back up camera and steering wheel remote are great touches. If you’re looking for a cheap way to boring you’re older car into the future get a P8.
L’ATOTO P8 est rellement l’cran multi compatible avec Android ou Apple CarPlay et cela fonctionne parfaitement. Toutes les informations sont disponibles dans la bote et sur le site de la marque. This device is better than I expected. It was easy to install and works extremely well with my iPhone 14. Everything about it is excellent but if I had to pick one thing thing that could be improved it is the mount. It’s quite flimsy but with a strip of good quality two-way tape along the bottom of the screen I taped it to my dash and now it’s solid. The backup camera offers the best picture I’ve ever seen in a camera and again it works perfectly with no real lag at all when you put it in reverse. Highly recommend.
Installation facile. Super upgrade pour notre vhicule rcratif. Connecte facilement Android auto sans fil ( ou avec fil) et tout fonctionne bien. J’aime le fait qu’il n’y a qu’un seul cable l’arrire de l’appareil cela permet une installation propre. La possibilit de connecter un cble auxiliaire perment d’avoir une meilleure qualit audio et vite d’entendre la radio gricher au dmarrare du vhicule. La tlcommande sans fil au volant fonctionne trs bien et permet d’ajuster le volume, changer de chanson et faire des commandes vocales. Je pense en mettre un dans tous mes vhicules je recommande fortement! Bien moins cher qu’un nouveau stereo de voiture intgr.
Really pleased with this purchase. Arrived on time and was well packaged. I fitted it to my 2008 peugeot
and it works really well. The instuctions are ok but there are some really good videos on Youtube which
were a great help. Cameras are very good quality. Amazing actually. This is such a better option than
replacing the old head unit. Really is plug and play. Ok you have to run the cables around the car to the
cameras but it really was’nt that difficult. Display is really good . Hands free phone and music from , in my
case youtube . five stars all day long.
Surprise #1 – my unit came with a small 8? pin connector rather than the big white socket shown on Youtube reviews. Much easier to hide the wires and make the whole install easy and very clean looking. Minimum exposed wiring. See photo.
Surprise #2 – This appears to be a quality unit for the price. Very bright, tons of settings and very customizable.
Surprise #3 – The sound on Sirius XM is awesome. As good as the Sat Radio in my other vehicle.
Things to be aware of – it takes the unit a few seconds to boot up so be patient. Also there is a bit of a learning curve to get the most out of this infotainment system. I’m still figuring out how to set up the handsfree phone properly. I suspect some of the short comings are CarPlay related (Siri voice commands don’t seem to work with Sirius XM) and not due to the Atoto.
It replaced the backup camera screen, GPS screen and Echo Auto dongle and all associated exposed wiring in my 2006 Titan into one awesome looking screen. Suggested improvements – 1) the wire from the back of the unit and the back up camera lead are only about 6″ long. If they were longer (12 to 18″) it would make the install even easier to hide the wire connectors. 2) the backup camera mount is not very adaptable. If you have anything other than a horizontal surface to mount it to you are out of luck. I had to order a 3rd party license plate adaptor. BTW the B/U camera picture is as good as any factory one I’ve seen.
The steering wheel control is just icing on the cake. Atoto has done an excellent job of providing a complete infotainment solution and for a very reasonable price. Over all I am very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend.
Atoto P8 Update
After my first review I discovered an issue with the Atoto P8 I received. The hands free phone function was not working properly. I could hear the other party fine but they could not hear me.
Atoto Customer Service was excellent and offered several possible fixes. However as they are in China and I’m in Canada it was a cumbersome process with 24 hours between emails. This process took several days. Once all their suggested fixes were exhausted they sent me a replacement unit immediately.
The replacement unit fixed about 90 % of the problem. Hands free conversations are now possible but the conversation from my side is still not crystal clear and garbled at times. It may not be a an Atoto problem but a cell signal issue.
My priorities when buying this unit were;
1. Clear back up camera (hooking up trailers to my truck)
2. Replace standalone GPS
3. Apple Car Play and resulting apps and voice activated functions
4. Hands Free phone
I rate items 1 through 3, as 10 out of 10.
#4, only a 7 out of 10.
Atoto Customer Service, 10 out of 10.
I think you may be disappointed with this unit if you carry on a lot of phone conversations while driving. Although my problem could still be something other than the P8 I guess. Everything else works great.
I have it plugged into a socket that is only energized when the key is on. It takes about 10 seconds to boot up and for the B/U camera to be functional. Logging on to CarPlay takes another few seconds. I’m still happy with my purchase.
The sound quality, visual quality and build quality are good, however the suction cup is too small for the weight and regardless of how I mount it, it is constantly falling off. This is annoying. It falls off multiple times a day. Consider a bigger and stronger mount for a future release.

Funziona perfettamente. Un grazie soprattutto al servizio clienti ATOTO ([email protected] ) e in particolar modo a Fannie che mi ha immediatamente inviato il manuale di istruzioni in formato pdf che era stato perso dall’installatore.
Sono pienamente soddisfatto
La doppia fotocamera 1080P cattura chiaramente la vista anteriore e posteriore, mentre la luminosit dello schermo QLED si adatta automaticamente alle condizioni di luce per garantire una visualizzazione ottimale.
Inoltre, il supporto per CarPlay e Android Auto senza fili semplifica la navigazione e le chiamate, mentre l’installazione facile e veloce.
Con un’assistenza clienti affidabile e una garanzia di un anno, l’ATOTO P8 un investimento sicuro per qualsiasi automobilista.
(Io personalmente consiglierei di usare il microfono dell’auto dato che quello integrato e’ molto difficile da sentire e certe volte fa anche rumore di sottofondo.. se no consiglio di compare la versione E2 dato che ha il microfono esterno, io ho comprato la E4 scontata dato che volevo un navigatore con Waze senza dover sempre tirare fuori il telefono)

Install this in my nissan micra 2018. It was easy to install, however finding that reserve light wire took some time.
The display is great, connects to both andriod and carplay seamlessly, the remote looks and works great. The back camera is high res and work great at night.
No complains. Highly recommended

E’ esattamente come me lo aspettavo. Fa dialogare autoradio, cellulare e telecamere anteriore e posteriore che sono a corredo. Un oggetto veramente molto utile.
Sottolineo, perch un aspetto per me molto importante, che ho avuto un piccolo problema si installazione e il supporto di ATOTO mi ha seguito e risolto in tempo reale.

Me gusta lo intuitivo que es su manejo, las camaras cumplen su funcion mas que correctamente…
Que no me gusta?, lo llevo sobre el salpicadero y la ventosas que vienen con el soporte y para pegarlo al salpicadero se despegan por la parte trasera y dejan suelto el aparato,he terminado por unirlas con pegamento…y me estoy planteando sino tendre que hacer lo mismo para ponerla en el salpicadero Por otro lado, si llevo puesto el navegador del movil via bluetooth quiero escuchar musica del USB, no admite, tiene que ser por el telefono tambien, salvo esos detalles, muy contento con esta radio
This is on initial review based on an initial quick temporary installation. I haven’t installed the rear camera and I’ve only had a quick look at the front camera image on screen. I’ll update the review and add some photos once I’ve finished.
The unit boots up very fast, connecting my OnePlus 8 Pro was very quick and easy with Android Auto appearing very quickly..
The screen is fabulous, very bright and clear with a brilliant anti glare finish which seems pretty resistant to finger prints.
The only issue I’ve had so far was I saw in a YouTube review where the boot logo could be changed. The menu option was missing on my unit. I found a weird suggestion of setting the units date and time to 01/08/2008 01:08 24H which actually worked and let me change the logo to match my Mazda Campervan.
Overall I’m delighted with my purchase.
Cumple perfectamente su funcin, pantalla tctil muy decente, rapidez en general, cmaras no puedo hablar porque no las he puesto ya que no me interesaban, en mi caso lo he integrado al coche y perfecto.
Solamente he tenido un problema y el equipo tcnico me lo ha resuelto muy rapido, no me aparecia ningn logo de inicio de pantalla.
Para mi es tener un android para el coche muy asequible de precio.
Tengo varios coches y en uno de ellos tengo un equipo ATOTO desde hace aos con el que estoy muy contento, sin duda la marca tiene una relacin calidad-precio insuperable, aun as, tena mis dudas de este tipo de formato, por lo que os detallo mis opiniones tras probarlo a fondo:
Apariencia: Buscaba algo con buena calidad y materiales, que no quedara como la tpica pantalla que no se integra y en ese sentido queda perfecta. Como se ve en las fotos, la apariencia es OEM, como si el coche la hubiera trado de serie y la pantalla tiene aspecto premium.
Instalacin: Me ha sorprendido muy gratamente la cantidad de accesorios que trae la radio para las distintas configuraciones segn donde la coloquemos, as como el resto de perifricos (cmaras, mandos). Incluye todo lo necesario para dejar los cables bien recogidos, aqu recomiendo dedicarle unos minutos a pasarlos por detrs de las molduras del coche para que no se vea ningn cable a la vista. Igualmente todo queda muy ordenado, por lo que es fcil incluso usarla en varios coches.
Android Auto y Car Play. Para mi era algo obligatorio y comparado incluso con coches que lo llevan integrado de fbrica, noto este incluso ms fluido. La conectividad bluetooth te da mucha libertad, reconoce el telfono nada ms subirme al coche y no tengo que estar preocupndome de emparejarlo ni de abrir Spotify o Maps, con el mando inalmbrico puedo abrir el asistente de Google o cambiar de canciones, as como subir o bajar el volumen (con ruleta!). Me ha gustado que pueda colocarse tanto en el volante como en la consola. A algunos puretas todava nos gusta usar botones fsicos y es una gozada gestionarlo todo desde el mando sin distracciones 🙂
Calidad del audio muy buena, aqu es donde tena ms dudas, pero tanto conectndolo con o sin cable, se escucha perfecto, no he notado prdida de calidad.
Fluidez y sencillez de uso. A diferencia de equipos Android, este al llevar un sistema operativo diseado especficamente, se enciende muy rpido (ms que la radio del coche) y va super fluida. Tambin me ha gustado que tiene todas las funciones a mano y con una interfaz muy agradable.
Manos libres con micrfono integrado, ninguna pega aqu tampoco, me escuchan ntido y sin interrupciones.
Cmaras: Este modelo incluye cmaras delantera y trasera, que se puede activar al poner la marcha atrs (conectando por ejemplo el cable de seal a la bombilla de reversa). Por el precio no me esperaba que fueran de tan buena calidad y la instalacin tampoco me la imaginaba tan fcil. Con ambas, vas mucho ms tranquilo sabiendo que siempre van grabando por si ocurriera algo. Incluso puedes dejarlo encendido para que haga de Sentry Mode como los Tesla.
Tamao: Son 7 pulgadas que creo que es el tamao mximo para verlo grande sin perder visibilidad de la carretera, pero esto ya es una opinin personal.
Como recomendacin, invertir unos minutos en pasar los cables por debajo de las molduras, normalmente ni es necesario desmontar y con empujarlos por los huecos los vas pasando.
Me dejo otros puntos que son ms tpicos como poder cargar el telfono, RDS en la radio, las aplicaciones, posibilidad de conectar un USB, tarjeta SD
Lo recomiendo totalmente. Por este precio, no he visto una solucin ms completa y de esta calidad. Mejora mucho cualquier coche que ya tenga unos aos y sobre todo, si no puedes poner una radio 2 DIN o no quieres complicarte con la instalacin, este es el producto perfecto.
Ich habe mir das Atoto P8 fr den 7,5to in der Firma zugelegt. Dank des 24V Anschlusses ist das ja kein Thema.
Bevor ich das einbauen konnte kam mein Sohn, er fhr einen Peugeot 206…
Er war so begeistert, kann man da nein sagen? Jedenfalls muss ich mir jetzt noch eins kaufen. Wireless Carplay funktioniert super, das Display ist der Hammer und der Einbau ist fr Laien sehr einfach. Mein Sohn hat das P8 nicht ber UKW, sondern per Klinkenkabel verbunden. So kann sein altes Autoradio drin bleiben und man geniet alle Vorzge eines modernen Multifunktionsgert.
Und ich hatte gedacht das wre nur fr LKW’s gut!
Finalmente con Android Auto wireless rende tutto ancora pi semplice: un unico dispositivo per avere navigatore satellitare, assistente vocale, vivavoce bluetooth e streaming multimediale attraverso le casse integrate oppure tramite l’autoradio trasmettendo su frequenze FM o uscita AUX con cavo jack da 3,5mm.
A completare il tutto il telecomando per il volante, la dashcam con funzione di registrazione continua e monitoraggio parcheggio e la retrocamere con personalizzazione delle linee guida. Le immagini delle due telecamere possono essere riprodotte contemporaneamente.
