A simple idea that had lead to a lot of fun at bath time. Quality of product is good and is sturdy in case anything gets thrown out of the bath. Strong magnet for the fish/ducks are secure when picket up by fishing rod.
My little one loves this fishing set. One of the whales/fish is sometimes too heavy to stay on the rod, but it doesn’t matter much because there’s enough other ones to fish for. It may be because they can take in water and become heavier. Regardless, my baby loves playing with these, especially the ducks that make water bubbles when their wind-up legs spin fast.
Cheap and cheerful bath toys for babies and toddlers. My little boy loves this (although he also loves empty shampoo bottles, so take that as you will), it’s a fun little game but it has a couple of issues, the magnets aren’t exactly the strongest and the fish don’t swim very well in the water.
Overall, I can’t imagine any baby/toddler is going to complain but don’t expect this to be preparing them for catching wild tuna in the ocean any time soon.

Its really great quality but the price is slightly high for just 4 fish, but I did love the fact that you can wind them up and they move about making it more difficult to catch them, makes it really entertaining and had the kids squealing with laughter and I enjoyed playing just as much as them.
Fantastic little toy (23 at the time of writing). I would say this can be used both in and out of the bath which is good. I also think this would be a nice touch to add to the paddling pool in the summer.
Love this. You can use it in the bath as pictured, I planned to use it in the garden over summer but I actually took it out and just had a play on the living room floor.
It works as expected and is easy for a 2 year old to handle. Also kept my little one entertained for a while, which was great.

These are so amusing, I think I will have difficulty getting out of the bath, let alone my grandsons!.
They are packaged well and delivery was super fast. The outside of the packaging at first glance looks like the wind up parts are actually their fins etc. but in fact, each toy has the wind up mechanism on the base. The mechanism is quite stiff and clearly for adults to oversee. They are made of fairly sturdy plastic (ABS) and all have smooth lines with no harsh corners and are very colourful. The manufacturer states that they are BPA Free, Phthalate free and are also Lead free. The rod line is a thick cord but again the reel mechanism is stiff and although I thought that in water it might be easier, unfortunately it is not. The reel wind mechanism has a realistic ratchet sound which adds to the fun. The magnet (or fishing float) is very strong and easily lifts each toy out of the water but after being submerged for some time, the toys can get heavy so the magnet will not lift them as easily. The magnets on each toy is placed inside the head. There are drainage points in each toy and I would recommend draining thoroughly after each use.
Despite a few minor negatives, these are fun and they look really cute when moving in the water. This toy is great at promoting complex cognitive skills in little ones such as hand-eye coordination.
I really like this product but at 17.99 at time of writing this review, I think that it is on the pricey side. Consequently, you’re not really netting a bargainbut it’s good fun.
The wind up mechanism on the toys is good and they ‘swim’ around the bath well. The fishing rod catch idea is good and the rod is a nice size for kids to handle. The magnet strength is fine when the toys are dry but when they’re in the bath they fill with water and are too heavy to be picked up by the fishing rod. This is frustrating for the kids when they’re trying to catch the fish.
This is a great fishing set for kids to play in the bath. it comes 2 fish 2 ducks which are wind up and fly around the bath when wound up and also a magnetic fishing rod to hook them. I did notice that my younger son had a little difficulty with winding up the fishing rod so I believe it would be more suited to slightly older children however he absolutely loved it and would not come out the bath. This would make a great gift for a younger child it came very well packaged And delivery was very fast I would definitely recommend this. The materials are made out of plastic and seem very sturdy. Also one thing to note is that kids need to be supervised when using this toy especially the rod my son started swinging the ball on the rod around and knocked a few things so it’s 1 thing worth noting I’ve other than that it’s a fantastic path.

I ordered these magnetic fishing bath toys for my twin nephews. It makes bath time really fun and keeps them busy.
The package come with 4 wind up toys that swim around and a little finish rod. The fishing rod can be a challenge to wind up so it would be better suited for older little kids and I found the rod to be heavy with the magnetic ball end so the kids need to be careful when using this product and not swing it around.

I had something like this for my children, but it was not as nice as this set fishing set, it has a nice reel which clicks and has four animals, two ducks, a fish and a whale (spelt wahle in the picture – the makers really need to quality check as this can lead to people thinking that the toys may also be of poor quality).
Any way the animals have magnetic tops and can be picked up with the reel, also each animal has a winder under it that flaps the back and front so the animal swims in the water, a nice feature as you need to catch it whilst it is moving, the only problem was that in one of the ducks it did not last very long, so a negative and shows that quality checks are not in place.
This toy is excellent for hand-to-eye coordination so a really good positive thing for infants, as well as being great fun, so other than the winder, the price point is just about right, as the toy is good and is sturdy, and the animals are chunky and will appeal to children, so all good, I have taken off one star for the winder, so four stars is a fair assessment for this toy.
The kids are going to love this so much! The little fishing rod is not the smoothest to reel in and out, but it works well enough. I love that all the little sea creatures are wind up and swim around adding to the challenge of hooking them in with the magnet. This is a great little set that doesn’t take up much room but will provide hours of fun!
I had something like this when I was a kid back in 1795. Some things are timeless and will always be enjoyed. Guarantee that even though the parent will be showing the child how to play, they will enjoy the thrill of catching a fishy too.

Our grandson thinks this is brilliant. The fish float in the bath and you pick them up with the fishing rod and then they are placed on the side of the bath until all collected up and then they go back in again, There is a wind up on the fish so there is some movement but this is short in time. As used and how our grandson used this in bath playtime, its excellent time spent playing and a good bath toy.
Love these! So much fun for bath times. The fishing rod is sturdy and easy to use. The magnets come together quite firmly and the whale and ducks don’t drop off while hanging from the rod. They are well made, nice colours and are very cute.
Their tails flap in the water and the two ducks are windups so they swim back and forth in the bath making it so much fun trying to catch them!
My grandchildren love this set and while they never want to take a bath they now never want to get out! Highly recommended

Boop Boop Dittem Datten Wattem Chu – The three fishes song, but instead we have two fishes and two ducks. The little animals have a winder underneath them and their feet or tail flaps and the fishing rod, clicks and can be reeled in or out. Great bathtime fun for everyone. My children had really tiny little windup animals, my mum bought them for them, they literally played with them till they feel apart, never tired of having races with each other, but really they wouldn’t have been as safe as these because they were so small, mine never put anything in their mouths other than their dinner. Suppose I was lucky in that respect.
Would make a great gift, and they have to be made of plastic to be used in the bath, so my liking for wooden toys has been trumped by sheer practicality. Trying saying that on a wet Tuesday.
