Unfortunately, there are no examples included on exactly what you are supposed to do with these owls. If you’re giving it as a gift, I highly recommend you scroll down the listing and print out where it shows examples under “how to play”.
This item comes in a box measuring approximately 10″ x 8.5″ x 1″. The owls are an individual indentations on a plastic tray inside the box. I believe the owls are made of wood. They are painted on both sides. It would’ve been nice if a carrying bag had been included, but it is not.
For some odd reason Chinese companies are fond of Photoshop being babies on listings for toys no matter what type of toy it is. This decking toys shows to be for ages three years and up. Honestly I don’t know that three-year-olds are going to be able to grasp the concept of stacking these owls, at least for stacking them in any sort of challenging way. I think as far as stacking goes, probably kids six years and up with enjoy it more.

Zwar geht der Reiverschluss am Behlter recht schwer, aber ansonsten ist das Set sehr hbsch, gut gearbeitet und traf sofort auf die Zuneigung meines Enkels. Allerdings hatte es ihm die Biene mehr angetan, als alle Kfer zusammen. ;-).

I love these for my baby! She carry’s them around all over the place. I love that the colors aren’t so bright and more pastel.
My granddaughter and I had a lot of fun playing with these animals. Teaching her to stack and knock down the animals entertained her for more the. 2 hours. They’re nice and bright colors. Easy to hold. Sturdy toy.
This set is great – keeps the little one busy for a while. The blocks are well made, and the packaging was nice and compact. This would make for a great gift as well.
These are good sized wooden animals.not choking hazards for the young toddler. They are a chunky type of block so to speak. The edges are well rounded and the paint job for each animal is very good.
These are made for stacking the animals on top of each other although they are a bit slippery so stacking them is somewhat difficult to do. This toy even comes with a nice package of cards with the animals stacked in different poses that you can have your child replicate for learning purposes.
We are currently using these for color recognition and animal recognition.
This toy is different from the traditional store bought toy which I do like. Took one star away due to the fact that these animals are too slippery to really stack on top of each other and for the animals to be able to stay in that position for more than a couple seconds without falling over.
It is so fun to see how many animals you can stack and to try new ways of stacking them! The cards are a lot of fun to make a game out of it and try to get the most stars. I do feel like it is a little expensive for what it is. I would recommend it!
My nephew’s nursery is animal themed, so these stacking blocks were a no brainer. He’s a funny kid, but enjoys blocks and wrecking things that I stack, and really seemed to get a kick out of these. They can be stacked for motor skills, or you can play zoo, or teach animal names and sounds. This set comes with sturdy stacking cards that depict different or more challenging ways to stack these blocks. They are colorful, not very big, but large enough to assuage choking concerns. The animals are colorful, and the edges are smooth. All in all well this is a well-designed unique block set that is definitely giftable.
These are sweet, nicely made blocks that make me a touch nostalgic. They are sized for little hands, and can be stacked and restacked, used as dolls or for story time, and are a very sweet way to increase hand eye coordination and to keep little minds, hands, and developing brains busy. For older toddlers, the cards allow a game where they can stack to match. The fun part is as always though, knocking them down. I have two young grandnephews that I keep a selection of toys over to encourage as many visits as possible, and they love them.
Our niece is approaching one-year old and we saw this toy. It is stackable and highly interactive with the color changing with every smack and bump.

The wood is of high quality, and the colors are inviting. There are no splinters or peeling paint, and the wood pieces feel soft.
The animal pieces are relatively large for little kiddos, which makes them easy to maneuver and identify. The kiddos will pause while building to label the animals, which is a pleasant experience.
The building kit comes with visuals to help with the building process. We found that these types of puzzles are great for challenging the visualization of little kiddos; they need practice building in a 3D space, and these puzzles are great!

These wood stacking animals are really nice quality. They are a good size and it comes with a little booklet with stacking ideas. My daughter is too young to stack them but she likes bright colors and these are small enough for her to hold in one hand. She will grow into them and I see these being a favorite.
My son has autism and enjoys stacking items or lining them up. This is a great toy for him. I can allow him to use it for his needs but also use it to continue to teach him about animals and colors. They stack very well, and do not topple over unless you do so yourself. Great product and very adorable.
This toy is adorable! The concept of it is so simple but that’s what I like about it, you don’t have to worry about anything breaking or malfunctioning. I can see this lasting us for quite awhile and even long enough for us to pass it down to the babies in our family.
I really like that it comes in a cute little box which makes for easy storage and it also comes with a stack of a few cards that show you different ways to stack the animals. My kids really like trying to copy how the cards have the animals stacked and that makes it sort of like a game for them.
Overall, I’m very happy with this and my kids really like it. It makes for a great gift as well. Like I said, the concept is really simple so I’d say it is slightly over priced in my opinion. But other than that, I have no complaints and would still recommend it!

I ordered this to add to my toy collection for grandkid visits. But it is nice enough to gift.
The animal blocks are larger than I was expecting. As an example, the blue creature is 3-1/4″ long by 2-5/8″ tall. All 10 of the animal blocks are 9/16″ thick. It looks like they are made from painted MDF. Hard and dense enough to hold up to some abuse.
The set includes 10 double sided cards that depict various stacking challenges in varying degrees of difficulty as noted by a 3-star rating system.
The suggested age is 3+. The game involves fine motor skills and concepts of balance that might be more for a 4+ child. But younger kids will enjoy playing with the blocks.
I prefer solid, natural hardwood blocks, but I would buy this again.
My sister, my niece and I had a lot of fun playing with these stacking animals. They’re a sturdy, solid wood with a nice, durable paint. The designs are cute and colorful. Also, it’s quite fun to test the various ways that they can be stacked. There are cards that provide images that challenge you or your littles to stack the animals certain ways (with 3 levels of difficulty) or you can go rogue and be creative. It’s a really neat toy/game!
These blocks are cute and nest and stack together in a way that teaches tots motor skills and good hand/eye coordination. They are colorful and have fun shapes so the kids love them. I expected them to be larger but that on me for not reading the description more carefully. On the other hand, the size is perfect for little hands so I am very pleased

Honestly, I got this because I thought it would look cute on the shelf in our nursery. And it really does. But before I put it up there, I started playing with it.
These 10 painted wooden animals are well made and the attention to detail is impressive. Each piece has a nice weighty feel to it and each one has smooth edges all around. The paint is on both sides as well as the faces and all other details, like tails and toenails or hooves. When you stack these little critters the fit is perfect and you dont have to jimmy the pieces to fit. There are 10 plastic coated cards that are 2 sided and color coordinated and starred for difficulty with a picture of the stacked animals to give you some ideas of how to do it. A 3 year old could do the easiest and the most difficult could be a much older child or adult. This would be fun to do together or for a kiddo on their own depending on the age.
This is a sweet little, well made set that brought a smile to my face just looking at it. A big YES from me.
