Our 6 year old son says that this is the best Snakes and Ladders game he has ever played! We played it in the box so that we didn’t lose the dice with it rolling onto the floor Gorgeous colours on a beautiful wooden board. Love it, will definitely recommend as it will last a very long time

Would have liked a little wooden cup to put the dice in even if paying a little more.
Anyway we use a small wooden egg cup.

Very well made, one game can last for ages with the amount of snakes and ladders on the board, so if it’s a game with the kids before bed, make it early

Sturdy bright wooden board. The numbers and board layout is clearer than most I looked at. Wooden counters are easy to handle and not get knocked over. Four and five year old grandchildren love it. Would buy again.
Excellent long lasting board game! My four year old grandson absolutely loves it and always seems to beat me! Colourful and clearly printed. Good value for money too!
This product was bought for my grandchildren so wanted it sturdy and unbreakable. The dice would have been better in a dice shaker. This was not provided. Nice item for the price.
I was expecting the board game to be much bigger but that was my oversight. Dimensions were given, I just overlooked them during my shop.
It is a lovely quality, sturdy made snakes and ladders that should last a long time, if my granddaughter’s look after it when they come to stay.

Very well made and good value for money
This wooden Snakes and Ladders game is beautifully made and comes in a sturdy cardboard box for storage. It is a really good size for small children, with clear unfussy illustrations. I particularly like the chunky wooden counters (and the cotton pouch to keep them in) which are easy for little fingers to pick up, easy to find if dropped on the floor and less likely to be a choking hazard than the little flat plastic type. Sincerely recommend.
We were looking for a new snakes and ladders game for our 4 year old who loves the game, but our other board was in tatters. This is great quality and simple for a child to play, with more snakes and ladders than our old one so more exciting for her! Good more sturdy counters and dice, with a handy bag and good solid box to keep it all in. Very pleased with it!
My grandsons’ Snakes & Ladders game had been so well used it was falling to pieces so I thought this wooden board would be ideal for them as indeed it is. Some of the other boards I looked at had too much going on with unnecessary pictures cluttering up the board, however this is very clear, just colours, numbers & the snakes and ladders. I was so pleased with it I ordered another for my other grandchildren.
The board is of quality material that provides a sturdy base for the game itself. It’s already been pounded by counters and we’re confident it will stand the trials of our children! (4 & 12).
The bold numbers and sizeable dice make for a great combination for the boy wonder to practice his counting, addition and subtraction! (Never looked at it that way until becoming a parent!).
The pouch for the counters is very handy for keeping everything together (or at least it would be if we hadn’t already lost the green counter ).
We do use the lid for rolling the dice in to, to avoid rolling on the floor etc. as you may expect with a loud, lairy and disruptive player (that’s just me!).
Game time can range from 1 minute (6 moves I made it in), to over 15 minutes and it’s also great to identify certain numbers and relate to real life (80 is Nana’s Age, 39 Bus etc.).
