My granddaughter is 11 months and she loves this. Spends most of the time pulling everything out.
My little girl got this item as a gift at Christmas and she enjoyed it so much I bought 1 as a gift for her friends 1st birthday.
I bought this for my granddaughter to try to help her develop her skills. She loves it! Now, what she actually loves is not what I intended, she likes to pull off all the velco items and throw them around but, that’s OK at least she’s interested in it. She has started to ‘help’ to put the shapes back in place and she does like to refasten the clip sections. The laces, clips and buttons are a little to advanced for her yet but the velco sections do hold her attention, so for me it’s a great item. It will have longevity for leaning for her not just a quick play and grow out of, but it’s not too advanced that she already likes to play with it. Oh not to mention she likes to carry it around with her like a handbag. Great item, I would definitely recommend you give it a go.
Love that the middle ones can be unzipped and removed until age appropriate so that the pieces don’t get lost before they’re ready to use them, this has become my go to gift for other babies.
Some of the buttons etc could be more malleable though for tiny hands.
Lightweight easy to carry and kept little one happy during travels..
Loved by me and the child that I gave it as a gift..!
Bought for my toddler and she enjoys it. Has a good few different pages so not easily bored, perfect for teaching shapes, numbers and colours ect.
I have bought it just to try, my daughter has autism and is obsessed by colours and shapes. She keeps playing with it and the product is quite strong material luckily.
An excellent set that provides a lot of sensory activities whether supervised or not. We use with SEND kids at secondary, and it gives them 15 minutes of fiddling, following directions of a coach that has a calming effect, as well as helps them focus. Definitely recommend. We have now invested in a few if these.
This is a fantastic item for busy little hands. It’s compact and lightweight for little people, full of exciting and colourful activities.
Well made, lots of different activities/puzzles, fabulous for travelling all in a super zipped carry bag. Would be fab if there were also additional boards to exchange to vary the activities too?
Great item to teach the younger children and get there little brains working.
I have had a few of these and this is definitely one of the better ones, it’s got so much to do for tots, this will keep them busy.
I particularly like the space theme, it’s really smart.
This is made well and perfectly safe for tots.
See my photos of what’s inside this pack.
Highly recommended.
This busy board was better than I expected. Thick pages, each one cleverly unzippable (if you have more than one child who wants to play for example)
On each page there is a different set of “challenges” from shoelaces and buckles to removable felt number squares, to colours to jigsaws to fasteners. In short there enough to to keep your child busy in a non-digital way whilst testing their motor skills and cognitive learning.
My three-year-old enjoys using it, though at that age, this is a “play with parent” toy to really get the most from it.
That’s busy board is packed full of fun activities to keep your child entertained for a very long time. It’s great for young children that are starting to learn more and it’s great for there sensory development too! Educational and fun!
My wife works at a Montessori nursery so she took this in for the children to try
They loved it.
Plenty of activities attached to enhance fine motor neurone skills and co ordination.
Apparently there was quite the queue to play with this so definitely captured the children imaginations.
Would highly recommend.
This product should be in smyths….the quality is really good. There is cheap felt ones that wont last a few plays this one will last…My boy loves it. The velcro bits arent flimsy….the cut out pieces are durable. The button features laces are super inventive as we think they are easy things however make learning these things more fun. Kept my boy quiet for a while which is a bonus. Also perfect for 1 to 1 interaction with ur kid also a bonus…beats a book.
Great busybook my 3 year old loves it already it goes everywhere with him nice easy and portable perks of being small at first I thought smaller than expected but you see the perks when the child takes it everywhere. Education and fun happy little one happy mum.
All the little people in my life love busy boards. This one is brilliant. It’s bright and colourful and full of different activities.
It’s good at keeping the kids entertained and educational at the same time. It also gives my kids a chance to learn different skills. There’re so many pages full of activities.
This busy board is more expensive then others I’ve has but because there is so much to do, I think it’s worth it.
I would happily recommend.
I’ve left alot of reviews on these boards as they are so great I’ve ordered alot of styles for family. They hardly wright anything so easy to take with you to keep little minds busy. Lots of activities to enjoy whilst learning. Colours, shapes numbers and learning the basics like doing up buttons, zips and laces.. lovely toy and worth every penny to see little ones have so much fu
This is really well made. The colours are bright and eye catching. Aids well with child development and will help with learning colours, numbers, shapes. Looks very attractive and like it can be zipped up
A well made sensory book made from soft felt like material. Contains pages of several different activities to help co-ordinate and help with fine motor skills. Learn how to tie laces, fasten buttons, use a zip, fasten a toggle, tell the time and many more types of things. Great value product will keep the toddler occupied for hours!
A very well made and nicely present Busy Board which will aid with fine motor skills.
Presented in a Blue Planets folder it contains various different pages of activities including puzzles and a DIY board.
Not only does it have buttons, press studs, belt ties, zippers, toggles etc but it has a board with a jog saw, colours, shapes and numbers so lots to keep the little ones entertained.
All the various pieces feels glued and sewn down for safety and handles etc feel quite strong and robust. This will make an excellent gift for a birthday or Christmas and I feel is a good price point.
This is brilliant. All the basic activities you will want to teach your kids, together in one place. This will help them develops their hands and the way they do this stuff including doing their own laces, how to read the time, recognise colours and even closing zips!! I highly recommend this product for toddlers or young kids!!
I really love the blue colour on this busy board book, it cheers me up looking at it.
I was impressed how many pages this book had and how many activities your child can do for the same price as the one a lot smaller.
It is great for the development of your little one and it always saves me when my child gets into his very impatient stage. It’s compact, light and easy to take with you when you are travelling. No more filling up your bag with a ton of toys to keep them interested when you are going out!
The middle pages can come off with the zip so more than 1 child can play with this book at the same time. I honestly can’t fault it, and for the price it is currently sold I would say run, don’t walk!
This is a great little item to take away on a plane or holiday to keep your child amused while traveling or in a restaurant. It teaches colour, shape, number, how to dress, has a jigsaw and a little clock to tell the time. I think it would need adult supervision under 2, just depends whether you child is an eater, nibbler of toys. It could be added to an exploration table in an early years setting. So many children come to school unable to dress themselves, this will help with the co-ordination required to do this. I did find that the buttons on the little felt coat and the material were very stiff, but this will soften in time, so this would be hard for young children initially. The items all come on attached little sheets just need snipping and adding to the boards, they attach via velcro. The velcro will eventually become less attachable, happens with all velcro toys, but it will be long time till this happens. If you are planning on having two, should be okay for passing down. I’ve added loads of pics.
Good quality nice feel material all over . Has so much of things to do and learn is amazing . It has zippers laces movable buttons and many other skills to learn .
Outside has nice dinosaurs with their names
This very useful busy board. I like that it made like a bag, so it easy to take it with you everywhere. The material is very pleasant to touch. Has many interesting things for learning – like numbers, colours, shapes, clock, puzzle and many more. Everything is bright. Amazing for toddlers.
