purchased these for my conservetary doors they are not lightweight and nor are they sheer this is what i like about these good
Surprisingly lovely curtains considering the price I paid. I use them to front a clothing rail set back in a wall and they look really good. Am very pleased with the purchase.
I was a little sceptical of buying these kind of curtains online, something that lets light in but don’t let people see inside your house. And sometimes you don’t know if you can’t trust the reviews so I took a risk and I’m glad I did also the pictures don’t make justice. They’re beautiful.
Thickness is what I wanted to improve privacy on my front window. These are good quality and do the job.
I am glad it is not light weight as it fits our patio doors and would fly up in the air if it were light. It is definitely very good quality and will buy again on every colour. Amazing price too
Nothing to dislike, but if I was being picky would like to be able to buy a single panel option, as I needed 1 pr for patio doors and a single for back door, lovely bag with zip for storage, sheer enough to let light in, but thick enough to hang well and give that breezy look beach style, country cottage look, love them great value for the quality of the pair and have matching tie backs included
I wish I’d bought these curtains sooner, the quality is fantastic and they let in the light beautifully without looking like cheap sheer curtains I have seen online a lot in my search. They have a nice weight to them and the pattern in the fabric adds to the lovely quality look.
Very nice voiles. They are a lovely weight and as you can see from the pictures the weave is excellent. Not that thin that you wonder why you bother but enough to let light into the room. I am using them on my back door as they are a little short for my pole. I had to use them so put them up like that.
Excellent material, well made and good value!
As you can see the curtains obscure the view but allow a lot of light into the room. At night they still give a lot of privacy. This is what I wanted as thin voile curtains obscured the view less but were very see through at nigh
These voile curtains come with a pair of tie-backs and packed in a protective plastic bag.
I was surprised by the very reasonable quality of these voiles and the lovely crisp whiteness. After hanging over the washing line for a couple of hours, the creases from packing had virtually disappeared and were ready for hanging. They can be ironed on a cool setting if necessary. There is a tube hem at the top to thread the curtains onto a pole. They don’t slip too easily so might not be the best for actual open/close curtain use. I’ve put them at a kitchen window and left them closed as they cut out the glaring sun but not all the light. They give a level of privacy without losing too much light. There is a pair of tie-backs but as I’m keeping mine closed, I haven’t used them.
The curtains can be cool washed and cool ironed but I haven’t needed to do that yet.
Much better quality than I expected.
Love this and would definitely recommend
This curtain is of good quality.
Pattern printed on its own, exactly like the picture.
The size is also exactly right, fits well in the bedroom.
No problem with installing.
I think the price exactly covers its quality.
I recommend the product!
Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.

They were heavier than I thought although I am pleased with the curtains
These were ordered for our bedroom as a summer pair.
We have a very cold room that never gets the sun, and is always cold, even in the Summer. Its an old house with brick and lead frames, which get mouldy in winter. So we got these for the summer months so we can have the winter curtains cleaned and and swap back for winter.
The come in a variety of widths and lengths so make sure you order the correct size.
The hang nicely and didn’t even need ironing first, although after washing and packing away for the winter I expect they will need washing next summer.
They are bright and cheerful, ideal to brighten up a dull room – just don’t expect to block much light, as they are not designed for light blocking.
Overall they are a good quality set of curtains at a reasonable price, would recommend.
These curtains come in a plastic zip bag, great for storage and keeping clean. They are lovely and light, perfect for a conservatory, holiday home, natural choice. Great price, just need a pole to hang it from! The slot to put a pole through is 3 fingers width, to give you an idea. Easy to wash, creases should drop out, light iron only.
These curtains are really beautiful. It is semi-transparent but provides adequate privacy. The size is appropriate as per the description and made in quality.
It is so ideal if you have a small room but wants to feel it spacious. I feel like it suits really good for living room, gazebos and conservatories. It May is not a good choice for the bedrooms primarily due to its inability to prevent the light from coming into the room.
Apart from that, I couldn’t find anything downsides to the product.
The curtains look attractive, a nice white colour, lets the light in but also thicker than most sheer fabrics. Easy to install too. My only criticism is the quality of the stitching. In some places it looks like it has frayed but that could just be bits of loose or excess thread from the manufacturing process, rather than the seams unravelling.
The spare bedroom curtains needed updating. White curtains do look nice, but they do age a lot quicker. Washing over and over doesn’t always bring back the crispness of the white. These voile curtains looked like a good replacement.
They arrive in a plastic bag along with a product card showing the washing instructions and a pair of tiebacks. Surprisingly, the curtains were not all that creased when opened up. What creases there were soon dropped out once hung. They can be ironed, if necessary, with a cool iron setting. Washing can be done in a machine, but they do recommend using a laundry bag.
They look really nice once hung up, and they don’t block hardly any light from entering the room. They are easy to hang on any standard curtain pole. Although they could be drawn, I would personally recommend that you don’t. They are white and will soon get grubby from regular handling. Use them as show curtains in combination with a blind if privacy is important.
Overall, nice quality looking voile curtains. I hope that helps.
These curtains are absolutely stunning – they have a textured fabric weave which looks just lovely and doesn’t really show up on the photos. Made from a faux linen fabric, I thought they genuinely were linen and I am not sure that you would notice the difference unless you inspected them closely. The curtains are diaphonous, so they obscure the view without taking away the light – ideal for porches, bedroom windows and other areas where you might seek privacy. The curtains are surprisingly thick and substantial, and were a lot longer than I had anticipated. I strung one of these curtains in my entry porch as a privacy screen for the front door, as you can see in the photo. The tother, I used on a wooden tent frame that my partner made me for the nursery where I work – The curtain is ideal to offer the wee ones some privacy in their den, while being transparent enough that we can see there is no danger to them. This curtain was just perfect for the job – being a little heavier, it hangs really nicely on the frame and provides a cosy feel to the den. I am delighted with these and would certainly order again in future, as the quality and finish were very good.
I was expecting much lighter violes than these but am not disappointed, far from it. These viloles are heavyweight and thick. They are ideal for those rooms that face East / West and get extremely bright soon after sunrise and before sunset as they do reduce the brightness of the light entering the room, unlike the thinner and cheaper violes.
If you have rooms that face East or West and like myself you find that you have to close curtains to see a TV screen or PC monitor due to the bright glare that comes from a strong and bright sun then these are perfect. With these violes, enough daylight enters the room but not so much as to cause glaring on screens. They hang well, they look good and they are well made.
I am recommending these violes as they are good quality, do a very good job in providing privacy, reducing bright light and due to the thickness they will help keep a room warm in the winter months thus saving on energy bills so they are good value.
Very reasonable price for the exceptional quality of these curtains. They even includ tie backs. They look stunning when up, letting lots of light in but still affording privacy. Wide enough to close over our large window in the bedroom and long enough to almost touch the floor, really pleased with them. Sadly I have now had to buy 2 new bedside lamps to match and these curtains put our old ones to shame.
We are fortunate to live in the Cathedral Close of one of the oldest Cathedrals in England. The only draw back being a regular influx of happy tourists who, understandably , look into our windows as part of their tours. A window covering that lets in sufficient light while affording us some privacy is therefore a must. These white viole curtains seemed the perfect answer.
Brilliant white with a grain pattern, these curtains have some considerable weight, no wispiness here , yet they give the impression of being quite light. The sides are well hemmed as is the bottom with a decent turnback to aid hang. Double hem at the top to allow for a rod to hang them and a further small hem above to make things look right. They come with two well made tie backs in the same material, as I have used these singly on two windows I have not used these but they look good quality. Usual washing care (cold wash , low tumble dry).
The windows I have used them on have roller blinds behind where these curtains hang. Initially the static dragged the curtains into the blind when opening it but this was solved by moving the curtains outward away from the blind. This was only possible because we have very deep window bays but it could be a problem if you do not.
For the price, classy and good quality.
These semi transparent white net curtains are exceptionally good quality linen type textile. They are 2 panels voile plus 2 matching tiebacks. My patio door is 81c
Inches in length and as there are 2 panels of 55 inches they are a great fit and I replaced my ageing nets with these.
They are heavier than my previous net curtains but fabric is durable and sturdy. The fall of curtains is very elegant and after one night all the creases and folded lines disappeared without ironing. They block more light than the one I replaced which I am happy about but they are still semi transparent so I can see my lawn.
These voile do look stylish and expensive hence enhancing my decor. I am very pleased with the quality and how they look. I rated them accordingly as 5 stars.
I think that these curtains are somewhere between a curtain and net, because while they are not as transparent and thin as a net or voile, neither are they as thick and opaque as a curtain. They are definitely more the weight of a curtain though, and not at all light like a voile.
The material has both a linen look and feel to it, and it also has an open weave, which lets the light through but still gives us a decent level of privacy. The panels have two pockets at the top of them, one of which is wide enough to fit a standard curtain pole, while the other will accommodate a thin pole or wire. I’ve hung them up using the top pocket on a slim extendable net pole.
The reason I choose these particular curtains is because we keep or coats and shoes in the porch and I wanted something that would stop them from being bleached by the sun while still letting some natural light in. These curtains have helped to keep the light, open and airy feel of our porch. We’d previously had a pair of solid grey curtains up and they made the porch feel small and enclosed. These new panels make it feel brighter and bigger than before.
They are well made. I couldn’t see any loose threads or snags. They also come with two matching curtain ties. I think if you want some decent curtains that have a level of transparency these are well made and a good purchase.
These are very attractive Voiles, sheer enough to let through light yet are translucent enough to keep out prying eyes if needed.
Well made from a material of sufficient weight to hold them in position yet are light enough so they appear to ‘float’.
Note: when washing, place in a laundry bag and DO NOT IRON!!
Highly recommended
No fuss, well-presented, and good-looking voiles at an affordable price — 5 Stars
This is a really good set of voiles, and I especially liked both their weight and the weave. Absolutely pure white in colour, they arrived promptly and came nicely presented in a zipped, plastic case. The curtains had been folded carefully before packing too, so there was very little unsightly creasing, and they’re advertised as washable.
The curtains come ready to hang, and are available in a variety of sizes. I was very pleased with the quality of finish, but what took my eye straight away was the excellent weave. It’s dense enough to diffuse strong sunlight, adds a good degree of privacy, yet still leaves a room feeling open and airy. At the price quoted at the time of review, I felt these were excellent value; I’ve certainly paid more in the past for voiles that wouldn’t match the quality of these.
Overall: Excellent quality, and great value voiles.
The Carvapet voiles are different but in a good way. They have that woven linen look but with a sheerness. They add a lovely soft light to the room but maintain privacy.
They are a bit heavier to normal sheer voiles but they hang beautifully.
I didn’t even have to use the dreaded iron to get creases out they are hung straight out of the zipped bag.
Comes with 2 tie backs which is a added bonus.
Really do rate them
Exactly what I expected, they look beautiful in my bedroom!
