Great if you have a tiered garden, peg holes would be an advantage
I used this between a flowerbed and gravel. Product is very flexible so easy to get the oval shape I wanted and easy to cut. Needed to dig a little trench to get it in as it is so thin. Was ideal for my purposes but if you wanted something strong and/or rigid this would not be suitable.
Once you get the hang of creating a slot with your spade,it goes in ok. Should last a couple of seasons.
A bit soft but if the soil is soft and you use an edge cutter it`s really good.
Very happy with the edging, easy to install and very cheap compared with another options!
Does what it says on the tin! Easy to put it place and happy with the result.
It does the job. Would advice digging to help the product to be installed. Otherwise it may damage whilst pushing down. Otherwise its definitely worth the money.
Fairly light weight but did what I needed it for. Tidied up flower border edges nicely.
I bought these for going around my newly planted and transplanted plants. I have a slight slope and all the water kept running off. I have now put a border on nearly all the plants that need regular watering. It ensures that when I water, it goes where it should ! Easy to put in the ground and contained water around the plants.
Perfect what I needed. Not that stiff, but I didn’t want metal and they serve my purpose of creating an edge along a bed. Cheap too, and colour blends nicely with the bark in the flower bed
we got this for a family friend the said the it was a good price and was is to use in there garde
I went for the deep one when choosing as I wanted to be 50% above and 50% below ground for my purposes, has to go into soft soil though otherwise it will fold when you apply pressure on i
Think it depends what you’re gonna use it for… as the product IS flimsy, but the 10cm tall one did great as a divider between a bark covered area and a gravel area.
If you get it far enough into the ground (so it’s supported on both sides), you can easily tap it on the top to push it even further dow
I am new to gardening so thought of buying something cheap and try first to edge my lawn which has got curves in it .
This material gives that flexibility to easily edge my curved borders . Just water the ground 15 mins before and the job is done .
This is a top product! so much cheaper and just as good as much more expensive products. Just dig a bit of a trench because you won’t be able to bang it into the ground. Once in, looks fine, stays put and the lawn mower didn’t kill i
You need to make a small trench to place it in the ground around the edges of the lawn then push the dirt back behind it so it’s level, however it didn’t take long and stays in place. Very easy to work with and good value for money
Bought to attach to bottom of fence to stop rainwater pouring across our property from next door. Easy to install although needed to dig a small trench to put it in and only needed it to go down a couple of inches. Will have to wait for next lot of rain to see if it works – but even if it doesn’t it will not be the fault of the product!! Might be a bit soft for lawn edging.
I used this to create a barrier at the bottom of an incomplete fence (as a Houdini puppy keeper-inner) and it’s superb for the job. I am the least practical person ever, so there was a little thumb and finger hammering as I nailed it to fence posts for extra security, but the stuff itself is really easy to work with and seems sturdy. I dug down a little, rolled it out/in, infilled and it’s created a very discreet but effective border. For the price, you can’t argue.
