We used this horseshoe set outside in the summer. It was a big hit with both adults and the children. Highly recommend.

Bought these for a company event and then gifted them to my grandkids (hey, I bought them with my personal money – calm down). 1) Didn’t need a work comp claim from horseshoes at a company event and 2) Didn’t need grandkids bouncing cement horseshoes off each others heads. Don’t get me wrong – they’d hurt if you got wacked with them, but they’re probably not going to require stitches and bed rest. They’re not going to be as sturdy as stakes that are driven 10′ into the ground mind you – but, they do the trick. They’re fun. Pretty sure my daughter resold them on Facebook Marketplace because she was afraid of horseshoe injury, but in my day – if there was no blood, you weren’t even trying to have fun!

I got this for a retirement home that I worked for because I thought it would be fun for the residents to keep them active. Normally the residents are hesitant to participate but when they saw how much fun it was they all quickly jumped in to join the fun!!!!
This product is sturdy stands up right and I am very happy with it.. This will be used for a long time to come I loved that it brings laughter. I definitely recommend this for fun activities

I had a real horse shoe pit in our back yard. my little Maltese French puddle mix loved to chase the iron ones. she would run like a crazed weasel when she would see me start to play. I was very worried I would hit her. I bought these rubber/ plastic Champion shoes and she love to play with them as much as the iron ones, I had to remove the pit and start going to the horse shoe pits there to play. Lacy is happy with these shoes and she is chewing on them now.

This set is definitely a quality one as described by other reviewers and upon which basis I purchased it.

My problem with the set itself was that we couldn’t figure out which side of the rubber mats to put on the floor to avoid slippage. It would have been nice if brief instructions would have been included or even if there had been labels for “top” and “bottom”. The mats did slide as we threw the horseshoes at them and next time we’ll probably attach them to the floor with tape.

My bigger problem was with Amazon who said the package would be shipped in a few days so I waited for three days to check the tracking, to see when it would be delivered to my house, so I could be there and it wouldn’t be stolen if left on the front porch. To my dismay, it had already been delivered! I had to rush home unexpectedly and anxiously. I saw that it was shipped directly and immediately from Champion; therefore, I believe Amazon could and should have been more accurate in their shipping timing estimate.
