I use this product twice a day and it does an amazing job with my skin.
I used to suffer with oily outbreaks but also have dry patches occasionally. In the year I have been using this my skin has improved significantly and all of my skin problems have ceased.
Also with noting, I am a male and have previously used Clinique M lotion as my daily moisturising lotion. As far as I can tell this is exactly the same product only a decent amount cheaper.
I have had this before and since bought others but have returned it is such a longovely smooth cream and a little goes a long way. It’s not greasy and once wiped on the face it’s gone it doesn’t leave a film. Very good this will be my go to from now on.
My friend put me onto this and I have never looked back since.
The only Moisturiser I use since being introduced over 2 years ago now.
I am over 60 and my skin tends to feel dry, until I apply the Moisturiser and then like magic, my skin glows and looks refreshed. Not oily, just right for me.
Value for money too!! Which is a bonus.
I love this moisturiser, it’s light so doesn’t leave your skin oily but still moisturises really well, even with a dry/oily T zone. You only need to use a small amount (I use 1/2 pumps a time) so a bottle this size lasts forever which makes it good value for money. I also like how it comes in a bottle with a pump rather than a tub you put your fingers in as it’s more hygienic.
It’s about 30 years since I was introduced to Cliniques ‘3 Step Skin Care Routine’ (soap, clarifying lotion then dramatically different moisturiser).
Over the years my skin has become sensitive so I cannot use their products for steps 1 & 2 and use Avene instead, however I still use their moisturiser.
It feels silky, not at all greasy, absorbs quickly into my skin and provides comfort when my skin is feeling more sensitive/irritated.
The pump dispenser ensures the right amount comes out each time.
I read a lot of the negative reviews about this being a fake product as it is so cheap compared to the shops – I have compared the colour and consistency to my existing moisturiser (brought directly from Clinique) and they are a match. So I am happy.
Dramatically different, lightweight, yellow cream gives the skin its initial hydration and smooths the way for SPF thicker face cream. Everything is worth it to help us all stay awesome !
This moisturiser is wonderful. I have been using it for over twenty years and wouldn’t be without it. It’s light and easily absorbed but makes your skin feel beautifully smooth and hydrated.
Great product, no stickiness left on skin, keeps you moist all day.

Hands down the best moisturiser. I’ve used this for a good few years now and had a break to try something else. I’ve used everything from L’Oreal to Chanel and this absolutely out does them all.
Been around for a long time but still the best in my opinion. Disks in quickly and moisturises brilliantly without needing to use too much so lasts a long time.

This Dramatically Different moisturising lotion+ is great. I started using it about 35 years ago (when my skin was greasy/normal) and have used it daily ever since (now my skin is normal/dry)! I hadn’t bought it from Amazon before but noticed it was a little cheaper than in shops & is delivered to me, so I’ll order again in future. Unfortunately, the moisturiser no longer contains sun protection.
Please note – in my opinion, the gel version is noticeably different. I recently tried it, definitely non-greasy, but I had to top it up two or three times in a day as my skin felt dry. I’ve not had that problem with the lotion. So if you have dry skin I would recommend the lotion.
Used this on my skin feels smooth easy to use.
After hearing so many great comments about this moisturiser I finally gave it a go and couldn’t be more satisfied! Definitely stands up for the hype! I will definitely buy this again!
