I had two small holes on my laminate floor and I used this product to fix it. First filling it then painting them. I wasn’t able to create a light oak colour to match perfectly the floor colour but then I decided to go for a darker colour so it’d be mixed to one of wood knots. I am happy with it.
Recently bought a house with ‘cheap laminite’ flooring, but its serving it’s purpose.
We dropped a heavy unit that took a big chunk out of the floor. I either replaced all flooring or tried to fix. So i glued a chunk back in, then ordered this kit. I am amazed. I used the putty to fill the gaps around the outside, then painted colouring on top.. I didn’t use the colour chart, just got creative with what i thought. Just finished now and I’m over the moon. Pictures to follow once fully dried. I used the end of the brush to carve in the wood effect patterns. If you put time aside to get artist, it’s 100% worth it.
Obviously can’t comment on ‘expensive’ flooring or furniture.. but this has saved me replacing the whole floor. So happy
I do not write reviews very often at all but felt this product definitely deserves one! I had a nasty burn on my laminate worktop upstand and lost any hope this can be repaired or look any better, I was plesently surprised with how it turned out… The customer service was brilliant and send me follow up instructions how to mix the colour to achieve near perfect match…. Thank you so much! Well worth the money!
The website gices really good advice and the follow up from initial purchase was also good and gave links to more practical videos. I had an issue with matching the fill colour for mottled vinyl floor tiles, emailed customer services and had a very quick response from Sheryn. She asked for close up photos which I sent and had a speedy response with detailed instructions on which colours to mix to get to the best match. Later I had another problem and she again responded quickly and helpfully. It is in my experience rare these days to get such good customer service so it is good to be able to report such an experience!
The only disappointing thing with this is that only one colour matches my floors but I have to keep buying the whole kit all the time when what I actually need is a bigger bottle of the colour I need so rather a costly exercise. I have however looked around and tried other products but this is the only exact match thus have no choice but to keep buying it until all my floors are sorted.
This product does exactly what I needed it to do, fix a few chips in my laminate floor. Took a little work to mix the right colour but it worked out great.
Cannot recommend it enough you can’t see it at all in person now
I Really want you to know that this product is AWESOME. I was a bit nervous about trying something like this however not only did I find the instructions crystal clear I also found the kit easy to use. Everything is in this kit that you need. All that you need to do is find the right mix. If you do have a problem with getting the right colour then you can contact the company without any cause for concern. The company behind the product is very responsive and second to none. what an absolute delight to work with…… now I am looking for excuses to get the kit out to use.

I’ve only used this once on a table top. Not bad but probably would be better with a little practice .can mix almost any colour but most woods colour does change colour and shade slightly with the grain . It will however improve most scratches if not hide them completely
We had a bit of a disaster in our DIY LVT project where we ended with a few gaps at some points of room transition.
We tried other products and putty products but the finish was horrible.

I used it for laminate flooring fixes, it worked like a charm. The putty is very adhesive. Variety of colours, and options to mix your own, help make the chips disappear. Very good fixing choice
My settee/ sofa bed is (poorly) designed with a central support pipe which damaged my wood flooring until I fitted a rubber tube around the end of the pipe. Having moved the sofa the small hole and scuff marks around the area of the central pipr were clearly visible. I used the oak which blended in so nicely i really have to now search for the “patch” . I only used a small bit and still have all the other tubes of colour creams but this was worth every penny, as the floor is now just perfect.
I came across this by chance but I am really pleased that I did. I highly recommend this product.
I had a few small chips in a laminate floor which I had unsuccessfully tried to repair using a wax filler. This product is easy to use. There are even videos available to show how to use it. I cannot see the repairs now to photograph them. There is a range of colours in the kit and it is easy to make up a colour that matches perfectly. I did not need to use the filler supplied, but it would be easy to use to fill in larger or deeper areas needing repair. I am delighted I have discovered this product.
ook a couple of attempts but overall really happy with the result, it dries really quickly in small quantities so just be aware you will need to use it quickly . Did not need help but got a follow up email offering any assistance if needed.
Worked far better than I expected it to. Easy to create the colour match of the tile, I don’t think you would know the laminate had been chipped. The tile has a slate effect on it, a little bit of manipulation and I managed to match the pattern.
Amazing stuff. Easy to mix using colours by eye or with the help of the colour chart. I had a deep cut on the wooden floor, the putty included did the job. Just cut off a small amount (make sure to take a cross section slice to include the hardening compound). It sets off a few minutes after you mix it, so work fast. Once hardened, you can sand slightly if required. Then apply the colour. Great stuff, if you mix the colour well, it’s hard to tell theres was a scratch unless you are really looking for it.
Great product. I patched up a lot of chips and scratches on my laminate floor. It was easy to use quick to mix and apply and dries pretty quick so I’d wipe excess as you go.
I didn’t think I’d be using the white but it patched up my high gloss units so all round I was very pleased.
I haven’t needed to use the putty yet so can’t comment on it.
I found this item easy to use and think I got the colour match not to bad. I can’t see the scratch as noticeable now on my engineered wood floor. So happy with the outcome and product and would recommend it.

I chose this kit as is the one with the best reviews – look up the colour match chart & mix it up until it’s a match. This is easier said than done due to wood having varying colours so you may need a few variants – which isn’t the kits fault.
This is a good kit with clear instructions & with some perseverance & patience I’m sure I’ll be able to repair all the various scratches the builders made on my parquet floor! If it doesn’t look spot on when viewing close up whilst knelt on the floor (!) give it a chance to dry & also look at it from your normal viewpoint (i.e. standing up about 5 foot away!) & you’ll find it probably does the job & disguises the scratches well. I’ve not had to use the putty as scratches aren’t that deep.

I had a small chip on on the side of a drawer. I have applied a tiny amount of putty and small amount of paint. I didn’t have to mix colours as the maple was the right shade. I need to leave it to dry and with the second layer you won’t see where it was damaged. Great product as there are lots of colours to use so it will come in for other repairs.
What an amazing product. I took a large chunk out of my cabinet about the size of a 2 coin so had a look for a repair kit and found this. Great product, really easy to use instructions. Took me a while to keep mixing, painting, leaving to dry and then adding colours to get a colour match. It’s probably not still exact but from a distance you can’t see it anymore. Can’t recommend enough, the instructions are really clear and have lots of offers for additional support abs help if wanted. Brilliant product and service. I’ve since been around touching up other things like the piano legs and doors, there’s no stopping me now
There is an additional wood filler should you need to fill any holes first.
To get a flawless finish is possible if you had any artistic skills. I dont. The result is if I look at where I have filled it in, I can see it but I cant see it if I look at the floor as a whole.

This product is amazing ! I had badly chipped my laminate flooring, and I was dubious about repairing it. This kit has everything you need, down to very exact instructions. it turned out I didn’t even need to use the paint I just used the wood glue as it was an exact match to the grey mixture laminate it is two-tone grey, and once I had done it you can barely see where the mark was ! this is an amazing product and you really do not need to look for another one I can’t recommend it highly enough !
Before buying I read some reviews which talked about this just being paint and it being water soluble. However it is a formulated paint of a perfect consistency for repairs ie you can build up a thickness with it. As for water soluble this is good for clean up (and health) and like a lot of modern water soluble paints it dries to insoluble finish.

My only concern is that I have some difficulty matching the colour tones to the existing wood .. maybe thats me and not the product an di don’t know how to deal with this! Curently Im adding more of some colour then some of another and hoping it’ll turn out (almost) a good match! As I said, is it me?
Overall I am pretty happy with the results which are shown in the photo just after painting without the top coat of varnish.
I restore quite a lot of mid-century furniture and this is hands-down the worst prduct I have used. The putty is completely unworkable it crumbles and rolls out of the patch you are trying to fill. It is impossible to smooth using a filling knife or blade so good luck using the ineffective and pointless plastic spatula included with the kit. The putty should be workable long enough to smooth with a knife and then allow a woodgrain to be scored into it to match the surrounding area – not with this stuff, you have no chance. It is however particularly effective at stripping the skin from your hands (see photo). I am fuming at how poorly this performed given the reviews on here, I am now left with a ruined piece which I have to strip and re-veneer the whole top! Honestly, do not waste your time with this product.
Really pleased with this product, our old mahogany desk had lost some of the veneer on the front edge, making it look very unsightly. This was perfect! I didn’t need the filler, as it was only the Colour on the surface that was damaged, I mixed up the colour, and painted it on, and I was very impressed. Not sure how long it will last, but so far so good, and the desk now looks lovely, you really can’t see the repair, unless you study the area minutely.
Have tried other products in the past and have been very disappointed! But this was worth the money.
Amazing product and incredible customer service. I managed to damage a tile whilst regrouting and I was searching for a solution for a repair and came across this product. The repair was incredibly easy, it took two minutes to mix the exact colour thanks to the colour chart included with the instructions. I built up a few layers and the repair is invisible. Saved a fortune with this product as I would have had to re-tile the bathroom as the tiles are no longer available. Easy to use and incredible online resources. They also do repair kits for fabric, carpet, leather and vinyl.
Absolutely lovely product and personalised service. The product itself works very well and worked very well on my laminate. The seller sends you a little email with some instructions and details for contact and support if needed. I found the little welcome card in the box really sweet and it all felt like a company that were there to follow through with great customer care even after the sale (find that rare these day) so very well done guys and highly recommended for product and post sale support.
This is an excellent product. We’ve recently just purchased our first home and after living in our rented accommodation for the last 9 years with 6 children there a definite nicks and marks in the floor and woodwork not to mention when I dropped my weights onto the wood flooring causing a deep dent. On the dents I used the wood putty, sanded it down after it dried and then painted it. The paints are absolutely brilliant I would advise for scrapes to water down the paint and build up rather than using it neat as it is thick. Work in small sections as the paint dries fast but you can really make any colour needed from the colours provided I will be recommending this product to friends and family as it does exactly what it’s supposed to.
