I’m happy with this product so far seems to work fine and I don’t understand the reviews saying it’s noisey I have it next to the bed and it’s quiet never disturbed by it a regular fan is loude
This product is amazing, i have been having severe problems with my asthma and dusty due to the weather. Yet the air quality in my room feels better and fresher and allows me to breath. The sound is not to loud and for me is perfect. The size is amazing. The quality and the appearance of the air purifier is just amazing honest worth the money would 100 recommend.
After looking at air purifiers for quite some time and seeing some scary prices for what is basically a filter and a fan… I tried this.
After seeing the filth it pulls out of the air, I don’t think I could do without it.
I bought a 2nd one for my mom who spent a week sleeping next to it before realising it was on.
What a great device this is! I’ve been using it for less than a week and I’ve already noticed a huge difference in the air quality of my bedroom (and the dust particles have reduced too). There is also less dust on surfaces, which has to be because of this air purifier. I haven’t changed anything else! The only downside I will say is, it’s rather loud on setting 1 and 2, and I have to put it into night mode when I go to bed (it sounds like white noise/a desktop fan in this mode). Overall I am happy with this, and hopefully will continue to feel the benefits.
Bought this purifier for my wife, but it’s far to noisy for sleep so I don’t know why people are saying they can’t hear it they must be deaf! We couldn’t hear the TV for it and there is no difference between level 1 and snooze level it’s the same noise. We’ve put it back in the livingroom and gone back to the small low level noise fan in the bedroom. Some sites say it’s 22db and some it’s 55db which is more like it.
We moved into a house that had been smoked in (heavily) and it absoloutly stunk!
We were concerned about how it might effect our health, so purchased two of these.
They aren’t miracle workers, they are only small, but we are incredibly pleased with how well they have been working so far. They are slowly helping to break down the smell and the state of the filters shows how well they are filtering the air. (We will need to replace the filters sooner than what they recommended but that’s a reflection on the poor air quality in the house, & how well the air purifiers work!)
They really aren’t noisy at all, even on the highest setting they aren’t as loud as an oscillating fan for example. We happily sleep with it in our bedroom left on the highest setting, although maybe not everyone could, I quite like the white noise they create.
If you want an air purifier than genuinely works and is reasonably priced then you can’t go far wrong with this.
The product itself works well but the part to open for the aroma oils breaks very easily I bought 2 one went back straight away as that part was broken when I first opened the package and now my second one has broken in the same place and a bit more has come away. Shame because the product itself works well
Noise level is about 50-55Db at 1 metre – hardly any fall in sleep mode.
Cleans air well – using it to reduce house dust and pollen allergies
We now use it all day in the bedroom and all night in the living area simply because it’s noisy
Great air purifier had it for couple months now and it’s still works great. It’s improved the air in my room and also helps me sleep better in my opinion. Highly recommend!
Have been looking for a DIY way to keep the effects of my heavy vaping habit to a minimum for a long time, without lots of noise or wasted heat.
In the winter, with windows closed it can get quite foggy!
After hearing about how well HEPA filters work at sub micron particle size, I looked for some on here, and found lots of affordable air purifiers which use them.
This was cheaper than many, and had a much better filter (sub micron) than many other more expensive ones, so I took a punt.
I am blown away by how it sucks in a HUGE cloud of vape and blows out completely clear air. Sitting in the corner, at its mid power level it keep a large room pretty clear. Pet smells are also noticeably reduced.
Very rarely am I gobsmacked by how good something is, which is actually better than the marketing blurb, but this is one time.
Beware, it is quite noisy though on level 1 and 2. A bit like an old tower PC.
Sleep setting is very quiet though.
I use this for on a night time on the sleep setting now it’s too cold to have the window open. I have had other air purifiers in the past which were too noisy & bright, this is quiet & dark. The air does seem cleaner, I recently had a bad cough & was up most of the night coughing for a good week, my partner never caught it off me despite being in the same bedroom.
This device is only worth the investment if you can buy a replacement filter, when due, (3 to 6 months recommended ) which matches the size and spec. For that to be so you need to know if the people selling/making this are a permanent company so they can give on-going supplies. I searched the name Conopu before buying and drew a blank. On receiving the product and reading the text on box & manual deduced that it is a Chinese manufacturer producing it’s own line of goods. (i.e. not just fullfilling Western orders from coat-hangers to bras or whatever). That’s an upgrade on the usual Made in China” minimal assurance of recompense, if needed. More importantly it has a London address for, I assume, the agents. Yes, I know that may be a shell address, but I have no reason to think so and so far all this is as assuring as any other imported item. So far so good, not returning it yet. More encouragingly, the brief manual was written in good, clear English – as sign to me of customer service somewhere along the line.
As I am writing I have it on for the first time. Everything works as it should. The size is as in the picture with the woman sitting on a sofa with laptop. The mood light options are surprisingly quite nice. I thought it might be garish but it is OK and and sober in strength. It would not distract my sleeping. Besides you can swith the lighting off.
My only down point, which led me to rate it at 4 stars, is the noise at the higher level of 2 and 3. At those levels It makes more noise than a modern 12 inch fan in a living room switched onto the 3 level. More like the background hum on an aircraft in mid flight. Still, unlike other similar products who boast of silence, this at least means the sucking in of air and its clean output is evidently working effectively – unlike many silent products (as I have learned over the years). That said, like with aircraft hum you get used to it and ignore it. But To be clear at the lowest level 1 it is silent as a fan can get though the effect at peak need would not be as good as level 2 and 3 when you want quick and thorough clearing of the air.
There is though a useful timer. I can set it for six hours to run and clean the air whilst I am out or during sleeping whilst it purrs away in the living room.
First impression: satisfied and worth the purchase at the price in a market full of duds.
We are using the air purifier Ocopucu air purifier for few weeks and I’m really impressed .I have a small apartment and is important for me to be very quiet and it is.You can see in video to how quite is it It’s easy to use. There are only a few buttons to control, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It also removing pollutants from the air.i have a few allergy and I’ve noticed since I started using it that i fill much better now, big difference.
I definitely recommend the Ocopucu air purifier to anyone Who find themselves in my review descriptions. It’s a grate product and I’m very very happy with i
My home in the heart of the city has always been a haven, yet the presence of dust and pollen often made it less comfortable, especially during spring. This air purifier has subtly shifted that. The most striking difference was in how it tackled pet odours. With a dog who loves playing outdoors, this was a noticeable change.
The air feels fresher, lighter somehow. My sneezes, a common occurrence with my dust allergy, have reduced. It’s been a relief, especially when working from home. The addition of my favourite lavender scent in the evenings is a gentle touch that enhances the calm of my living space.
Energy efficiency was a key factor for me, and this purifier doesn’t disappoint. It’s comforting to know I’m not adding much to my energy bills. The filter replacement indicator is a practical feature, taking away the guesswork and ensuring it’s always working at its best.
It’s made a subtle yet significant impact on the quality of air in my home. It’s effective, not intrusive, and blends into my daily life seamlessly.
This was bigger than I initially thought. It works well, is fairly quiet and reduces the smell of pet odours in the home. The air definitely feels much fresher. Scenting with oils doesn’t seem to work at all though.
The family complained that it sounds like an aircraft but since the patient is on oxygen and has other medical equipment going they don’t notice.
In fact they say it’s oddly soothing.
Others noted a significant improvement in the breathing so that’s the important thing.
One question we have is whether it’s intended for smaller commercial premises where the noise would be less intrusive than in a domestic setting
Bought two of these. One for my room and one for my sons. I have a dust allergy and would be up through the night coughing. Since this machine, I havent woken once to cough.
I don’t understand why people are saying setting 1 and the nighttime setting are just as loud because there is a massive difference in mine. Sometimes, I have to make sure its actually on in night mode.
Worked an absolute charm for purifying the air in stinky London apartment. On high it also created a sense of cooling in the heat. Left on sleep mode every night and wasn’t disruptive. Just a little white noise. The essential oil feature didn’t work that well despite dousing with lavender oil but I would 10/10 recommend and buy again.
I honestly wasn’t expecting much from this little gadget but I am pleasantly surprised by the noticeable difference it makes to the freshness of my small bedroom. I leave it on whisper mode all night and it doesn’t disturb my sleep. It’s great for when it’s too noisy outside to sleep with the window open.
Thought it might be a bit noisy during the night, but was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. My husband always wakes up coughing in the morning. But since having this wonderful purifier, not any more. Highly recommend.
Such a great little machine. Don’t need to spend hundreds to get a good quality item.
Does such a great job. The air in my room honestly smells better and my allergies feel much bette
Please see video for review. Also, note that the blue light can be turned off, but there will still be a faint blue light, which is easily covered safely, as per recording.
Definitely eliminates kitchen odours, we have a small kitchen connected to our living room. Having this for a couple of weeks now, we really noticed that the odours do not linger for long.. We have another one in the bedroom, removes our morning stuffiness. We could really feel the difference, it’s like there are less dusts in the air.. It is not too loud, the sleep mode is silent. A gentle machine humming sound that really doesn’t bother us. Worth the money.
Pretty noisy but only if you select the second mode which blowes harder but sleep mode is great wont hear nothing throughout the night. The scent is OK dosnt really give out much but does the job regarding dust. I can recommend you’ll enjoy it.
Bought this for sitting room to manage allergies due to parrots. Works very well, air is clean. Silent mode for night time is great, can leave it running full time without disturbing their sleep. Higher settings are powerful. Recommend this.
Pushes a lot of air
A bit noisy but you get what you pay for night mode is quiet enough for me to sleep
3 lights options only really useful at night because you can’t see them during the day
This air filter is easy to set up and use. I found it reduced dust and pollen and eased my hay fever symptoms at night but didn’t eliminate them. The sleep mode and timer meant I could easily sleep ( as a light sleeper) with the unit on.
Not much to say realy first timebuyer of theses things
I presume it’s doing what says clearning the air other no idea when the device says change air filter it lets you know it flashers red
Decent for a small room – easy set up – little bit louder than expected but I just run it on quiet mode in the night and when I’m at work I’ll set it to a timer on the 2nd setting so perfect for what I need
After looking through the other reviews I’ve seen allot of people claim they’re smelling plastic there maybe a reason you’re supposed to remove the filter and remove the packaging, it even tells you in the instructions to do i
My son had allergies, so we bought this, without much expectation because of the price, we thought it would be smaller… the package arrived, no damage to the box. it was quite large for the price! I love the sleep function as we can still sleep while using the purifier to clean the air, The only downsides though (very minor), is that the back (it has 2 intakes) can get quite dusty (not the filter itself because thats where the dust should be), so every 3 weeks or so i just give it a wipe, and VERY easy to clean, but also at the start it may smell a bit like “factory” or plasticy smell, not sure how to describe it, but went away after a couple days of use. If you are also looking to buy one of these for a large room (mines 4x3m so not too big) the purifier may be less effective. Another factor i love is the modern design language it talks and low energy use, it also has purple leds built in to make it a show piece if you like. Conclusively, it exceeded my expectations for the price and i would recommend buying!
I ordered this on a whim whilst having a hay-fever attack and I’m so glad I did. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on an air purifier as I would only use it for a few weeks a year, when the pollen is high. Looking at the reviews, some siad that it was still loud on sleep mode. I haven’t found this at all, I think it is really quiet and I am a very light sleeper!!
The first time I used it it improved my hay-fever symptoms and having it by my bed gave me the best nights sleep I’d had in weeks. I did try some eucalyptus oil in it, it didn’t smell very much, but that could just be because of my blocked nose.
The product is exactly how it was described. Its very effective and I like how it’s a decent size and has lights. The only thing I would criticise is that when I put essential oil in there I can’t smell it but I may need to try another brand of essential oil. But minus the smell everything else is good.
Found the air in my house and bedroom to be cleaner when using it. I dont find it that noisy like others have said, but my house is busy so I guess it drowns it out! I’ve had it on the fastest setting whilst going to sleep and I found it quite soothing! The lowest setting is brilliant. The only downfall is you can’t smell the oils you put in. Tried lavender as it’s a quite a strong smell but couldn’t smell it. The pad you put it on is only small though so could do with being a bit bigge
Any mode other than the sleep mode is simply too loud to deal with. Even the sleep mode adds a noticeable white noise to your room. However, as this is bearable, I did not return it for this reason alone.
Instead, I’ve returned it because it has made zero difference to the dust on top of my wardrobe, which is where I’ve placed this device. The purifier is literally surrounded by dust and is doing nothing to reduce it.
Design looks good and well made, but it isn’t useful at all. Maybe it is effective on the loudest setting, but good luck dealing with the noise!
Update: the customer service is great!
I’ve been using the Ocopucu air purifier for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed with it. It’s very quiet, which is important to me since I have a small apartment. It also seems to be very effective at removing pollutants from the air. I’ve noticed a big difference in the air quality in my apartment since I started using it.
I would definitely recommend the Ocopucu air purifier to anyone looking for a quiet, effective air purifier. It’s a great product and I’m very happy with it.
Here are some of the things I like about the Ocopucu air purifier:
* It’s very quiet. I can barely hear it running, even when it’s on the highest setting.
* It’s very effective at removing pollutants from the air. I’ve noticed a big difference in the air quality in my apartment since I started using it.
* It’s easy to use. There are only a few buttons to control, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow.
* It’s energy-efficient. I haven’t seen a big increase in my energy bill since I started using it.
Here are a few things I don’t like about the Ocopucu air purifier:
* It’s a bit expensive. However, I think it’s worth the price for the quality of the product.
* It’s not very portable. It’s a bit bulky and heavy, so it’s not something I would take with me when I travel.
* It doesn’t have a lot of features. It’s a basic air purifier, so it doesn’t have any fancy features like a timer or a remote control.
Overall, I think the Ocopucu air purifier is a great product. It’s quiet, effective, and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, effective air purifier.
