It’s smaller than we expected but it’s still a great toy for toddlers. My 18 month old son loves it! I like the bright colors and how it really helps with fine motor skills.
My grand children ages 1-4 loved playing with these. Most age approperate for them when they were 2 1/2 to 3. Although they played with the pieces at 18months -36 months when be became cofident & profiecent in putting the pices on the pegs.
My daughter LOVES this toy. She plays with it everyday. The shapes and number of spokes makes each more difficult. She caught onto the circles quick. Then she shows you so you can clap and praise her for a good job. We make it harder by just turning the toy around so a different shape is in front of her. So far the dogs won’t chew this one either lol
Learning, toddler-style: My 1.5-year-old initially got frustrated by this toy (he wanted to put the 1-hole-pieces on everything). Over the course of 2 months, he learned how to count the holes and recognize the shapes, and stacks them up every day! No paint has chipped off (even though he has tried to give them to the dogs multiple times)! The only downfall is the pieces being small and easily lost under/in the couch.
My 21 month old son took a liking to it after a couple days. It looks as though hes beginning to understand where the shapes fit and why. Overall, not a bad little toy to build hand, eye coordination. However, could be bigger.
Lovely sturdy toy, great for little hands, good value too.
