The cover for the glitter is difficult to open and when you open it the glitter comes out and it goes on the floor ,apart from this I give 5 stars because it is a beautiful idea as a game for children . Thank you for your work
Was a bit surprised how small the box is and how light it is, as it’s a present I haven’t opened it, so I hope it’s better than it looks.
I’ll have to leave another review once the item is opened and used.
Bought for my grand daughter aged six. She is obsessed with Harry Potter and all things potion making. As I am running out of household items to make her potions with, I thought I would give this kit a try. She loved it. The added bonus was that in order to label her potions she had to write the stickers herself, she is not keen on writing but this gave her the incentive to do it. This kit seems much the same as those that are 5.00 more expensive. A great buy with lots of play and educational value.
The only downside is be careful opening it as there is a lot of loose glitter and I would advise working on top of a tray.
When this arrived it was much smaller than I thought, but it’s kept my daughter occupied for ages. You get loads of bits to mix in to the cute little bottles for potions, and labels and leaf on string to decorate them with. Would definitely recommend.
Such a cute idea but you need to cover anything it could come into contact with as even bleach will not remove it from certain surfaces

Perfect gift for a 5/6 year old. My daughter loved making the potions. The bottles are small but fit for the purposes. I’ve help putting the lid and so far no leaks.

If your children are anything like mine, they are already making potions without the proper ingredients, be it with expensive shampoo in the bath or mud in the back garden. This ‘Potion Making Kit’ focusses the mind and acts as a fun crafting session as if you are making lots of tiny little bottles of magic for the fairy folk.
The kit comes with lots of little bottles, corks, glitters, and viscous liquids. You also get a booklet that you can follow to make certain potions, or just create your own. Once you are done you seal the bottle and then add one of the provided labels. The finished bottles are colourful and fun. The box itself even opens to look like a magic shop and you can store some of the bottle in it.
It is playful fun, but fiddly and messy. Water, glitter, and strange liquids get about. This is great fun for the children but can be a pain to clean up so make sure you have a mat out and the smaller children at least are covered.
My daughters really enjoyed playing with this! It was perfect for a rainy afternoon activity. In the box you get loads of different bottles in all kinds of shapes and sizes, glitter, vine, ribbon, gems, food colouring and coloured stones to put in your magic fairy potion. I will say I found the green colouring to be a bit over powering, and it kids of left everything looking mossy and dirty, but other than that it was great fun. Not bad really for 14.44!
My daughters dream set! I think most kids like mixing potions together and this is extra special, fairy themed with lots of glitter and gems. Cute little bottles with cork stoppers and stickers to label the finished potions.
My daughter loves making different coloured potions and has them all displayed in her room. The display box wasn’t the best as the shelf was all bent but other than that everything was brill!
My 13 year old daughter also secretly liked ‘helping’ with this set.
Will be buying more as gifts and would highly recommend!

Everything is quite small so good for children over 5/6 depending on how much you can trust them.
This is such a sweet little kit! Who doesn’t want to make lots of potion bottles! I’m not sure who loved it more! Myself or my 8 year old! This kit has absolutely everything that you need to make really cute potion bottles, it’s a positive treasure trove of little bits and pieces and I think it’s really great value for money. We are making these bottles up and little charms/gifts for a family meal and we will still have a few left to keep for ourselves.
I would point out that one of the glitter bottles had spilled in mine and the moment I opened it it went absolutely everywhere! Not a problem as I love glitter and was probably just a one off, but maybe open over a wipeable surface and not your settee just in case!

This will be my go to for the next children’s birthday party we attend. It’s always hard to know what to buy other peoples children that you don’t know that well, but this is a guaranteed pleaser for any little one.
There is so much included and from the outside in, it’s enchanting.
We laid out a plastic mat when using it as it contains colouring and we had to keep the tiny little parts away from the dogs.
It is recommended for older children but my niece enjoyed making it and it was suitable enough for her BUT only with adult supervision as there are lots of little pieces. The end result was fantastic though, my Niece made about 4 potions and then packed it away for her next visit.

There is a manual to help you make your potion as well as everything a fairy needs to mix her/his potion including storage bottles, missing bowl, and soon.
Glitter, glitter, glitter is the word here and everything shimmers here. There is SO much included in this box and it had my youngest screaming in delight. Actually, she was already screaming when she saw the box, when she opened it her face became brighter and brighter and I could almost see her mind whirring away as she looked at all the shimmering ingredients.
This would make an excellent give. It’s lovely to see young minds inspired by their first look at the box.

This fairy potion set is really good value for money. The bottles in the kit are plastic, as opposed to being glass which is more safety, especially with the age range this is intended for. There are a loads of extras in this kit to help you to create a multitude of different fairy potions, such as glitter, food colouring, and title little accessories. The instructions are clear and precise, but to me is a little limited on how to create the various options you can do using the various ingredients included. Good kit for the money don’t silver though.

The name ‘fairy potions’ is so apt, when you open the box it’s like fairyland. There’s so much glitter and sparkle my granddaughter adored it.
The little bottles are the perfect size and the instructions are easy to follow although to be honest doing your own thing is probably better for imaginative minds.
