Good bit of kit, no fuss installation. Thick enough to last but supple enough to bend around corners comfortably so is ideal for using in trunking or clipping to the skirting boards. Can’t really go wrong with the cost v quality
Is an nice quality, reasonably thick and not too stiff. It works just fine
Used to cable ARC signal from amplifier to TV. Does the job nicely, no issues.
Plugged it in and wow, I see things on my TV, cable good, cable work.
Cable is thicker than a power cable and quite stiff to bend round corners. Picture signal fine though.
Bought this to reduce the excessive mess behind my gear. It runs from my blueray to switch/audio extractor which it work well on. one less long cable to get in the way.
Got this hdmi because my pc is at the other side of the room . I ran it under floor . Put all floors down and it dose not work . It’s all static noise on screen .
Always check before you hide the cables
Update . The seller is very kindly sending a replacement cable . Thank you very much it is much appreciated.
Have my cable connected now for over a week great picture no interference on the connection. great value for money after looking around for 10m cable for selling for a lot more but this cable was nearly 3 times cheaper and well worth buying this company for this cable. thanks guys.
Update: wow Excellent customer service. I wasn’t expecting a replacement whatsoever, because I didn’t contact the seller, but the seller seems to be attentive to the comments and customer, because they sent me a replacement and everything works beautifully! I’m impressed
I use this product interchangeably between devices on a monitor for different laptops and other devices, it works sometimes but not all the time. Ive double and triple checked everything but it definitely boils down to this hdmi since the last cable I used worked flawlessly across all devices.
I’d managed to link my router/PC to my non-smart LG TV via my Humax Fox T2 HDR to watch BBC iPlayer using a CSL 20m Cat6 ethernet cable, (after 3 unsuccessful attempts using various Wi-Fi products) only to discover an unresolved problem between Humax and the BBC.
So I went back to basics and set up the HD TV as a second Windows 10 monitor using a CSL – 15m Ultra HD HDMI cable High Speed with Ethernet cable and finally managed to watch BBC iPlayer. I used a 15meter cable having read this was the maximum for an HDMI to work. The CSL cable is very chunky and feels a quality product.
There are a few set up must dos — first switch all devices off before unplugging:
Secondly the order devices are plugged in may affect how Windows sees the devices and selects Extend or Duplicate Displays. If in separate rooms then you’ll need to Duplicate display.
I unplugged the existing HDMI cable from my PC, then re-connected my PC to my monitor using the spare VGA ports, which needs to be done first with a reboot (I initially connected all the cables in one go which causes difficulty) then connect the new HDMI cable to the TV (HDMI 2 port) & the PC and switch the AV system back on. Note this set up could give either a Duplicate or Extended set up in Windows 10.
If you need sound on your PC monitor, then you can use a 1 in 2 out HDMI splitter (powered) plus a 2nd short HDMI cable, as VGA does not carry sound. Unless your PC has 2 HDMI output ports.
So I do not hesitate to give 5 stars for performance, quality and price. Free delivery was quick too.
Bought this with some trepidation, I needed a long (out of spec) 10m cable to connect a PC to my TV. I’m happy to report that on arrival the cable is perfect. It is heavyweight both in cable and connector – the connector ends are quite thick so watch out if you have a recessed HDMI socket – but it feels solid and good quality.
The cable is thick and not terribly easy to run, but once you get it into place it isn’t going anywhere.
Had no artefacts, dropouts or issues since installing it. the best thing is the price at less than 1/4 of what some ‘premium’ cables can cost.
I needed a decent length cable to connect between TV and laptop. This cable was very good value, was delivered very quickly and works perfectly, albeit I don’t need 4k or anything fancy. My only slight concern is that the cable is very chunky and not very flexible. As I need to connect it to the laptop via a mini displayport adapter it puts quite a strain on the displayport connector unless suitably supported. That’s not a criticism of the cable, just that it isn’t ideal for my particular needs.
Having purchased an OLED55C8PLA TV and feeling disappointed with the slightly lacklustre picture, I decided to try a replacement for my old 1.4a version lead. I noticed a huge and immediate improvement in picture quality as soon as I plugged in this CSL HDMI lead. The old lead obviously had not been transmitting the 4K UHD picture I had been expecting, and was obviously what the TV required. Your 4K TV deserves a good 2.0 version lead, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the CSL, which is a bargain at the price. This lead fits the bill.
OK, I keep getting contacted to leave a review, the problem is the cable doesn’t work. However I’m not ready to blame the cable just yet. There may be other reasons why this cable isn’t working related to the PC and 4K TV it is connecting. When I have discounted those issues I will leave a proper review. As it is my review is based on a physical, visual, inspection only. It was delivered fast, and it is well made. While the HDMI standard accepts very long (relatively speaking) cable lengths I needed a short cable as the STX PC is VESA mounted, this seemed to tick the boxes- if it works? For other purchasers, who won’t have built an unusual STX based PC system that may be adding both software and hardware variables- if it doesn’t work it is broken- but in my case I have to discount a few things first.
My first review was “Will not produce a 4K signal to my projector optoma 40. Wasted my time!” The seller sent e a new 10m lead I was adamant it would not work due to length. Their 7.5 and lower work perfect. However I was wrong and the seller was right. This 10m hdmi pushed out 4k at 12bit HDR at full res. It also pushed out 120hz 1080p both 3d and normal. I have no sparkles and no issues so far. I only run it for 10min but did not lose sync. Very please and this seller has won my future business! Those with 1 stars its simple you either got a faulty cable or running it through multiple kit is messing something up.
Worth nothing I used their 7.5m and 2m hdmi with a joining booster and that work great too. Im going to join the 10m and the 7.5m with the booster and see if that pushes full 4k HDR 12bit 60hz. Will report back n that.
So 100% this cable can produce 4k full colour HDR no quality loss. My set up gaming pc (self build) GTX card to Optoma UHD40 projector.
Thanks
These don’t work with XBox One as the connector isn’t secure enough/far enough in when plugged in. I bought 4 cables as I needed a longer length when mounting the TV on the wall, none of the cables will display the Xbox output though.
I filed a small amount of the plastic from both right/left of the connector and it inserted enough to get a signal. It could prob lay do with filing some off the top/bottom to make it secure as it seems to be easily knocked out.
The thickeness of these plastic connectors doesn’t add anything to the product. The cables I was using were cheaper and felt more secure when plugged into the devices/TV.
Works fine with PS4 Pro and no issues with the 4K content.
We needed a long HDMI cable as the room was rearranged and meant that the TV was in the opposite corner to our surround system. The cable supplied was good quality and provided a good picture and sound quality. Obviously only just using it we cannot really comment on durability but on the face of it the cable looks like it is good quality and will last.
Overall a good quality product at a very reasonable price. Would recommend and use the same supplier again if we need other cables.
Product arrived well packaged and in good time.
Bought this hdmi cable to connect to two tv’s from one sky Box.
Had a few problems with security statements coming up on both televisions.
Managed to sort it although a little complicated with a 2 way Switch And another hdmi cable
I had to fix from the switch . Overall I guess it is not the cable’s fault just that Hdmi cables have
Now become more sophisticated with trying to connect to older tv’s.
Overall did eventually what I bought it for.
I bought these to replace previously installed HDMI cables on a long run that had started to fail at the junction between the plug and the cable. I had them in a rack that is on wheels and over time moving it around to access bits and pieces the movement must have work hardened the connection.
That being said the quality did not match the looks for sure.
This time I plumped for these based upon lots of good reviews as I wanted something that would transmit the higher bit rates and power without a problem given that I had fitted a new graphics card and monitor to my PC.
Very impressed. Perfect transmission of data down 10m at 4K. Quality of construction is robust and certainly higher than my previous cables.
Overall I’m very impressed and highly recommend the 10m version that I bought.
Anyone that tells you that you need expensive HDMI cables is either a liar or a fool. Digital connections do not suffer from interference or degradation from distance or impedance at the sort of lengths that are used in most residential applications. All that matters is that the plugs are secure, don’t flex and stay in one piece. The cable should be robust enough to last but also not so stiff that it cannot bend as required.
These cables fit the bill perfectly. I use them in all my, and my customer’s, applications. I’ve never had a failure and never had any measurable interference, as stated before over residential lengths. Over 10m it is technically feasible to measure a reduction in current or increase in resistance with equipment sensitive enough but unless you have superhuman senses or a robot you can’t perceive it.
Highly recommended
I’ve had the cable a couple of days and all in all I’m happy. It does exactly what I would expect from a HDMI cable.
The cable feels robust and well made. My only issue is that the ends are quite bulky (as shown in photos). This means if your HDMI ports are quite close together you cannot fit another one in next to it. I have reduced my rating down to 4 stars, only for the fact that the bulky ends have been a bit of an issue for me.
Apart from that, the product is good.

Good cable in working order – The specific monitor I have has old HDMI ports, thus I’m limited to 30hz so make your the HDMI ports on your device are updated and can support 60hz! (two versions of my monitor, the older one has old ports, newer has better updated, I thought I had the newer that could support 60hz, oops!)
The company were very concerned about my initial low rating review as I didn’t realise the 30hz limit was my monitors fault, not the cable – but we worked together in a very polite email format to come to the conclusion the cables are just fine.
I have changed my review to 4 stars as after doing some troubleshooting I found that that cable can display 4k @ 60Hz as advertised. The problem I had and which others who could not get a display with the cable was that I had my HDR setting enabled on all my HDMI ports. After turning that setting off I can get 4K @ 60Hz. This cable cant do HDR over 10m which is probably a bandwidth issue. For the price this is actually a very good cable, and im happy I dont need to return it now.
Originally had a 10m but wanted to tack my cables along the wall out of sight so bought this 15m HDMI. I have tested it on Xbox One, PS4, Sky Box, Blu-Ray player all running to a projector on the other side of the family room. picture quality remained the same as if it was running through a 1.8m cable, no drop in quality what so ever, however I do have the 15m HDMI cable running from a 4×2 Matrix box which acts as a booster/repeater ( […]). I wasn’t using the matrix box when I had the 10m and the picture quality was still perfect, not had chance to test the 15m without the matrix box, I will update review when I do so.
The quality of the cable is great, feels and looks like it should cost far more than I paid, I am very pleased with this purchase.
I purchased the 10m version of this cable so that my mum could watch her Sky box upstairs, whilst keeping the box downstairs in full HD, as all sky offer is the non HD TV link which is terrible quality, and this complimented her new HD TV for her bedroom. For any of you who are wondering, she can still use her remote because she left the TV link that Sky provided us plugged in, just without the video connection plugged in. This enables her to get a HD TV signal and still use her remote from upstairs with no problems. This would also be great for connecting PC’s or laptops to TV’s.
This cable works well and is very well made. The connections are secure and fit tightly. The metal work is plated in gold so you know it had good conductivity.
This is very cheap compared to what you would pay for a cable of this length in the shops, or even on other online outlets, and it works just as well. I have never understood why people pay a premium for HD cables, a cable is a cable within reason, as long as you don’t go too cheap, they are all as good as each other and this was recently covered by the BBC and it proved me right! This is just as good as a cable that costs 10x as this, the picture and sound quality are perfect, as is the quality of the cable itself.
I am really happy with it and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another if I needed it. I would definitely recommend this.
I moved my living room furniture around and found my current HDMI lead would not suffice for the distance between my PC and my TV. As I connect them so I can easily play my PC games on my TV and watch ant media I was worried about finding a good quality lead which was sturdy (some leads split easily) but would also carry the signal well enough to replicate my PC monitors. This did the job I bought it for, I am impressed with the build quality and all connectors are sturdy and well made.

delivery was 2 days instead of the standard 5 day it should have been excellent . The product itself 1st class quality 10m , purchased to connect laptop to TV no lost of picture quality . Cable is well made connectors sturdy and re-enforced where cable and connector is joint to stop any breakage overtime due to flexing. Would highly recommend this cable to anyone , similar produce from curries etc costs approx. 40 + for a 10m cable. I you are thinking about this product be assured it is high quality and has no lost of signal even over 10m ‘s as it has good shielding against external interference
CSL – 10m Full HD HDMI cable 1.4a / 2.0 (High Speed) with Ethernet | ARC and CEC (New Mod.) | Deep Color | fully HDCP compliant / HD Ready / 3D TV / 1080p- 2160p/ 4K / Audio Return Channel
Cable arrived neatly coiled in a small cardboard box in side an Amazon box. I ordered another 7.5 metre cable at the same time which came in the same Amazon box but packed in a plastic bag. Why not save the environment a little and pack both in a recyclable plastic bag?
As far as the cable is concerned it serves my needs to a tee. The ends are sturdy and protected with a hard plastic casing. which do not flex very much.
Signal quality seems just as good as the cable it replaced. It serves the purpose intended for it. Nothing more, nothing less.
I admit to be skeptical about this purchase; would a 10m hdmi cable for roughly 10 really make the grade. The answer is a resounding yes. A little bit of background… I have a projector that was linked to a computer with a 12m Rotel hdmi cable. The cable cost over a 100 some 10 years ago. This cable has always been fickle as to what it would work with (one graphics card but not another for instance) and even with a stable link there has always been some instances of green noise, typically over large areas of black in a video when the background changes. I have just replaced the graphic card and whilst a stable connection was established, there was an introduction of additional noise in the form of horizontal sparklies. So, I thought I’d try replacing the cable and ordered the CSL 10m one with the thought that being only 10 it was worth a punt and wasn’t going to be a big deal if it didn’t work. Well it turns out the CSL cable does work extremely well, no noise, stable connection with no hdcp dropouts. The physical construction of the cable seems to be more than adequate too.
Nice to get a product that meets the spec as advertised. I have many HDMI cables and until now have not really cared about what they are as long as the ‘work’….. Then I needed an ARC Connection across the HDMI and found my existing cable was not supporting this. Bought this cable and now HDMI/ARC is working. It was not that I replaced a faulty cabler as I tried several of the ‘cheaper’ cables I had previously purchased, and none of them supported HDMI/ARC. This cable does and while I’ve not tested it in all aspects of it’s specification, the fact ARC is running over it, is a good indicator. I now have three of these cables with HDMI/ARC working across three devices in a HDMI sequential chain. Ie TV => AMP => PS4. Did not know this was even possible. Ie I can now turn on and control my PS4 from the TV when it is attached via the AMP – so HDMI control is working from the TV through the AMP to the PS4. This was not possible with the cheaper cables. Also when I control the PS4 from the TV it turns the AMP and PS4 on and switches the AMP to the correct channel to play audio and video from the PS4. Marvellous…. Net net, it is worth payiong a few quid more for these cables, if you care about ARC and HDMI control working properly. Cannot vouch for 4k video support as my TV is only 1080p.
This cable was a fantastically low price and does the job just as good as an expensive lead. Mega simple to set up between TV and PC. It is virtually a ‘plug ‘n’ play job. A little tinkering on the settings on the PC, but nothing mind blowing! I would highly recommend this lead for PC/Laptop to TV’s.
1. Simply plug the lead into the HDMI port on your computer/laptop and then find the HDMI port on your TV.
2. Switch on your TV, find the HDMI port you’re using on the ‘SOURCE’ button or ‘MENU’ button on your TV remote control. (The Desktop of your PC/Laptop should be now visible on your TV screen.)
3. If you have ‘vision’ but ‘no sound’, go to your PC/Laptop, locate your ‘AUDIO OUTPUT’ manager. (Usually found to the bottom right of your Desktop {Looks like a small speaker}).
4.Once located, right click the Audio Icon and select ‘AUDIO DEVICES’. On the ‘PLAYBACK’ Tab you will see all the devices used to playback the audio.
5.Select your TV brand or number and then click ‘SET DEFAULT’. (You should see a ‘Tick’ to indicate it is now the choice. Now click ‘OK’. You should now here the audio streaming from your TV. (To return to computer audio, simply redo the instructions above but click your preferred audio sound you like to use on your computer.)
May sound complicated but I assure you it is not.
I hope my instructions help.
As a note I would like to say that the company “CSL – Computer” were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole ordering process. They kept me informed of delivery dates, my rights, in fact everything!! Highly recommend these guys for your computing needs.
Having just bought a new TV, I wanted to add three pieces of equipment. However I only had two old 1.8m HDMI cables, which worked, but which were too long for the job, and left untidy lengths of cable lying around. First I bought a couple of 1.2m cables for three quid each, which would have been fine but for the fact that they were 8mm in diameter and so heavily braided that I needed a crowbar to get them round the necessary angles; then I bought another pair for a similar price but thinner and more flexible, but which turned out not to support CEC, despite this being part of the HDMI specification, and finally I bought a pair of these cables, which were ideal. At 6mm, and without any braiding, they are neat and flexible; they support (as they should!) CEC; they seem – so far at least! – to be robust and well-made.
The only problem, and this is just applicable to me, is that they’re only made in 1m and 1.5m lengths, without a 1.2m version available. This meant they are a bit short for my setup, while 1.5m would be too long. If I’d had a pair of 1.2m lengths I’d have been entirely satisfied. But that isn’t a criticism of the cable’s function, just the range of available sizes.
A bit more expensive than some of the other ones around, but a great deal cheaper than the more ridiculously priced ones. Just the job.
I bought another cable like this so my mum could hook her laptop up from one side of the room to the TV on the wall. However, that used to have a lot of interference with the video and needed about 5 minutes to adjust. I thought that might just be due to the length but it might be because it wasn’t the faster speed cable (the one that can handle 3D).
This one I bought for myself as I had moved my room and the old one was set up so that the TV was far away from the PC. No problems at all with this. Fed this under the carpet as I didn’t want cables in the middle of the room. Picture quality is great.
Will likely buy another one to replace the other one mum’s got.
DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT WHEN YOU BUY A NEW TV….. Ok, just bought a new smart TV, state of the art piece of kit. read all the reviews on it and realised I needed a HDMI cable with ARC. Went on Amazon, looked at what was available, went with the best customer reviews and reasonable price. Received item in no time very pleased “does what it says on the tin”
BUT BE WARNED – When buying a TV do NOT get sucked into the selling talk that you require the shops cables!!
At one of the High street stores (the one who pays a bonus per year on profit share to there staff- say no more), when helping my mother in law in buying a new TV ( she had to have a new one after seeing our Smart TV) I enquired about HDMI leads for it just out of interest. They re recommended there HDMI cables at a price of 60 each!!! But if you are buying a new TV you can get them 1/2 price! Really….I did challenge the Salesman and asked why they were so expensive, I was given the Selling Talk of gold plated terminals and all that.
Yes a do believe in quality and yes some times paying more gets better quality but do your research. Don’t go silly and go cheap but just look at other peoples reviews, it does pay.
